Grand Villa was a blessing at a very rough patch with my mom. I can’t say enough good things about [name removed] and [name removed] (administration). They helped and were filled with not only knowledge but compassion! Mom had a very nice stay and made a great friend which she truly needed. Grand Villa was very clean and the staff was excellent

Florence Place took great care of my sister. The staff, the facility and the food are all excellent. She was safe and secure which meant a great deal to my family. I could not have asked for a better experience for my sister. I would recommend Florence Place to anyone wishing to take care of their loved one.

My mom went from resident, through hospice at Wellington. Through the entire healthcare system including three area hospitals, and three rehab skilled nursing facilities, Wellington provided not only the best care but also the nursing staff provided the most useful medical advice! What got my mom through rehab working so hard was the promise to return to Wellington. She was so relived when she made it back. The staff there truly cares, and does whatever it takes to make the residents comfortable and happy. They really do treat you like family.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is so caring . The Executive Director is always out with the residents and helping with the staff. She is always so fast at returning any calls and emails. She is always available when we need her . I am so happy to have my mom here . I’m very pleased with everything .

Staff are extremely nice and supportive. Tons of activities for the residents. Dining is nice, my Mother in Law told me last week she's gaining too much weight! Very clean, supportive staff and love the location in Florence.

Nice size facility so she can walk a lap in about 15 minutes and not get lost. The interior courtyard is a nice safe way to be outside. The staff are very caring and helpful. We live on the other side of the country. Our mom is 97 and in generally good health but she is hard to handle. She likes the food.

The staff are fantastic! Loving, caring, answering questions about anything that I may not understand! Very friendly anytime I have been there to visit my aunt! Have only great things to say about this facility! They all do a top notch job! Grateful my aunt is there!

My visit at the Grand Villa of Lakeland was wonderful. I was greeted my several members of their staff as soon as I stepped in the building. The facility is so full of love and laughter everywhere you go. The residents have so many fun social events and activities. I would recommend them 1000% :)

[name removed] the director made sure each resident was safe and cared for. She went above and beyond and treated a resident as family.

The no pressure, frequent contact and depth of resources available as well as checklist for gauging. The quality of the choice is given. I have recommended you to others and I would not add anything right now, but I can think of.

The people working there are always smiling, most greet me by name, and they are so helpful. I've watched them interact with some very difficult residents and they are calm and extremely nice. My husband had problems with adjusting. He would get very agitated, usually at night. They would call me and most of the time I could calm him down. I appreciated that they remembered that I told them to call me no matter what time of the day or night. If they weren't able to, they would let me know what happened and how they handled it. They have a lot of activities, but my husband rarely joins in. I would highly recommend this home. I feel my husband is well cared for and safe. Hope that wasn't too much. I just feel he's so well cared for, that I can actually fly to my home state for our family reunion. I have that much faith that he is so well cared for.

The staff is really caring. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond with care. The showers have an edge that must be stepped over. Food was hit or miss. Sometimes very good and other times so-so.

Clean, friendly, compassionate. Good food, good activities.

They've currently gone through a little bit of turnover so I don't know how to speak to the most recent staff, but the previous staff was extremely accommodating to our parents whom really needed more care than what an independent facility should have provided… But that staff bent over backwards to help them and accommodate them With everything from running errands to pick up medicine at Publix to put together furniture in their rooms. We think it is a great place.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! The man at the desk was wonderful. I think he mostly works nights. The financial lady was very helpful. The medication man was great. Really everyone I dealt with was great. My cousin wanted to be miserable, complained about everything, refused to make friends or participate in any activities. I feel really sad that she would not try.

Caring and professional and kind. Realistic compatibility, clean entertaining, and positive vibes controlled environment that is secure just like home.

My mom is a resident here for over a year. The facility and staff are great very attentive and genuinely concerned about your loved ones. They have plenty of activities to keep one busy and opportunity to make new friends.

Very personable and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

You were very helpful and made this extremely uneasy situation for all of us come to a satisfying resolve for everyone involved. This is the best community we have lived in! Everyone is very professional and knows their respective jobs. We could not be happier. Best decision ever! We are so glad we selected Grand Villa of Lakeland for our new home.
