[name removed] and her team were wonderful. We ended up choosing a facility closer to home but Pegasus had everything we wanted and then some. You need to make sure they are on your list.

I give Laketown Village 5 stars. The apartment had been completely updated and was bright and clean. The staff was very attentive. I would absolutely recommend them to others. Most families are in uncharted waters. It was so nice to know that there were people who knew what I was dealing with.

I'm totally impressed w/staff. [name removed], the director of Memory Care has her staff engaged w/the residents & activities, family style eating all together at long table, and keeping them awake & alert. They also respect their need for naps, snacks, etc. Sleeping in at times is ok but staff makes sure breakfast is kept for them. The area is very very clean. No odors-medicinal or otherwise. Food is very appetizing, cloth napkins, & placemats. Med techs are very efficient. My mom's room is quite comfortable w/bed, vanity, chair, dresser. Bathroom is large. Since my mom is 100 y/o w/limited vision & she said she's done w/activities. They do encourage her. She adjusted very well.

Everyone, the staff and residents, were extremely kind and welcoming. The whole place had a vibrant energy to it. I would 100% I would recommend them to others who are searching for a senior living community.

So far our experience with The Gardens has been excellent. 5 stars! The vibe is so happy. The residents all seems to be happy and thriving. The staff are pretty great!

My experience hasn't changed since my last review. Ridgmar was a great place with a very dedicated and patient staff. I wish we would've found it sooner than when we did. Unfortunately, we learned that my mom needed a higher level of care by the time we moved her into Ridgmar Place. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the Fort Worth area.

The staff in memory care were absolutely phenomenal!!!! Sweet, thoughtful , not only of they're residents but of family members....

Overall, it was a very good experience. The staff responded quickly whenever I had a question. Very clean. Didn't smell like an assisted living facility, which is important to me. Food was ok. The only negative thing i can say is that they are short-staffed, especially at night and on weekends. I had to move my mother to another facility bc she fell and cracked a vertebra. She needed more help than they could give her.

The only negative is that the hallways tend to be dirty at times. There will be black spots and dust. I realize those may be hard to maintain. Staff is fantastic and always helpful. The food is really good

5 stars for our experience so far. Mom loves the apartment building and has made friends quickly. There are always tons of staff walking around, cleaning, fixing, improving, etc.

From my first visit I knew Town Village Crossing would be a great home for me when I decided to sell my house. I have now made the move and my first impression has been proven to be correct. The entire staff has been welcoming and attentive to my needs. There are many long time residents here that are very happy with all aspects of their living conditions. I've been very happy with the food and menu choices and have also been impressed with the friendliness of both staff and residents.

They always seemed to put the needs of the residents and their families first. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience

My cousin was a resident of Laketown Village for +9 years. She loved it there and enjoyed the facility. I visited her regularly and was very happy with the care she was given, the staff's helpfulness and the cleanliness of the facility. I would often observe the residents enjoying their time doing different activities. The administrators ( [Name removed] [Name removed] [Name removed] and [Name removed]) were very helpful when I needed anything. Everyone from the receptionists to the housekeepers were very caring and friendly. The nursing staff was not only attentive but willing to go the extra mile to assist. I would recommend this beautiful facility to anyone looking for a clean and happy place to live. I certainly enjoyed my time there and plan to drop in to say hello from time to time.

No place is perfect but they are trying hard to be. Attitude, vibe, cleanliness, cheerfulness. s I would. This is her third asst. living, she is calling it home.

Pegasus is a clean and organized facility. Excellent activities organized very well. Great leader. Good food, very welcoming. Positive attitude, food, clean. Lots of activities and a good activity director.

The overall experience has been 5 stars. I am glad that [name removed] has experienced interacting with other residents and staff. The staff have been very professional and caring with [name removed]. The facility is always very clean, warm, and inviting that puts [name removed] at ease. Friendly staff, Mom felt quickly at home. I would recommend it. Mom is happy and enjoying the food.

After 7 months, I give 5 stars to Whispering Winds, Apple Valley for loving care provided by staff, respect & dignity of caregivers, medical team and administration to resident and family. Facility is clean & sanitary without seeming 'institutional'.
