The day we moved my sister in law into her new home, the staff was very helpful getting us in and out of the building (secured doors) They even offered us bottles of water. Her apartment is a very nice size and very adequate for her needs. The apartment was very clean as was the entire facility. I really appreciate the Facebook page that documents activities at the facility. I have seen [name removed] smiling face in several pictures and that is very comforting.

Great size room!! The staff is amazing. Mom likes it there so much.

[name removed], a family advisor, made the purchasing and moving in go very smoothly. The staff were very welcoming and services, such as physical therapy and occupational therapy were started fairly quickly. My father in law's medications were dispensed in a timely fashion and he was told about activities that applied to him. I would highly recommend Lake Shore Manor.

Great experience. Just didn't use them at this for respite. I will certainly consider them in the future when going on vacation etc.

Vickery Parke has been great. I have already recommended them to others. The staff that I have encountered have been very nice. They seem to like each other and what they do. I was there one Friday afternoon when a band was playing. I couldn't get my dad to go listen but since then he has gone to an exercise class and a history discussion. It has been quite an adjustment for daddy but hopefully it will get easier. My brothers and I could not be happier with the decision to place him there. Vickery Parke is also very good communicating with me and I really appreciate that since I live more than 3 hours away.

What a pretty place! [name removed] was amazing and so kind. The staff was very kind! The distance was a factor. If not we felt very good about Ivy Springs. Blessings to the staff and residents!

Very nice tour of Wellington Manor! The place was bustling with activity that afternoon so we could see & hear the life of the place! We were able to see a lovely model room, chat with a few residents and see the activity director in full force! The building was clean, nicely decorated and the staff were all friendly.

Everyone at the facility, are wonderful, nice to everyone, the maintenance guy is great. Definitely recommend this place, your loved ones will be in great hands...

[Name removed] helped make our time visiting a really great time. We brought a group of students to volunteer at the manor and they all came away with a positive look on their experience here. They seemed to have a positive impact on the residents there.

Even though [name removed] was not able to give me the tour due to being on vacation. The lady at the front desk gave me a thorough tour and was able to answer all of my questions. I really liked seeing the residents interacting with one another by playing games and having Bible study together.

[Name Removed] our handyman is exceptionally talented with cellphones, computers and television and he has helped me very much when i was lost. My name is [Name Removed] 82 years old and i really appreciate help from[Name Removed].

[name removed] was very good communicating with us throughout the whole process. She even visited our mom while she was still in skilled nursing during her rehab. Grace Manor has been so easy to work with and the facility is always clean and well maintained. We are so relieved to have mom in a safe place where we know she can get the care she needs.

My mom didn't seem to qualify for assisted living but needs skilled nursing instead. The tour was helpful and thorough. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

We have chosen to move Mom to Wellington. It was very clean and well organized and the residents seemed happy and well cared for.

I know a few residents at this facility and every time I visit it is clean with activities always going. They do Bingo a couple times each week and fun card games. The receptionists are always friendly and welcoming and the care staff is responsive. I feel good knowing my friends are living here.

Staff was wonderful!!! Facility and apartments really nice, clean and inviting. My mother stayed here for a little over two years. Unfortunately, we moved out of state and moved her with my family We just really appreciated the care received during her on the rehabilitation side after a fall she was able to receive therapy without leaving the community before returning to her apartment.

I went to visit this facility for my MIL (currently in rehab) and found it to fill homelike. I took the tour and was shown all the different units, eating area, and common areas. It's someplace I would like to live at. [name removed] was very accommodating and allowed my husband to come later and look at the rooms.

I visited a family friend at the facility, and it was very nice. It felt like a home away from home. I am happy there are place like this available for seniors. I would recommend this facility for my loved ones.

Dropped by the facility last week and was very impressed with my experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was clean no smells. This would be a great place to take your loved one.

Overly helpful. Constantly checking in with me on what kind of support I need. Willingly, researching ANY state that I had questions about in terms of pricing. I have been recommending to everyone who was looking like I was. On top of being helpful-extremely pleasant and genuinely wanted to help. I think that's the point that I would like to make the most. It's the genuineness of the desire to help.
