Very clean, the staff is very nice and friendly, they're always there to help the patients, I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly they are. The meals are very good also and there's always choices for the patients. And the landscaping is beautiful.

So far, our experience has been really good. Response times to requests have been prompt, and the facility is clean, well-maintained, and cared for. My mom has given positive feedback about the staff and says they have treated her well. She is still adjusting to apartment living and having a smaller space, especially after living in a large home for 55 years. Personally, I think the apartment is just the right size for her mobility and current needs. There are daily activities available, and while Mom hasn't participated yet, many of them sound like they would be fun and a great way for her to get involved and meet people. She is accustomed to being on her own, so hopefully she'll feel comfortable enough to step outside her comfort zone and give some of them a try. The one area where we've noticed room for improvement is the food. Mom is a picky eater to begin with, but she has mentioned that the menu has seemed somewhat lacking over the past few weeks. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved. Overall, we are happy with the experience so far and feel that she is in a clean, comfortable environment with staff who treat her well.

I absolutely LOVE this place! ?? The staff are truly wonderful and provide such great care. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and the rest of the team are amazing and always so caring and compassionate. I feel incredibly lucky and blessed to have such wonderful people providing daily care for my mom. It gives me great peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands.

I would give them a 5 in every category! We have been extremely pleased with the care our mom has received there! The facility has always been clean when we were there. All of the staff and administrative staff have gone out of their way to be friendly & answer all our questions during this transition. We really love all the activities they have to keep the patients busy and involved. When our mom has health issues, they let us know in a very timely manner & when her mind has issues (freaking out about demanding she be returned to her home) they divert her attention to another activity. My mother’s experience has been very good. She has told me, without any prompting from me, that she is very happy where she is. She enjoys the food, appreciates the staff, and, most of all, loves the friendly people she has met. It is reassuring to know that she feels comfortable, happy, and welcomed in her new home.

Staff is friendly and helpful. My sister likes the activities. She REALLY dislikes the food. The parts of the building I see are clean. Her apartment is a good size for her. Weird thing: A/C in hallways and common places but not in her apartment.

The staff has been great - very helpful to help learn the ropes. Very spacious room, full kitchen. Plenty of storage. A lot of activities or all sorts available if you want to take part.

I have only had positive experiences with everything in the short time I have had mom at Pegasus Landing in Forney.

We are very thankful for Ridgeland Place. From the moment we toured the community, we felt welcomed. [name removed], the young lady who showed us around, was friendly, warm, and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The room was freshly painted and had new cabinets, countertops, and a new bathroom sink, making it feel clean and updated. The nurses are attentive and always respond to our requests. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and always knows what is going on with our loved one, which gives us great peace of mind. Our loved one occasionally says there isn't enough food, but after eating lunch there myself, I found the portions to be more than adequate. In fact, he had some extra weight that he needed to lose, so the meals seem appropriate. The laundry is always done, and the facility consistently meets his needs. Most importantly, our loved one is very happy at Ridgeland Place, and we are grateful for the excellent care and support he receives.

[name removed] and her team were wonderful. We ended up choosing a facility closer to home but Pegasus had everything we wanted and then some. You need to make sure they are on your list.

I give Laketown Village 5 stars. The apartment had been completely updated and was bright and clean. The staff was very attentive. I would absolutely recommend them to others. Most families are in uncharted waters. It was so nice to know that there were people who knew what I was dealing with.

I'm totally impressed w/staff. [name removed], the director of Memory Care has her staff engaged w/the residents & activities, family style eating all together at long table, and keeping them awake & alert. They also respect their need for naps, snacks, etc. Sleeping in at times is ok but staff makes sure breakfast is kept for them. The area is very very clean. No odors-medicinal or otherwise. Food is very appetizing, cloth napkins, & placemats. Med techs are very efficient. My mom's room is quite comfortable w/bed, vanity, chair, dresser. Bathroom is large. Since my mom is 100 y/o w/limited vision & she said she's done w/activities. They do encourage her. She adjusted very well.

Everyone, the staff and residents, were extremely kind and welcoming. The whole place had a vibrant energy to it. I would 100% I would recommend them to others who are searching for a senior living community.

So far our experience with The Gardens has been excellent. 5 stars! The vibe is so happy. The residents all seems to be happy and thriving. The staff are pretty great!

My experience hasn't changed since my last review. Ridgmar was a great place with a very dedicated and patient staff. I wish we would've found it sooner than when we did. Unfortunately, we learned that my mom needed a higher level of care by the time we moved her into Ridgmar Place. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the Fort Worth area.

The staff in memory care were absolutely phenomenal!!!! Sweet, thoughtful , not only of they're residents but of family members....

Overall, it was a very good experience. The staff responded quickly whenever I had a question. Very clean. Didn't smell like an assisted living facility, which is important to me. Food was ok. The only negative thing i can say is that they are short-staffed, especially at night and on weekends. I had to move my mother to another facility bc she fell and cracked a vertebra. She needed more help than they could give her.

The only negative is that the hallways tend to be dirty at times. There will be black spots and dust. I realize those may be hard to maintain. Staff is fantastic and always helpful. The food is really good

5 stars for our experience so far. Mom loves the apartment building and has made friends quickly. There are always tons of staff walking around, cleaning, fixing, improving, etc.
