It is clean and friendly. The size of the apartment is great, the location is perfect - near everything! I would recommend this community to others!

The staff is very friendly & they know each other (upper management included)& the residents. It seems like everyone likes their jobs (good environment)They have a lot of different activities. When I took my dad for a visit they gave us lunch & it was good tasting food. It's clean & well kept. My dad is Loving it here & thriving!

They try really hard. No place is perfect but as a family we are thrilled with Brookdale! They are pleasant, cooperative, clean, accommodating. So far, so good.

Only have a few issues from memory care unit. Staff is very kind and efficient. Food only is good, not great.

The facility is almost always very clean, no weird or bad smells. Almost always, but sometimes they seem a little under staffed. I'm sure most assisted living places are like this, so I might be a little over critical. A lot of the residents don't like the chicken, it's too dry, every time. There are a few other oddities that are not great, but most of the food is good and a couple residents we've spoken with have stated this is the best food at any assisted living place they've been too. My mom doesn't eat there often, the small time-window for each meal means too many people have to eat at the same time. She sees a lot of sick people and doesn't feel comfortable sitting near someone with a cold, etc. This last part is more personal, the overall food is good. =-=-= My wife and I have joked that we would love to live here. The rooms are very nice, the staff are wonderful and the amenities are great. M,W,F Happy Hour, movie night every night, nickel bingo, etc. There are many things to do and [name removed] (the Activity Director) does an awesome job with the flow, no matter who's attending or their physical abilities. We have interacted with the staff many times since my mom has moved in, they really are great people, very accommodating and always helpful. I think whoever hires the staff knows what they are doing. The personalities of the staff are not, this is only a job, clock in & out. The staff really does care.

Clean place, staff is knowledgeable and kind. My mother in law was well taken care of. It felt safe and homey. Programs ran smoothly. Quiet and close to many things. My mother [name removed] didn't stay long and the administration was very flexible and all the changes were implemented. Smoothly.

The management staff is super hands on. The techs are really great with all the residents. They could improve the food score by offering a diabetic menu.

The Solana Vintage Park has been an answer to prayer for me and my 91 year-old mother. They have helped her recuperate from an illness that resulted in hospitalization and she is meeting people and enjoying the many activities offered. She has wonderful things to say about the care team and feeld safe here.

Modern Facility is very clean, bright and fresh. Staff is very kind, patient and caring. They are very communicative and informative to family

I spent about 2 1/2 hrs at this place, saw 2 units, ate lunch with the residents and had a very good experience. A place for mom told me in advance that their studio units started at [removed]K a month but in reality they were a little more than double that price.. That was a turn off for me.

I have found that everybody that works here, whether they work in the dining room, work as caregivers, or in the management offices like the Executive Director, Sales Manager and Maintenance are lovely and always friendly and helpful! The Chef is wonderful, listens to the residents about what they would like more of and I think the food is exceptionally good!!! I'd rather eat here than go out to eat. In particular, I love the activities that are offered here by the activity manager! She takes so much thought and preparation into everything she puts together for us residents. It is amazing to me. I have really enjoyed living here and meeting new friends. No complaints!

I'd give a 5 on each scale. It's been a very positive experience and a good decision They've been easy to work with ... facility is clean, very clean. All the personal aids have been aware of patients safety, are positive and respectful with them. There seem to be an Array of activities which has kept our cousin engaged. In general most of the residents seem to be happy even though it's a difficult time in life.

Pegasus has great staff and treats mom right. Staff learned moms name from the very first day. She's treated with respect and dignity. Meals are tasty, and if you don't like what's on the menu, you are free to request an alternative. When there's a problem, maintenence is right there to help/fix/repair. Staff is always approachable if/when I have questions about mom. Doctor/nurse and physical therapy come to her to help/teach/treat. Medications are handled by staff, there's no worry about over medicating.

Give all of the eight questions a rate of 15. We are so completely satisfied. I don't think you would find a better place. What we like the most about the community is the friendly people, helpful staff they meet all of the residents needs, are extremely patient

Size of apartment, friendliness, location and price is why we chose them. Ridgmar Place won out bc of price and size of apartment. (She has an entryway, living room, separate dining room and 2 bedrooms.) Everyone was very kind, welcoming and helpful. Food is very good! Plus the location worked easily with all family nearby. We loved another place too, but her budget just worked better at Ridgmar Place. RP offers her lots of amazing programming, too. They do a great job.

[name removed] was so very helpful with my uncle [name removed] relocating to Laketown Village. She answered all of our questions and gave him space and time to think everything over. She was very patient and understanding of his needs and took appropriate steps to follow through answering all of [name removed]'s questions and concerns even when he had asked them many times over a six month period. She never gave up on him and knew that he would be a good fit at Laketown Village. He has enjoyed being there and is getting more social interaction there than where he was. He's in a friendly safe community that will allow him to enjoy his golden years. Thank you!

Cost and flexibility to get him moved in so fast. They were great

A nice place. Unfortunately the cottage was little small for what we were looking for and only one car garage. I will say the value for what you get is great. The people were friendly and resident that we spoke with seemed happy.

They've been great on all aspects and my dad hasn't had any complaints. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
