What a difference the new ownership has made in the improvements to the overall appearance of the building inside and out. I had lunch, and it was delicious. They had a lot of activities going on for the residents during my tour.

From my limited experience - All the staff that I had dealing with, as limited as they were, were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and upkeep of the facility is top-notch. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone desiring a good facility and good care for their loved ones.

CNA's have been great. Room size is nice and food has been good.

All would get 5. The facility and staff has been great for grandma. Grandma self isolated at first. They kept including her and encouraged her to participate. We like that family can eat with grandma and its not expensive.

The 2 reasons I chose Ansley park is as follows: 1. [name removed] was incredible to deal with and very accommodating. I trust her with my mom. 2. Price.

I have been quite pleased with the experience I've had thus far. The staff have been very helpful, friendly and caring each time I've dropped in to see my mom.

Friendly staff, clean and good services such as laundry and housekeeping. We upgraded from studio which was a bit small in the main building and got the one bedroom on the outside which is perfect. It was only $[removed]more a month but worth it.

Very friendly and beautiful landscaping. Staff seems knowledgeable. Looking forward to my mother moving in to this facility.

They notify me immediately if mom's needs change. I have personal cell numbers of the NP, Family Admin, and Facility Admin. I'm welcome to reach out anytime. The staff has been attentive to my mother and all residents when I'm visiting.

The Family Advisor greeted us, gave us information, answered our questions and showed us a one-bedroom apartment. She was very professional & efficient, yet very warm and friendly. It is rare in these days, but she was honest and told me that Sumter Grove was a better fit for me at this time. I really appreciated that. The facility was very convenient to everything. It was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. We were really impressed. We felt it was more of a rehabilitation and nursing home facility than assisted living. There was no nursing home type scents. The inhabitants that we saw were in wheel chairs, some wearing a leg prothesis and walking with canes.

Great staff and tour. Drop in visit went great! Looking to utilize the memory care unit, transition team and nurse had been amazingly helpful.

From the start, we had a great experience working with the manager, J[name removed]. She answered all of our questions clearly and made the transition seamless. The apartment sizes have been a perfect fit for our needs.

Staff have been amazing to work with and very understanding of our concerns as a family. So thankful for the team at Rock Hill Grove.

Mom is surrounded by structure, connection, caring staff/therapists, and support! The lake and baby ducks outside are an added bonus. Dementia is hard, but she is doing so much better with all of the care at Fairforest Grove.

It is a beautiful place--always clean and attractive inside and out when I visit my sister. She enjoys the meals most of the time, has assistance when needed, and enjoys a variety of fun and entertaining activities. I rest more easily knowing she is there!

Mom is doing well at Grace Manor. She says the staff is very supportive. Only thing she is getting use to is the food. Food is a little different than she is used to to.

My wife is in the memory care. All of the aids are very respectful. They never give orders to the patients, but ask "do you want to sit here", "are you through with your meal", etc. They seem to be aware that all of the folks were, in earlier years, young married, new mothers, had careers and were not having memory issues. I watched a big, tall young worker gently take the hand of a confused person and slowly lead them to a seat. I would rate them 5 stars, (the best). The food should be rated 4 1/2 to a 5. The workers are always cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors after a meal, they are quick to move the plates and utensils and wipe off the tables. Their is always a small, tasty desert served after a meal.
