We have had a great experience. The staff is like a family, and they treat the residents very well. We are so incredibly happy to have found Greenfield Assisted Living.

Greenfield Assisted Living could absolutely improve on bettering the food served to the residents - our loved one gets soup every night which gets kind of boring. They could also improve on having more activities but luckily our loved one has made a friend there who he enjoys playing cards with. Based on our experience with Greenfield we absolutely would recommend them to other families.

We chose Greenfield Assisted Living because they were referred to us so I met with them and we really liked this location and the owners. The owner is actively engaged and he is a former doctor as well. It is a great group here, my dad has high needs and they have really accommodated us and we are grateful for them. We are very pleased with the care he is receiving and would recommend them.

We toured this community for care. the staff were very helpful and were able to answer the questions on the care that is availalbe. We liked the enviroemnt of the cleanliness and they were able to make us feel comfortable. They do have activities for the residents that are able to participate. We would recommed that families tour this community for the care and the value of a loved one.

The owner was very attentive to the residents' needs and all of the staff members took very good care of my loved one while he was there. The staff was very attentive as well and they were on top of their game.

Overall I'm thrilled with them. They really, really care and they communicate well. They are very patient and they really made my dad feel like family and they all cried when he died so I know they all got attached and they really care about what they're doing. The owner makes it very affordable.

Great place! Dr. Jan's facilities are top notch. Their caregivers are outstanding! He has had the best care since he has been there. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm very impressed with their operation. It came recommended to me by a few different sources.

I was very impressed with Dr. Jan and his home. He is going out to Merrill Gardens tomorrow to meet and evaluate my mother.

My mother is doing well since her move into the Greenfield Assisted Living. It has been a good fit for her and I feel that we would recommend them. They take good care of her and the meals are good as well.

Great group home to place the seniors. Operated by two RN's who are very compassionate and skillful in assisted living care. The food is good there are planned activities, the residents are well taken care of and the house is plush. Mom stayed there six years I never had any complaint. The owner is a physician who addresses the resident needs promtly.

First, A Place for Mom is a wonderful agency to work with. Carol Iten, my Assisted Living Advisor, is very kind, empathetic, and efficient. She asked good questions to learn what our needs were, kept me calm and focused, and lined up a good assortment of care facilities for me to tour. Greenfield Assisted Living fit the bill extremely well! I had a terrible experience with Cedar Sanctuary, who turned out to be fraudulent, unethical, severely negligent in their care of the residents, and in some instances doing illegal things. At least so far, I find Greenfield to be on the opposite end of the spectrum. They seem very straight forward, ethical, are very strict with their staff, abide by the state laws and industry rules/regulations, treat the residents with empathy, respect, and patience, and they are very communicative, working closely with me to give Dad the best possible care. Their home is beautiful, clean, the food is good, and the grounds are pretty. I feel as though Dad will be safe and well taken care of here.

Very nice, gated and run by a doctor. Only concern is there are all women there.

Our loved ones likes most. Areas we think they could improve on is the meals and dining, the activities and the cleanliness

Do not leave loved ones in this facility! Inexperienced and irresponsible caregivers who disregard instructions given by hospice staff and nurses. Hospice of the Valley will not place a patient in this facility again! My mother lived here for 3 months before passing away.

My mother lived here for 2 months at the beginning of 2023. She was also under hospice care. When she first moved in, I witnessed her receive good care. However, over the MLK weekend, the couple that were providing the care were fired?? I was never given a straight answer. Then, a 19 year old girl was basically in charge of all 4-5 residents. It was way too much for her and above her knowledge level and training. They did not administer my mother’s medications, as instructed by hospice and had the workers lie to me. My mother was so unstable and unsettled her last two months of life, I had to limit my visits. The young caregiver would have her boyfriend spend the night in the family room area( intended for the residents) and connected to the living room area. He would be sleeping behind a screen in the room while the residents ate breakfast. All around a horrible experience with the exception of the first 3 weeks when the original caregivers were still there.

DO NOT put a loved one in this facility!! No activities at all, the food is soup and leftovers everyday, untrained and not the proper staff and the biggest problem is the owner who goes by [name removed] and his wife [name removed] who is the office Mgr are both extremely dishonest people to say the least do not treat their residents with kindness or the respect that they deserve. Don't let [him] fool you with his medical past telling you how great he is and how experienced he is to run this home...A total lie. 2 weeks ago all of their staff was sick and still working and infected the entire house and got all residents very sick infact one had to be rushed to the hospital. We walked in and one of the caregivers who had fever was sorting out the meds at the kitchen table with no mast and no gloves...Are you kidding me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

Bad place for family, dishonest, no activities, horrible food soup and leftovers everyday, bad care and most important the owner is extremely dishonest, do not be fooled by him as he is all smoke and mirrors

Under no circumstances would I recommend this guy or his business. He is a snake in the grass pretending to care about others when, in reality, all he cares about is himself and padding his pockets. Dont be fooled.
