I'm very satisfied with Harmony At West Ashley . I believe they're taking good care of my wife. I'm sure I have no complaints.

Working with [name removed] was a pleasure; she is very knowledgeable and committed to working to find the solution. [name removed] in Memory Care continues to work with us to make the transition easy for the resident and our family. Kudos to Harmony at West Ashley!

My brother was terminally ill when we moved him to Harmony. Staff worked frantically to get us an apartment and get him moved in. He only lasted for a few weeks, but all staff treated him with kindness, compassion, professionalism. From executive director to aides, we were delighted with the care and he was as happy as possible.

Great food and services offered. Apartment sizes are nice. The 3rd floor is great with cathedral ceilings and outdoor decks like mine. Poor internet access. Come visit me!

The staff are warm, welcoming, very proactive; the building is inviting and charming. We are extremely pleased with my father's apartment. The transition has been smooth, and all questions have been answered timely and completely. My father has really enjoyed the meals, very tasty and good quantity

We applied to Harmony at Westcott, got accepted, but never stayed there. I must say the process went well and everyone treated me with respect. I would recommend that anyone looking to place a loved one in an assisted living facility visit there first.

I love how it feels like a resort with high ceilings and modern décor. Yes, I would recommend Harmony at Avon to other families based on the experience so far.

I am very satisfied with them. I do recommend them to others who are searching for memory care for their loved one.

The staff was very kind and understanding. We were able to get my Mom moved in quickly and smoothly and then into a smaller unit within months which really was a better fit for her. The food is not great but institutional food usually isn't. Mom is in independent living and fixes herself very easy dinners in her apartment most occasions. The socials are Mom's highlight and she enjoys visiting her friends at these events. It seems that hiring help in these communities is tough so there is turn over.

The staff are wonderful. The community is very welcoming and yes I would recommend the Harmony at Kent community to other families based on the experience so far.

My husband Mother-in-law and I recently toured Harmony at Avon in July, 2025. The entrance to the facility is very inviting. There was a concierge at the front desk who was friendly and knowledgeable. We met with the Sales Director and she answered a multitude of questions we had. We were looking for a one bedroom apartment in the independent living area. She showed us three different options. The Sales Director was personable and knowledgeable. There was no pushing to sign up but informative. The dining room and tenants are lovely. There are activities from bingo, exercise, bridge playing and more. Within two days of touring other facilities we chose Harmony. My mother-in-law has already made friends and is playing bridge. She has participated in exercise and bingo. She lived in her home for 23 years and the transition has been seamless.

My mother has been in Memory Care at Harmony of Mt Juliet (Harmony Square) for almost 10 months. She is doing well there and is happy. The leadership team, especially the Memory Square Director [name removed]and care givers/nurses are wonderful and they truly care about the residents. In Memory Care they have a lot of activities, great food, outings and the environment is very pleasant and positive. The facility is very nice. My mom feels safe there and loves her apartment. Thankful for the Memory Care team there.

It's hard to break out any one person. The entire staff from [name removed] and [name removed], to the nurses, [name removed] our concierge and [name removed], [name removed] and the entire dining staff. I can't say enough good things about Harmony and its people to truly tell you how wonderful everyone is and how comfortable it makes me feel knowing they are there for my mother!!

I toured this community and was very impressed. The building is beautiful, bright, and extremely clean. Every space I saw was well cared for and welcoming. The staff I met along the way were friendly and seemed happy, which made the whole visit feel positive. The Executive Director and another team member gave me the tour and took their time to answer all of my questions. They were professional, approachable, and made sure I left with a clear picture of what the community has to offer. Overall, it stood out as a well-run, inviting place where residents are clearly treated with care.

Overall care was amazing from staff, facilities, and food. They even recommended Alive Hospice toward the end for extra hands on deck. Very very compassionate.

We feel our loved one has received excellent care at Harmony at Bellevue. The vast majority of the staff is very attentive, caring, and helpful. Other residents, for the most part, seem to be happy and engaging. There are plenty of varied activities to participate in with other residents. The food is not exceptional but is very good. Service can be slow but in this environment, that's not a huge issue. Attention to maintenance requests has also been slow so far. But overall, we are very pleased with Harmony at Bellevue.

First of all my brother [name removed] thinks it's a wonderful place to live. He thanks me almost every time I visit for finding Harmony. The administer [name removed] has been been so kind and helped us in to many ways to name. Not only the staff is very friendly and helpful but I have learned to love and appreciate the residents as well. The atmosphere there makes it a joy to visit every time I go.

Everything went well and working with [name removed] was great. She helped us find a place for my [age removed] dad and always seemed in touch at the right time. I appreciate all that was done and my dad will be moving. We've had the apartment since[ time frame removed] but waiting for his garden to finish.
