Grand Villa has truly lived up to their moto "we are family". Their team has worked very closely with my loved one. His memory care has been exceptional, his acceptance of his new home has been received well and seamless. The facility is very clean and comforting. The activities enlightening. I encourage anyone interested in making a very difficult decision to explore Grand Villa and A Place For Mom.

Only that a tour would be very helpful. It is what sold me on Ashton Manor. Activities can be improved by having them more frequently.

Overall it has been greatly beneficial. They have been wonderful and helpful. The staff is amazing. Our loved one loves the activity coordinator.

The place is beautiful. The staff is caring. The administration is very helpful and supportive. I would totally recommend. I first started looking at Grand Villa cause it’s near my job. When I got to know the administration and the staff, it was a definite yes for my mom to get to live there. She started out an independent living and was able to get assisted living and when she has the need, the memory unit will be available to her

I loved everything about it. The people seem to be seem caring and personable. The places are clean and beautiful. And it's reasonably priced and efficient in the office.

MHM is by far the best residential AL living option we have seen. After touring 4-5 others, a friend recommended we needed to visit. Because we were concentrating on Asheville options, the thought to visit Madison County didn't occur to us, but we are glad we did! Mom joined the waitlist and is moving forward with plans once her apartment is ready. The extra 15 minute drive is worth it for an option which meets our goals. Staff were extremely nice during tour. Marketing advisor took the time to identify our needs in order to help move forward with solutions. I am excited to have mom settled in a safe, secure environment where she has her own apartment residence (kitchenette is a bonus!!) plus services (meals, housekeeping, utilities, transport, all laundry) AND care management (pharmacy, in-house doctor visits, medications, shower assistance etc.)

I would highly recommend this facility. The staff is amazing. Residents are happy, well cared for, with a variety of great activities to keep them stimulated. The meals are very tasteful. We have been blessed to have my mom living at Wellington Manor Jackson. Thank you for all you do for the residents.

Wonderful staff that truly care for the residents, engaging activities that the residents enjoy, variety of meals and snacks that satisfy every palette. Would highly recommend to anyone needing assisted living or memory care for their loved one.

The food is the only think Ashton Manor could makes improvements on. Its a great community, the residents are like a family and watch out for each other and yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I love this place and so does Mom!! The fact that they have memory care and palliative care also. The physical therapy is available right there at the center. Every time I went to visit the place was very clean and didn't have any sense whatsoever to try to cover up odors just always smelled nice and clean. The residents were very engaged and the employees knew the residence by name. Oh and the primary care doctor comes to the center to see my mom I don't have to worry about getting her to a doctor appointment

Wellington Manor of Jackson is a great community that allows each resident to receive the care that they each need in both the assisted living and the memory care. I would recommend the community to other families.

I would recommend this facility over and over again. My family member was placed here and was overjoyed with the care and love she received. I never had to worry about her care as I was always updated or informed if anything occurred. If she ever had to be sent out, I was called to ask how she was doing. They really care about their residents. She was never bored as their activities are always planned and they are always doing something. This place is a 10/10.

The best senior living facility in Jackson. They always have great activities going. Great staff that is always friendly! The facility is always clean and the food is top notch. I’m so grateful that my family member is always taken care of.

The staff at Grand Villas has really done a great job helping my mom transition from living at home to assisted living. It was a hard first month, but they were patient and caring. The on-site medical team (partners with GV) are also amazing. My mom has had so much improvement physically with the close attention she has received. We are very happy we picked Grand Villas!

Ansley Parke is a wonderful place to live. The staff are great and I can always depend on them to be here for me. My room is always spotless and laundry always done on my laundry days. Its nice to be somewhere to be loved and I can just relax...

The staff have been very nice for the most part. We've had a couple issues with meds and then handling them but I think things have been worked out. I understand there are kinks in the beginning. Mom is happy there and this makes us happy. #6 food can always be improved upon. I've heard this not only from my mom but a few that we know who live there as well. Overall we are happy and this is the most important. You will always get a straight answer from me. Mom has now been living at Cedar Creek since October 2024. It's nice they know her by name and are willing to lend a hand when needed.

We have never had any experience with personal care homes and we were getting quite concerned with where or if we were going to find a suitable place for my wife’s sister. Most of the places seemed to have an add on charge for everything and given her budget would have made it near impossible to make sure we could cover the cost each month. We had not gone to check out Azalea Gardens because we had heard it was well outside our price range. Then [name removed] kinda pushed us just to give them a look. Boy, are we glad she did! Her sister has been there for going on two months and all we can say is it’s the best thing we could done for her. It is a very active community and she is actually thriving there. The staff has been very helpful and professional in every way. I am so glad we checked it out especially since it’s just minutes from our house. My sister is only 53, and has brain cancer. She fits right in with the all residents!

1-8 all get a 5. Great staff and great value for the money. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Magnolia Manor to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

the very best reason to be here is .... it is very quiet... all the time.... there meals daily, and weekly trash and laundry service.. there are separate buildings for each level of care and need... a facility that is rich in character...
