She is very happy there. The staff is very attentive and kind.The therapists are proactive and are great at keeping me informed as to her program and progress. All are upbeat and friendly. The staff dispenses my mother's medications in her room at the appropriate times.

Didn't actually tour, it is an assisted living. The very knowledgeable man I talked to determined my husband would need memory assisted living, which is not available here. I really do not know what else to say.

We will be moving my mother in law to Vickery soon. The staff is professional and very willing to accommodate residents and families considering bringing their parents to live at Vickery. The facility is very clean and orderly with a solid plan to care for residents.

My mom has been a resident of Fairforest Grove for about 2 1/2 years. When dad died I could not take care of mom. I found this place and they take great care of mom. Whenever I visit mom is always clean, happy, and her room is clean. The workers do a great job and take pride in talking to and interacting with residents. I visit regularly and have never had a problem with anyone there.

My husband and I are placing his brother into Windrush at Garden City, SC. The entire staff from director [name removed], to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and others are total professionals, knowledgeable, very friendly, and are willing to assist and answer any of your questions. Windrush facility is routinely cleaned and provides weekly activities to keep their residents entertained and happy. I’m very impressed witnessing how all staff interact with each resident, and treating them with kindness and respect that they deserve.

We love Sunabella. The people there are so nice. Everyone there gets to know their residents and the people that come to visit them. Everyone with a smile and you get the genuine felling that they care.

I give each category a 5 star rating. Grace Manor is a Great place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My aunt who is 94 is happy with her apartment and all the activities that are provided. It is very clean! That is important to making the decision to moving her there.

What we like the most about the Fairforest Grove community is the staff and the outside support (OC, PT, etc). They all go above and beyond for the residents. I love the lake loop that is virtually on property.

We chose this facility because it was "affordable" and because of the staff to resident ratios. There are group outings every week, sometimes twice a week. Residents are encouraged to sign up

Ansley Glen at Greenwood is such a beautiful community! I recently toured it for my parents, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. [name removed] was especially friendly and down-to-earth—she really listened to all my concerns and what mattered most to me for my parents. Throughout the tour, every staff member we met greeted us warmly and made an effort to make us feel at home. I was also impressed that the Executive Director took time out of her busy schedule to personally welcome me. I can’t wait to see my parents move in over the next few weeks!

Definitely a 5! What we like the most about the Oaks at Savannah community is the personal interaction, the expansive dining menu, the varied attempts to entertain

Very clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Apartment sizes are great and have plenty of room. I highly recommend Osprey Manor.

So glad I put my Dad in Grace Manor and suites. He loves it there. The staff is so wonderful. I took care of him for years. But this is so much better for him. Like a big family. They have a beautiful garden which my Dad love to set and watch the birds. Great food, clean, greet staff. So no worries. [name removed]

My grandma has been living here for a little more than a year. It was a hard decision for our family to move her, but I cannot explain how thankful we are. The staff are always friendly and willing to go out of their way for her. Every time i visit the community is clean and the people seemhappy. I would definitely recommend this place!

What a warm and welcoming community. Smells good walking in and residents are happy and the managers are extremely professional and friendly. Great communication and always something holding on. Wellington Manor feels like home

What we like the most about the community is first the director is a super guy and really does care about the residents. That is a rare quality in those places. 2nd. It is super clean and open and inviting. 3. They go apartment to apartment collecting trash every night so they do not get roaches. They don't even buy their own toilet paper there! It is furnished. Their is a puzzle and game area, a social area, a family area, even a pool hall on my brother in laws 3rd floor ! With big screen televisions and and chairs to watch sports. Oh, they also have a movie screening room with super nice chairs for movie watching any time day or night ! They clean his room once a week and they do all his laundry weekly and change his bedding weekly at bare minimum more if needed.

Overall experience 5. My mother moved in and they worked with her making her transition as easy as possible. Cleanliness 4 they do a great job keeping the apartments clean nothing special but its good. Friendliness 5 Top scores here. The staff and the residents are so nice. They always include my mom on activities and conversations and make her feel included. Quality of Care 4 my mom doesnt really need much in the way of care but they make sure she's showered and that all her medications are taken care of. They have a couple visiting nurse practitioners that see to everyone's care monthly. Admin and Staff 4 for all th reasons above the staff is great its like a second family. Food is ok 3 not exactly the greatest mostly its repeative and not much on variety but the meals are all good just kinda boring. Activities 4 they just got a new activities director but they have been really good about having various activities for people to do. Value for the money 5 you get a lot of care and one on one time with the staff and residents its the sort of place id like to move to when I need to have a little help day to day.

I enjoyed the residents and the staff. I was very active as an Ambassador. My only gripe was the food. I would recommend this place to others.

The staff make all the difference. I would recommend to others. My mother enjoyed it there before she passed.
