It is close to my home and the staff is accessible and knowledgeable. It is one of the smaller facilities in Savannah but perfect for my dad who likes a quiet environment and still has plenty of activities and people to keep him engaged and feeling welcome. From the director who answered every question through [name removed] the maintenance guy who made sure dad's television was up and working five minutes after move in we couldn't ask for a better fit.

We would rate it a 5+. What we like the most about the community is the sense of family. A caring and loving staff. Each person is treated as an individual and cared for on their personal level with dignity and respect. We would absolutely recommend this community for your loved one

They are deeply committed to the well-being, dignity, and safety of every resident, ensuring that care is delivered with both clinical excellence and genuine empathy. She’s just the Best

I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I had lunch in cafeteria with [name removed]. The facility was very clean and so many residents spoke to me. The layout of studio was great and spacious for a studio.

My visit was very informative and interesting. I was taken on a tour throughout the facility, and introduced to key personnel. [name removed], my guide explained the routines, described the applicable options and related pricing. There was no pressure to make any immediate decisions. The whole experience was exceptional.

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Also, their prompt response to requests and questions. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Mama says they are good to her and she likes it there. The food is not the best but I understand that they are eating healthier foods. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. Food is good and plentiful at meals. Apartments are very nice.

I have nothing but good things to say about Sunburst. They have been helpful in everything. My mother is getting settled in by now so we are as pleased as we can be Never having been through this before I can't say how they might compare to other facilities. We are happy with our decision.

[name removed], Executive Director was top notch, organized, went above and beyond, and was super involved and friendly with staff, residents, and families. Evidently, too nice because the big guy fired him without any notice or reason. We voiced our disapproval, but it didn't do any good. [name removed]was perfect for Windrush, he ran it well, was a former accountant, and very reachable. [name removed] was transferred from another property. We've met her. She's nice, but know nothing else about her. [name removed] was the first marketing manager. She was so sweet, kind, knowledgeable about the entire industry, but she was fired immediately too without any reason. I guess mgmt at Windrush doesn't like kind, nice, and knowledgeable employees. We've heard corporate is in business to make money for profit. [name removed]is the second marketing manager. She is sweet and kind as well, but don't know her past. Thank, God the staff is kind, sweet, and personable, with residents and family members! [name removed]is the maintenance manager...he has a very well rounded background, and does a great job. [name removed] is Windrush's only cleaning employee we know about. He is super friendly, kind, and goes out of his way to do a great job keeping Windrush clean and smelling great!! It's very hard with all the incontinent residents! [name removed] is the head RN. She is well educated, knows the business, and doesn't miss anything! [name removed] is an RN/Paramedic with full knowledge, a fun personality that all the residents love. [name removed] was the Recreation Director, but fired also. What's up with this company. Honestly, they don't like anyone who is knowledgeable, sweet, and kind. [name removed] is the head chef. So far he's still employed! Food overall is decent. Breakfast eggs need a little extra care to make them softer. Overall outdoor and indoor cleanliness is 90%. They don't have an employee to pick up outside garage that blows into the property.

When it comes to the meals and dining they need to serve eggs at persons choice of how they're cooked - only scrambled eggs. They could have more variety of activities and more often. Need more outings other than stores. Go to a movie theater or a restaurant. Yes, we would recommend Grace Manor Suites to other families.

My mother so enjoys living at Magnolia. Look at pictures on fakebook and mom is just grinning. June is involved in about everything. Before she moved there she did nothing at home, stayed in bed most of the time. Magnolia is a small home, the staff is so sweet and helpful. There are always outings, people, groups coming in to share or sing with the residents. Was such a good choice for my mother

The facility is outstanding, clean, safe, inviting, family oriented. The staff is amazing, respectful, courteous and engaging. I couldn't have imagined a a place for mom. Coming from NC, I was very optimistic, but now, I'm at peace.

Friendly, professional, clean. The staff members and residents are happy. The staff has longevity. I have a friend who's loved one has lived here over 6 years, and is very happy with Sunburst Community Care.

I absolutely love Wellington Manor Knoxville. They have a large well trained staff, excellent activities coordinator, small community that gives more attention, love the all inclusive pricing so no worries about the bill...so much more!

Great so far. A nice activity calendar. Friendly, helpful staff. My sister is the resident. The apartment size is adequate to meet her needs. Clean. The location is convenient to several necessary services. Nice for outdoor walking.

This is definitely top of the list if we move mom to Florida. We're in the early decision phase, but I definitely felt welcome and at home here. I think my mom would definitely like the activities and the environment. The staff I met was absolutely amazing.

The facility is nice and clean. The administration is friendly and available. The price is reasonable compared to others. The residents seem to have freedom to roam but there is a lot of security you have to buzz in and out. We have visited our resident about weekly unexpectedly. She is always clean and her room is clean. She is begetting to accept it and like the staff

My grandfather is 93 and has lived here over a year. We had a negative experience elsewhere so when we began searching for other options locally, I was anxious. My mom and I toured Vickery Parke and were just immediately impressed with the family-style environment. The staff and residents are so friendly with each other and with visitors coming in. The place is CLEAN. No weird smells. (iykyk). It’s inviting and happy. So we moved Pops in the next week and he tells everyone we see how much he loves it. The meals are his favorite and believe me, he’s not an easy man to please when it comes to his appetite. The staff truly care about him as a person and that means more to me than anything. We visit several times a week and he’s always clean, happy, and ready to sign out and go get ice cream!
