Every time I visit [name removed] she is extremely happy to see me and still knows who I am and my name! As shared since [name removed] has been there and also recorded in a previous questionnaire/feedback... I continue to request an in-house cosmetologist that can wash and style African-American hair.

The staff seems to be very caring and nice. I would recommend Harmony to others.

I really don't have anything to compare it to- but based on our experience I would give it a 5.The people working there are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

Daddy enjoys the food. They have a prepared meals and also a menu they can order from. All the employees in the dining area are very helpful and they care that the residents eat. Dad has a courtyard room, he enjoys looking out at the birds and the snow. The nurses and aides are great. They look after the residents and let you know what kind of day they are having. The doctor comes twice a week and orders new medication and any test they need. We had a problem with getting the medication right but that was fixed and now it is great. The residents are checked on every two hours. They have activities each day. They have Bible study once a week and church service on Sunday. The rehabilitation staff are very good. They work with your family member and let you know how they are doing. Everyone is very nice and helpful there. The management over all is good but some are great. [name removed] is the executive director, she showed me around and always there to help when you have a problem. [name removed] director of Harmony Square, always there to help- with anything. [name removed] office manager, went to her about a hospital visit , she fixed it so it will not happen again. [name removed] director of Dining, always talking to the residents about there meals. Once a month he does a special demo for them. A believe this was a good move for my dad. He enjoys being there. He interacted more with the staff and residents then he did before.

Got excellent information and help with starting va paperwork. Ate a complementary lunch which was very good.

The staff was exceedingly good and patient and caring both the aids and nurses were outstanding. The activities were impressive, and the staff helped the patients participate. The facility was kept clean and neat. The apartments were just the right size and all interactions from the time many times I visited her showed me a staff with a positive at outlook and providing great care to the patient In addition, as my cousin was going into her last days, the staff was super sensitive as to her needs. I wouldn't change anything about the staff or the facility. We were truly blessed to live so close to such a fine environment.

I assist several residents here for home health and they love it here. The staff is great, the new Executive Director is really engaged, The Maintenance director is right there is I need anything or housekeeping. My clients speak highly of this place; a lot of great changes have happened

The sales staff and nursing staff were awesome. Though my dad was only an official resident for about a week, the team really tried to improve his quality of life.

Every one was very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of details about all of the activities they offer. Also received helpful financial information and a tour of the rooms.

It's great - she moved in 2 weeks ago and loves it! The staff are all so nice and helpful. The food is very good too! The room is a bit small but the only one bedroom they had left. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Overall great - Except for the dining/meals which is subpar. Staff is great and apartment size is appropriate.

it's very expensive though, however what we like the most about the community is 1. Love the community atmosphere - mom has made friends here and they check on each other should one not be present; 2. The staff enthusiasm and care - mom and my family know them by name; 3. And the fact that my mom used to be a hermit until moving here - she participates in the activities and look forward to them. She seems more busy than me nowadays!

[name removed] was extremely nice. Unfortunately, we discovered that they are unable to accept my wife because she has a colostomy bag. Even though this was the case, she gave us good recommendations and was sympathetic to our needs. What we saw of the grounds looked nice and well maintained.

I was truly impressed by the Memory care place .[name removed] was wonderful with the residents and to me. You can tell this was her calling, compassionate and caring. My Mom was comfortable and well cared for by everyone. I will tell you, it is a wonderful place.

Staff have been wonderful. They have taken great care to learn her needs and how to make things easier for her.

My tour was excellent. I really loved the facility. The guide was personable and knowledgeable.

Cannot say enough good things about our visit to Harmony at Harts Run. Everyone from marketing director to dining room server made us feel welcomed. Independent living apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Kitchens are beautiful with loads of wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Bedrooms and bathrooms are, by far, the largest we’ve seen during our visits to other retirement communities. Common areas are elegant and yet, welcoming. Everywhere we looked was spotless and well maintained. Food was excellent, with lots of choices. Both lunch and dinner are served ‘restaurant-style’ in dining room. Activities and events were plentiful and fun. The residents we met in the hallways, lobby and dining room were very friendly and happy to be there. Mom went from “I’m not leaving my current home” to “how soon can I move in?”

Harmony is a wonderful independent living, assisted living, and memory care facility. They allow pets to live and/or visit patients/clients and have an abundance of amenities. I was not taken into the memory care unit but looked at assisted living rooms and they were quite nice. The staff was very pleasant and the facility was impeccable. My only drawback was that the pricing was a bit more than our budget would allow.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and every question I had was answered completely and clearly. I was so impressed I have not toured any other sites. [name removed] was even fun to be with. My only suggestion would be to enlarge and improve the library.
