My mom has passed away in December, but my dad is still at Laketown and we are so grateful that he has this wonderful community around him instead of being alone in a house with no one around. They are very helpful every step of the way. Whatever you are trying to work through as you move in and after you're a resident, they have resources and they care about assisting you. From the basics to Hospice, questions re assessments for levels of care, dietary restrictions, etc. I always knew I could make a call and get assistance or direction on how to proceed. They are truly caregivers! I smile when I see them! They are special people!

The facility is very nice, clean & well maintained. Always decorated for events & holidays. The staff is very nice, helpful and accommodating. There are plenty of activities for everyone with a monthly calendar provided. The studio apartment with kitchenette is great for my mom. She enjoys her regular meals and has snacks as well.

Cordata Court is welcoming, clean, and pretty. The residents seem happy and the activities calendar is full of different things to do. The area is nice with local stores, walking paths, and parks.

My brother loves the following: 1. Singing Gospel and Country songs 2. Playing pool. 3. Swimming. They met all of his hobbies. He likes the food and is making new friends.

My mom really likes it there. All the staff is nice to her and us as visitors. The food is delicious, and menu is well thought out. The facility is well kept, clean and no bad odors. My mom's only complaint is that she is tired from doing all the activities haha! That's a good thing. My only complaint was not getting callbacks promptly. It happened twice and one was a good reason for timely response, the other had no reason and took 5 days to receive a callback. All and all super satisfied that we chose The Legacy of Crystal Falls.

My mother is in Memory Care. They are very attentive to her needs since she's almost 100 y/o & she was uprooted from her AL facility after 12 yrs of living there. It is very clean. She likes the food. She has very little interest in activities as her AMD has taken a toll on her eyesight. The staff is very hands on. They keep me informed. I can't speak to the AL side, but I would definitely recommend the MC due to kind staff, clean environment, & communication to the family.

It has been a good transition and we have been very happy with the care thus far. Somethings we like most about the community is their communication and clinical care and yes we would recommend Historic Roswell Place to others

All the categories above are things we like the most about the community and we would recommend Ridgemar Place to other families.

It almost feels like a vacation spot to retire. The entertainment is awesome and they have happy hour. Also most of the staff, especially the ones at the front desk, are very sweet. My dad really loved the food and they went above and beyond to make him happy with his favorite strawberry ice cream every night. I feel like it's definitely worth the money that you pay.

Overall, the community has been a good fit in many ways — the staff is kind and the environment feels safe and supportive. The food was the clincher for them. One challenge we’re still working through is that my parents haven’t fully bought into the “community” aspect of things yet. They tend to prefer getting out for a drive or leaving after meals rather than participating in activities or spending social time onsite. There’s also some hesitation — particularly from my dad — about leaning on the care resources available in the facility. He often prefers to handle my mom’s needs himself or seek outside specialists rather than engage the nursing support that’s available. I’m not sure how much of this is part of the normal adjustment process versus something we should be addressing differently. If you have seen this before or have suggestions on helping residents ease into both the social side of community life and accepting available support, I’d welcome any guidance.

Mom loves it! We are so happy with Pegasus Landing of Mesa. The staff is wonderful....very kind and caring. The food is very good. Very clean environment.

The admin staff was very welcoming upon the initial visit. Staff is friendly also, facility was clean, and always smells clean when there. They have a balcony overlooking the school next door's football field, my dad enjoys being able to watch their games. Daily activities, weekly outings, and a full library are also other things he enjoys.

[name removed] has been wonderful to work with! My mom is very happy there. I would recommend them to others who are looking for a place for their loved one.

The staff is very friendly & they know each other (upper management included)& the residents. It seems like everyone likes their jobs (good environment)They have a lot of different activities. When I took my dad for a visit they gave us lunch & it was good tasting food. It's clean & well kept. My dad is Loving it here & thriving!

Only have a few issues from memory care unit. Staff is very kind and efficient. Food only is good, not great.

The facility is almost always very clean, no weird or bad smells. Almost always, but sometimes they seem a little under staffed. I'm sure most assisted living places are like this, so I might be a little over critical. A lot of the residents don't like the chicken, it's too dry, every time. There are a few other oddities that are not great, but most of the food is good and a couple residents we've spoken with have stated this is the best food at any assisted living place they've been too. My mom doesn't eat there often, the small time-window for each meal means too many people have to eat at the same time. She sees a lot of sick people and doesn't feel comfortable sitting near someone with a cold, etc. This last part is more personal, the overall food is good. =-=-= My wife and I have joked that we would love to live here. The rooms are very nice, the staff are wonderful and the amenities are great. M,W,F Happy Hour, movie night every night, nickel bingo, etc. There are many things to do and [name removed] (the Activity Director) does an awesome job with the flow, no matter who's attending or their physical abilities. We have interacted with the staff many times since my mom has moved in, they really are great people, very accommodating and always helpful. I think whoever hires the staff knows what they are doing. The personalities of the staff are not, this is only a job, clock in & out. The staff really does care.

Clean place, staff is knowledgeable and kind. My mother in law was well taken care of. It felt safe and homey. Programs ran smoothly. Quiet and close to many things. My mother [name removed] didn't stay long and the administration was very flexible and all the changes were implemented. Smoothly.

The management staff is super hands on. The techs are really great with all the residents. They could improve the food score by offering a diabetic menu.

Modern Facility is very clean, bright and fresh. Staff is very kind, patient and caring. They are very communicative and informative to family
