I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and every question I had was answered completely and clearly. I was so impressed I have not toured any other sites. [name removed] was even fun to be with. My only suggestion would be to enlarge and improve the library.

Absolutely love the vibe , staff and residents are friendly , the entrance is beautiful and inviting . Very clean and smells good , the amenities are great , the rooms are beautiful. I feel comfortable with a nurses station on the floor . I’ve selected the perfect room for dad thanks to[fee removed]. [fee removed] is great made me feel comfortable showed me everything, explained everything to me , I never felt rushed and I had so many questions for [fee removed]. Now I’m in the process of getting him moved in and I’m so excited for his next chapter can wait for him to start making good times with new friends

Nicest facility in looked at. I reviewed with personal care physician and though memory care requirement may be coming soon and I would choose this place. The assisted living was toured 2 times but I wanted to care for mom at home little longer with home health agency. [name removed] was very thoughtful and honest. Home was spotless I hope they can accommodate when time for memory care comes. Thank you.

We had the opportunity to tour Harmony at Diamond Ridge. The facility is relatively new and beautiful. Our tour guide who was the director of marketing was very informative and accommodating. She spent time with showing us the different living spaces and explaining residential living. Harmony was my favorite of all facilities we toured. I'd give it 5 stars!

Sue, the coordinator gave me a virtual tour and did a great job. It’s obvious that the residents like her a lot based on the contacts I was able to experience via the virtual tour. I really appreciated her flexibility since I live far and had to go out of town unexpectedly.

All categories are a 5 except for the food. We wish they had more for diabetics. The food itself is pretty good. It's worth checking for yourself. Everyone is different. We are very happy with everything from the laundry pickups to the transportation. The PCP and nurses actually care about the residents. Any issues have been dealt with accordingly. Just a great place for Mom or Dad.

They seem to have a very low turnover. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tons of activities. Excellent accountability - my mom left one night and didn't sign back in, so they immediately called when they found out to make sure she was ok. Very clean.

I walked around d saw the amenities and even met a resident who let me see her really cute apartment. The people were very nice and it didn’t seem like it was a hospital setting like a couple of other places I had seen

My family was very impressed with tour of the personal care facility at Harmony. It is very clean and provides many activities for my parents. [name removed] at Harmony was very personable and does his best to accommodate my parents. All the employees we have met so far are so nice and you can tell they like working there.

Great all around care. Food is awesome apt is great and Right size to take care of. kindness is a word used from staff and other residents. Activities are fun and there is something for everyone. Transportations is Great to medical appts. I like it a lot.

The workers are friendly and respond rapidly to request for help. The apartment appears safe and spacious. I have lived here for over a year and plan on continuing this. The food is good, nutritious, and served in a pleasant atmosphere (dining room). More servers would make it even more pleasant., But, generally the waiting time is not severe.

The staff was informed and willing to help with answering questions to make the transition as easy as possible. My niece has been engaging it activities and enjoying them. Thanks for referring us.

What we like the most about the community is their friendly staff and all the residents are happy. The place is clean and there are so many activities to participate in. It is by far one of the best places we have looked at

We just moved my mom from into Harmony. Its been a warm, welcoming place where residents are treated with genuine care and respect. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and always go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels comfortable and valued. The community is clean, well-organized, and full of engaging activities that promote both independence and connection. It truly feels like a supportive home where we can have complete peace of mind.

Seams like a great place. I’m hoping to transfer both of my parents here real soon. Looks very clean and neat. They have 3 chefs hope the meals are really good. Our family will try to all eat here with our parents.

All of the staff have been very engaged, very nice, and attentive. The facility is very clean. [name removed] is really good with my mom. Keep up the great work and it's appreciated. I like going home knowing that she is being taken care of.

Overall, a very good experience. if I have questions or comments, they are typically answered quickly. food is good. Laundry is taken care of and rooms are clean. I have visited other locations and in my opinion this is one of the best.

This community is fantastic. No place is without challenges, but what stood out was how beautifully the team handled recent plumbing issues. They were proactive, transparent, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. It speaks volumes about the leadership and staff here.

The reasons for the 4. We had a program with her laundry being done. Several times in I had to take the laundry home myself. Also, I took 2 blankets there for her bed, but one blanket (a brand new one) disappeared. I complained but it was never returned. Overall care was decent but one time I found my mother covered in her own urine. This was upsetting and unacceptable.
