They're extremely helpful and understanding with elders needs individually. Would definitely recommend it to people. My parents love it there

Turnover of staff is very high so not much consistency in service. Activities for IL is just short of nothing. Can't speak for AL as they're in a different building. It's an older facility so the rooms in IL are big, especially for the price. However the halls are very narrow.

Great place she is still unhappy due to the move but daily they have been wonderful with her! We greatly appreciate all there work and care. Activities are limited for her because she is not sure about leaving her room. They are friendly and helpful but busy . They are very focused on the care of everyone . But if she asked ? asked questions, They will stop and answer. Relationship are starting to form . Wish I could learn everyones name. Very quiet place overall.

5 for all. From the initial interview through our relative's passing, Fair Forest was an excellent experience. The staff was always friendly and attentive and treated our relative with kindness and compassion as was competence. It was the perfect for her.

All are 5. They take great care of her and she loves it there. The staff really loves them. They have activities that keep them busy. My mom loves the meals and the rooms are good sizes. Mom has a full bed, love seat, 2 end tables, a chest of drawers and still has plenty of room to move around. My brother and I are so happy with the care mom receives there and are so glad we chose Wellington Manor in Newport TN for her.

I highly recommend the facility. They are very kind and gentle with the clients. Very attentive to each individuals needs. The clients are kept busy during the day. All are encouraged to join in activities. It is always very clean The administration is available 24 hours a day. I have a cell number for the executive director. I had to use it recently at 9:30pm and it was answered immediately.

What we like the most about Rock Hill is the community size, the caregivers and location. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I came in to do a tour and the family advisor was so kind and friendly made us feel comfortable. Explained every thing very thoroughly. As we’re walking around the building I’m getting all these “hellos” & warm smiles everyone in there is just so kind. The residents were busy doing an activity. & seemed so happy I just knew this place would be perfect for my mom!

I provide an outside worker for [name removed]daily care. I pay someone to come in from 9 to 6 each day, seven days a week. So I am not sure about the quality of care. Although I don't have any complaints. My largest complaint would be the food. They only have one option for lunch and dinner. And the times I have been there it is definitely not very appetizing. I think they have a lot to do to improve their food service. I do believe it is a good value for the money, however, I would pay more to get a better food service.

[name removed] is great with the introduction and intake. [name removed] has been fantastic with her medical care. The staff has been courteous and made my mother feel welcome. [name removed] and [name removed](sp) take great care of mom in their space. [name removed] does fantastic job coordinating activities and keeping the residents engaged. [name removed] takes care of Mom’s physical therapy. The greatest compliment I can give them is when I visit, Mom says how friendly everyone is, how she enjoys the activities and the food is good. These folks are much appreciated as my mother grew beyond our ability to care for her in our home. Very thankful for this group.

A Place for Mom was a life saver. I was looking for a place for my brother and they found a great place for him. I would highly recommend.

[name removed] the Family Advisor is wonderful. The nurse, [name removed], is professional and kind. Anita, the director, was good to meet. I'm still getting to know the staff in Memory Care, but they are great with my mom from what I've observed. Mom's room is nice and large. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible, including the large shower. I am still learning about the activities, but they have had mom up and working on art projects each time I've visited.

What we like the most about the Oaks is how friendly and accommodating the staff is. The ease of discussing things with them. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on our experience.

We toured this facility today looking for a place for our parents. [name removed] was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all our questions and provided us with information on things we didn’t know to ask about. The facility was clean, staff was friendly, residents appeared happy and well taken care of. They provide a lot of helpful amenities to residents and offer a variety of social activities inside and outside the facility. Definitely a front runner.

The activity director is amazing! Her love for the residents really shows. Also the health care team is very caring. They were so on top of things with the care of my father. I truly loved Wellington Manor and the staff. They provided such wonderful care.

The Manor at Lake Jackson is an awesome place for your love one. They really care for each and every one of their patients. The facility has always been clean and no smells. The staff is always friendly. I have been there during meal times and the food looked great. The rooms are cleaned daily. The patients are bathed and clean clothes.

The staff at Grand Villa are simply wonderful. My sister has been a resident for almost a year and I am so relieved to have such caring people surrounding her that are eager to help her maintain quality of life. I highly recommend Grand Villa for anyone considering assisted living for a loved one.

What a relief it is to know my father is comfortable, happy, safe and well cared for. I was searching for a highly rated on existing reviews memory care facility that was within a 10 mile drive from my home. I toured and observed four facilities. Grand Villa impressed by a wide margin. One the important differentiating factors was the openly spiritual atmosphere among staff and management. A common comment when I spoke with all levels was that they viewed their roles as callings rather than jobs. After gaining more familiarity I continue to be impressed with the professionalism at the same time as the gentle, personalized care for the residents.
