This is a smaller facility which may be good for some people. My dad is a bit introverted so this smaller community is better suited for him. The staff have been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making this transition much easier for him.

We are very thankful for the quality of care my mom in law receives. The staff is thoughtful and helpful with whatever her needs are, and friendly as they helped her feel comfortable in her new home. Our overall impression so far is that this is the right place for her and we are very glad she's at Parmer Woods.

All a 5!! Easily!!! Everything has been great!!!! The staff has been very attentive.. and friendly.. Mom said they are making her fell very welcome and comfortable... she loves the food! She appreciates that someone always comes to get her to take her to meals.. and if she has an apt they make sure she's there on time.. We are so thankful we found this place. We couldn't be happier. And I can't say enough good about [name removed]! She is a God send! She worked very hard, over and above to help us and make sure we could afford it and get Mom in and settled.. She is on her game!

The Landing at Queensbury I recently visited The Landing at Queensbury and I was deeply impressed with what I saw. From the moment I entered the facility, I was struck by how warmly the staff greeted me and how clean, modern and well-maintained the entire community felt. Reviews from families consistently point to the staff’s compassion and professionalism—one family describes the med-techs as “very professional and very accommodating… they all love my mom.” ? The common areas are bright, welcoming and thoughtfully designed, giving a strong sense of making residents feel “at home” rather than simply cared for.

I only had good interactions with the staff, but it was my husband who contacted them and visited his brother. We would recommend to others.

The staff are very helpful and efficient-Welcoming. Plenty of activities for more sedentary residents- lots of bingo, games, etc. limited for active residents. Dining room - An experience! In general, a good place to live.

Our cousin has been there 6 weeks and the change has been dramatic. Prior 3 months she refused to get dressed, refused PT and had little interaction with others. Today she is participating in group activities, attends dining room for meals 3 x’s a day, and has become concerned about taking care of physical appearance. She is now able to help with transitions from wheelchair and we look forward to her strength continuing to improve. They have provided amazing care, attention and respect. Very happy with decision to place her here.

The staff is friendly, caring and nice people. There are a lot of activities both special ones and daily ones. The food is great! At every meal, there is a meat option and vegetarian option! The dining room is large and manages to be intimate at the same time. The apartment is very nice. It has a washer and dryer in the unit and then has larger ones for comforters and such at no cost. The kitchen has a full size stove, fridge and nice countertop space- the cabinets are large enough for what is needed. The only thing that is a slight negative- the closets are small. That is it! Everything else is fantastic! My Uncle loves it there! He has made friends.

We just moved in recently and haven't had the chance to do the activities except for the band that was here. It was great. People here are friendly and wonderful. We feel so welcomed here. [name removed] is awesome. [name removed]and [name removed]are so welcoming and helpful. [name removed]in housekeeping is friendly and efficient, and [name removed]is very friendly and efficient. [name removed]is used to having bath aids as we did have a few from Love In Home who did a good job. We are very happy to be here. I know it takes an adjustment. But we like our apartment on the ground floor so we can look out. Everything is beautiful.

5 for all. What we like the most about the community is bottom line: my mother is happy and the staff cares. Yes, we would recommend. The Landing at Quensbury to other families based on the experience so far.

I never met the new Executive Director or the Marketing Manager so don't have any input on them (both were hired after my mother was already a resident. [name removed] (business manager) was absolutely phenomenal to work with! So helpful with any paperwork (insurance and otherwise) that I had. I also cannot say enough about [name removed], the Concierge at the front desk. Truly a remarkable lady who is very helpful and organized. [name removed] (Director of Nursing) is fantastic at her job and goes the extra mile in explaining how assessments are done. There are many other staff that work under [name removed] that are kind and caring. Always willing to help any resident with whatever one needs. My suggestion to anyone choosing to move to Pegasus would be for the family to be engaged and get to know the folks that will be caring for their family member. Ask them their names (and remember them)! I think that truly makes a difference with your experience.

The food, staff, environment, and apartment size are all great.

The friendliness and welcoming spirit, the quality of care Mom is getting, the food is better, the nurses and cna's are so sweet and caring.

I like the activities that I see and the people going on. Even the residents are very friendly. The staff is extremely friendly. So far, so good and the financing or the prices are really good to get you. In they've been the most reasonable. I've looked at over 20 assisted living places for my mom and I kept coming back here. The place is extra clean and when I started looking, they've done some painting. And fixing up and they're constantly renovating and remodeling units, and so on. I don't have any complaints about That facility at all at this time

The staff is very friendly and responsive. The move in process was easy. Our parents love the food options, cleanliness of the facility and attentive care they receive.

I am beyond grateful to have found Greenhaven Place for my Dad. This the third assisted living my Dad has lived at and it is by far the best. The care my Dad receives is phenomenal. They have really taken the time to get to know my Dad and understand his needs. My Dad is happy there and has lots of friends. I am grateful that my Dad will be able to spend his remaining years at Greenhaven Place because it is home to my Dad.
