[name removed] has minimal health needs so I can't judge how they do for intense care. It's great for him. The only negative I have is that there's turnover in the worker jobs that result in very occasional misses in weekly laundry pick up and delivery. A mention of this gets immediate results. Plus due to memory issues I can't quantify this. Overall experience is great. Staff is friendly, lots of activities and get togethers. Studio apartment is perfect for 1.

I didn't love the sales team, they weren't clear in all the timelines of move in and payment. But the aids are amazing! So kind and helpful to my mom. She likes the activities and the activities guy is great! Apartment size is fine but a one bedroom has a half wall for the bedroom so almost looks like a big studio. Not enough storage space, only one closet so buy your own shelving/storage for the bathroom.

The room has been fully renovated and is bright and clean. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any questions. My father is very pleased with the food and the dining staff. They always remember his name and his specific preferences. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

Overall the experience with Pegasus Landing of Crystal Falls has been great. I don't have a ton of experience with these facilities, however, I did visit quite a few looking at many options. They have been very accommodating and have been working with me on any issues, concerns, questions, etc. They worked with me to get everything needed, even with the short amount of time we had. [name removed], the primary care nurse and the rest of the staff has helped me with everything I needed and have been easy/consistent getting in contact with. I have not seen it myself, but my mom has seemed to enjoy the assisted living activities, she of course still has issues with them but she does seem to be happy with them. The food my mom has described does sound pretty good, rather unique/not the same item, fairly healthy and she can choose items that are consistent if she prefers. Cleanliness has seemed really good so far. And the apartment size is reasonable/the same as about any other facility and a reasonable price.

Very empathetic staff, clean rooms and good size rooms,very good food. I visit my wife daily and staff treats me very well as they do my wife. Very satisfied!

When we visited Pegasus Landing, all 3 of us were impressed with the friendliness of every one. When [name removed] chose Pegasus, I was pleased. Since she moved in, she has made friends, been involved in activities and is do glad she moved. Thank you.

Truthfully - all the staff were so very kind. When Dad was in his last days, the attention was perfect - enough to keep us feeling supported and that Dad was being cared for with extra special attention. Based on the experience we would recommend South Hill Village to other families.

All of those things were great. The staff was friendly, engaging and really cared about my mom's needs. She first moved into an assisted living room which was more than enough room with windows allowing natural light all day. She then moved into memory care with the same room description as above. Both rooms were always clean and tidy by the staff. My mom was at Sun City West for 5 months and declined fast with dementia, so she did not participate much in the many social and activity events always going on. The staff in the memory care were amazing. The entire staff treated my mom with dignity and respect. The facility is inviting, well maintained and my mom had no issues with the food. The administration manages in an open manner, always being available and accommodating. Overall, I am very glad that you company recommended Sun City West.

I was impressed with the amenities offered , specifically laundry access, sharing the nearby hospital power grid, and the daily check-in for residents. [name removed] was very helpful and even made herself available to my kids so they could see where their dad would be living.

I would rate all of the categories at a five Pegasus was a very nice facility and everybody went out of their way to be as helpful as they could the entire time my mother-in-law was there! I would highly recommend Pegasus Landing to other folks looking for an assisted living facility

Always a happy place! Especially [name removed]! She is as funny as a barrel of monkeys! Second would be [name removed]! She helps everyone when they need help! All the nurses are wonderful! Happy home! Happy place!

I like the clean environment. There are always fun things to do. The staff here is wonderful. They are always taking care of us and what we need. The food is good and the company is even better. It is a wonderful place to be.

Since I have been living here, there is always something fun to do or be involved in. My apartment and laundry is always done nicely and they feed us really good. I love everyone here. Glad to be a part of this place.

This is a great place to reside. The staff here is so very easy to talk to and they are willing to help in any way they can. This is where I met my friend and we ended up getting married here. I’m glad to be here!

This is a nice community, and also loving family atmosphere. The people here always do what they can to help. We also are having activities and the staff works hard to make sure we are always having fun.

Compassionate staff overall, food is chef prepared every day, rooms are amazing. Memory care unit is wonderful. It is unfurnished so you have to provide everything. I know my mom is well taken care of.

This is based on the memory care unit: Staff was excellent, I felt the activities could have been more varied and more of them. Food was excellent, cleanliness and room size were excellent

The staff is wonderful! The food is great and they give you plenty of it. My mom loves bingo and goes to all of those games. Her studio is a good size for her. It is all she needs. If I need to say one thing negative - it would be the inside appearance of the facility. It is really dated but clean.

The place is very nice, they do a really good job keeping it clean. The room my mother in law is in is big enough to fit a queen size bed , dresser and night stand. The restroom is big enough to push a wheelchair in. The staff is very caring, they keep her busy as she is in the memory care area. They keep her clean at all times.

5 star rating! Comfortable apartment. Good meals. Variety of activities. Great environment! I would recommend the community to others who are currently searching for one.
