I would recommend it to others and it's a great place because the staff is very attentive across the board and it's a very clean facility with lots of activities.

My 87 year old mom was struggling to live alone due to blindness, dementia and loneliness, and after a fall, she decided to move to Harmony at Martinsburg to be closer to me and have some assistance while still having the independence of having her own apartment. She has been there for almost 4 months now and has flourished. She loves the activities and loves the people who assist her. When she first came to Harmony, she could barely walk across the room due to having had pneumonia and a broken arm. The therapists worked with her, and now she is walking so much better. I have not seen her this happy in years, and I feel very good about having her somewhere that cares about her.

Toured many Assisted Living facilities for our Mom, both in Maryland and West Virginia where I am located. Our Mom, from Annapolis, lost her partner of 45 years and has Alzheimer’s so we wanted a place with Memory Care in case it was needed in the future. We all loved what Harmony offered and it happened to be the closest to where I, her daughter, lives. A win win! Her apartment is amazing and she has been so happy there. She is starting her 3rd year and says she can’t imagine living anywhere else. The Staff are amazing and very attentive and I can sleep well knowing her every need is being met. Harmony has been an amazing alternative to her home where she is more than just cared for, but feels comfortable and loved. We feel so blessed to have her close by for visits and we know she is happy.

I would give all a 5. Except food. The chef just left so they have a temporary chef. So not fair to judge but for now it's 3-4. I know it's something they are focused on. Yes, i would recommend The Harmony Collection to other families based on the experience so far.

Most of the time the food tastes pretty good, but it takes a very long time to be served after orders are taken, and most of the time the food is not hot by the time it's served. When calling ahead for a takeout order, 99.5% of the time there will be items left out of the order. I have placed many orders for [name removed] and have witnessed this myself. In all the many times we have placed an order, I can recall only one time that it was completely accurate. Often, whether eating in the dining room or getting a takeout, they will be out of items listed on the menu. I have noticed this to be a particular annoyance for some residents who are diabetic and the kitchen is out of sugar-free desserts. [name removed] often takes food to her room because of the long wait time for orders to be taken and for the food to be served. People start gathering to eat around 4:45 because meal time is supposed to be 5 PM. Sometimes it's almost 7 PM by the time we get out of there, not because of sitting around and visiting afterwards, but because of waiting for a long time for orders to be taken, and then another long time for the orders to be delivered to the table.

I have had a wonderful experience at Harmony. Thus far we have a little growing pains of them getting to know my mom and my mom getting to know them. We had a few issues with Meals because they did not have a food director, and the meals were being served without beverages without silverware, the hot meals, and then it was cold by the time they receive their utensils and beverage, but I talked with someone and that was worked out immediately. Every issue I've had I have discussed it with the right person and gotten it handled. They are very good to work with very resourceful and very responsive. As with a lot of other assisted-living independent living and Care homes, there is not enough staff, especially on weekends -that is something that needs to be addressed everywhere. I would suggest you pay people "more to work on the weekends! There's always a solution. It may take money out of other people's pockets, but there should always be enough staff to serve the number of people in the facilities in the manner expected. The doorbell at Harmony to get into the memory care going into the memory care and out of the memory care is broken maintenance cannot fix this without upper management agreeing that it needs to be fixed. It is a minor cost to fix this and it should be fixed immediately.

What we like the most about the community is The staff, cleanliness and the food were all excellent. We would absolutely recommend Harmony at Westcott to other families based on the experience so far.

She didn't like living on you own anymore. Here she is surrounded by friends and activities. There staff 24/7. So don't need to worry about her being alone and something happening. The staff have all been nice and caring

The staff went above and beyond to provide attentive care, even during the admission process. The director of nursing [name removed] noticed a UTI that had been missed/ignore by his hospice. When we transferred hospice providers [name removed] advocated and protected him from retaliation by the outgoing hospice team. The Director was amazing with getting the paperwork completed quickly and coordinated all the move in logistics. The entire team was amazing, even in the most complicated and traumatic situation.

So far very pleased with overall experience and staff members. The food seems well prepared and varied. Room for my wife is pleasant and sufficient in size. Well cleaned every week.

We have found that the nursing staff and assisted living is absolutely excellent. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable with excellent follow up.

The Harmony Memory Care is very good. It's hard to know exactly what you need or what is most important in this situation until you have a bad experience. That is what happened to us. We moved my brother from another facility to Harmony about 6 or 7 weeks ago. Vast improvement in nursing care...consistent medication given at the right times without skipping doses. There are activities which residents who are not able to participate fully in nevertheless feel the benefit of. There is something going on to catch the residents attention. Also the facility is well managed and it is clear who to go to if you have a question or an issue that needs to be addressed. Food is good. Staff is patient and kind.

Almost everyone was kind, and they try to keep the facility clean at all times. Room sizes in memory care are excellent! Very clean, huge rooms, huge shower the whole area is very roomy

I moved my mom into Harmony at Hershey about 2 months ago. She is very happy there. Caregivers are very attentive and she loves the activities (especially the outings) and the food! Lots to do and staff and residents are very friendly. Highly recommend!

We recently move our mother from Ohio to Harmony at Enterprise in Maryland, Independent Living. We’re very pleased with the facility and staff support; from concierge, house keeping, maintenance, dining room service are all very professional. This a perfect choice for us.

I'm very satisfied with Harmony At West Ashley . I believe they're taking good care of my wife. I'm sure I have no complaints.
