From my first visit I knew Town Village Crossing would be a great home for me when I decided to sell my house. I have now made the move and my first impression has been proven to be correct. The entire staff has been welcoming and attentive to my needs. There are many long time residents here that are very happy with all aspects of their living conditions. I've been very happy with the food and menu choices and have also been impressed with the friendliness of both staff and residents.

They always seemed to put the needs of the residents and their families first. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience

My cousin was a resident of Laketown Village for +9 years. She loved it there and enjoyed the facility. I visited her regularly and was very happy with the care she was given, the staff's helpfulness and the cleanliness of the facility. I would often observe the residents enjoying their time doing different activities. The administrators ( [Name removed] [Name removed] [Name removed] and [Name removed]) were very helpful when I needed anything. Everyone from the receptionists to the housekeepers were very caring and friendly. The nursing staff was not only attentive but willing to go the extra mile to assist. I would recommend this beautiful facility to anyone looking for a clean and happy place to live. I certainly enjoyed my time there and plan to drop in to say hello from time to time.

No place is perfect but they are trying hard to be. Attitude, vibe, cleanliness, cheerfulness. s I would. This is her third asst. living, she is calling it home.

Pegasus is a clean and organized facility. Excellent activities organized very well. Great leader. Good food, very welcoming. Positive attitude, food, clean. Lots of activities and a good activity director.

After 7 months, I give 5 stars to Whispering Winds, Apple Valley for loving care provided by staff, respect & dignity of caregivers, medical team and administration to resident and family. Facility is clean & sanitary without seeming 'institutional'.

Everyone at the facility is friendly and knowledgeable always welcoming and there one goal is to take wonderful care of your loved ones. I can't say enough good things about this facility.

Honestly, I would rate all at a 5. Great activities, great food and lovely staff. We like her large apartment, environment and price. We would recommend Ridgmar Place to other families based on the experience

The categories you listed, I would say a five, with the exception of the food. Sometimes the portion is too small, and sometimes it isn't what my brother likes. Otherwise, we are super happy with Greenhaven Place!

The staff at this facility is above and beyond the norm! They go out of their way to make everyone feel at home! I wouldn't have found a better home for my mom!

Staff is friendly and caring. Apartment is a good size to maneuver wheelchair. Food is good quality and variety. Mom has adjusted and involves herself in activities, which is good.

I work for a hospice agency that serves a few residents at this community. It is a beautiful community, and always clean. It has such a homelike feel :) Beautiful and secure courtyards offer space for movement and sunshine! The managers and care team love their residents and personalize their care around their individual needs. Residents are always clean and engaged in stimulating and fun activities! Highly recommend! :)

A 5 in every category except 6 would be a 4. I went to 5 different facilities and this one was by far the very best and the most affordable. The staff there are fantastic, engaged and so friendly!!
