Ansley is a good facility. If so let me know. They have much going for them, but there are areas for concern as a a caregiver for my loved one. I think if I could do it without the hassle I would move my relative. It's a lot for me as a caregiver. Address changes, and I signed a year lease. No one answers the front desk phone there in an emergency. I'm not sure if he pulled the chord in his room if there is anyone in case of emergencies. It's a beautiful property with well kept grounds

Everybody who is checking out Grace Manor is facing a difficult decision. They were very accommodating and caring.

Very happy to serve me with no earlier notice I was showing up to eat with my mom. The food was very delicious. Her room always looks cared for and my mother seems to enjoy making new friends and playing Bingo

The employees are very cordial, but my brother complains about the food they serve. A lot of times he cooks in his apartment because the food isn't tasty or of poor quality.

My relative has amazed us in so many ways since moving to Fairforest, She has gone from being mostly sedentary to participating in almost every activity offered, and there are many! Too many to list! She had more or less lost interest in most things but now has a new interest in living.. Having her meals on a schedule has been so helpful, and she is usually complimentary about the food. If there is something she doesn't care for they will substitute! There seems to always be a party or social with special food treats. Having someone administer meds is another wonderful thing since she is diabetic. She loves her apartment. It is so cozy!

Our mother has been at Fairforest since [date removed] She was in assisted living and is now in memory care. We are very pleased with her care and all employees of both areas. All staff are very respectful and caring and friendly. My sister and I have not had any issues with anything related to her care and we appreciate knowing if our mother needs anything, we will get a call.

I have lived here for 6 years and the last three years have been excellent. [name removed] became the executive director about 3 years ago and changed everything for the better. She hired new management personnel and made many changes in the caregiver staff. The food is good, the caregivers are friendly and responsive and the interior has been refreshed. Management is responsive and friendly. [name removed], the activities director is a real professional and keep s the residents entertained. [name removed], the maintenance man, is knowledgeable, high energy and is quick to respond to any issues. 6 years ago there was a roach problem but that has been solved and now I rarely see a roach. The grounds are clean and well maintained. There is a lake behind the facility which is bordered by a walking path . I have seen many forms of wildlife there including ducks, turtles,geese, squirrels, a great blue heron and I saw an otter catch a fish! I highly recommend Fairforest Grove Senior Living.

The staff at Fairforest has always been caring and attentive to the needs of my family members. They keep in contact with me concerning care and concerns. Very clean facility and lots if varied activities for the residents .

The move in process was smooth. The Family Advisor ([name removed]) made everything so easy and assuaged so many fears. My mother seems to really like the food. The room and bathroom are both very spacious. The staff overall are very attentive, patient, and helpful. They do have great activities. My mother really enjoys happy hour with music and dancing.

Over all we have been very pleased! Everyone that Works in the memory care unit is very friendly and always gives us at least one positive thing each time we visit. When we have had an issue or needed something or have questions they are very quick to respond.

Everything was great. [name removed] was the best manager I ever met, and I'm a retired nurse , and I'm very particular. I would recommend this community to others and have already mentioned to others.

Even though my mother only lived at Grand Villa for four months before she passed away, I was extremely pleased with the level of care that she received from them. She fell numerous times which required trips to the hospital and they promptly called me every time with updates.I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

I have been blessed with the opportunity several times to be able to attend and help with different events and parties that they have had for the residents and public, like bingo nights, holiday activities and it’s just so much fun not just for the residents but for all. The staff is amazing. I have also met the director. It’s not just a job for him. He cares about all his residents and their families and treats them as if they are part of his family. No place is perfect but he does his best to try and make it a fun and safe home for all. If you have the time please attend some of the activities they have with the residents that are open for the public to join in. The residents love it.

The staff is attentive and pleasant with Mama. I think that place is absolutely fabulous for mother.

My husband and I moved my mother-in-law in about two weeks ago. The leasing coordinator, [name removed], was patient, compassionate, and very thorough during the initial meeting and tour of the facility., as well as the move-in preparation. She was extremely supportive and reassuring during this challenging time. Tyrus, the director, made the move-in day run smoothly and efficiently. We knew exactly what to expect and didn’t feel like we had to jump thru hoops to make things happen. The entire staff has been polite and helpful, and they interact with the residents in a very patient and gentle manner.

The staff was amazing. Unfortunately, my mom passed away quickly after moving in, but the time she did have there everyone was very kind and accommodating to her and to us.

We cannot comment on the activities [name removed] did not participate. The facility is nice and clean. Staff was amazing. So sweet and caring toward the tenants.

The management staff consistently go out of their way to ensure the safety and care of the residents.

My parent's overall experience at Lakeshore Manor at Lake Jackson has been wonderful. The staff are extremely helpful and supportive of their needs.

The staff were very professional when I went on the tour and lunch in the cafeteria. I would recommend this facility because the residents are friendly and the staff are professional.
