Dinner is a lot lighter than lunch but I would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. I have not had a bad experience yet. Even when my mother fell they called me at 5 am to give me the choice of an ambulance or to pick her up and take her myself.

The staff is attentive to my mother-in-law's needs. They care about the residents, are pleasant, and communicate with us if there is a problem. The facility is clean, the atmosphere is uplifting, the dining room is nice and the food is good.

The representative with A Place For Mom was helpful, informative, and sincere. The team @ Grand Villa Memory Care is amazing. Their motto "Looks Like Home, Feels Like Family" is daily exercised by the entire staff. Grateful for each team member that made day 1 welcoming and smooth for my mother - upon entering, she was so engaged with the staff's genuine personalities. Appreciate each of you - your dedication makes a difference in the lives of others and we are grateful for all that you do.

The facility is lovely. People are wonderful and there are plenty of activities to keep me busy. The rent per month is reasonable given the quality of the facility. The food could be improved however. The application process, was easy and the manager is wonderful.

I was there for a short visit this morning during breakfast and the staff was rounding all the tenants up and it was like Hearding cats, but they did a very good job with patience and compassion, and they did not rush anyone. I found them the staff to be very caring and referred to everyone by name and it was a very friendly atmosphere. They managed to hold together.

They did a great job with everything that we needed. A 5 on all of them a great place and the help was very helpful and they were very good. Yes I would recommend the community to other families.

Me and my dad both agree they did great job with what we had to work with we would give them a 5 on everything my dad was up they're more then I was he said he was well pleased. The process of transitioning over to their facility was smooth my dad said the food was good he had alit of financial obstacles we had to manage and they helped him with that.

5 for everything. Wellington Manor has been a God Send to us. Staff is very nice and experienced. At my mom's previous senior living, she was no longer bathing. The previous place would just ask her if she wanted help bathing, if course she would say NO because she has dementia and doesn't know what she is saying, so they just allowed her to have BO and be unclean. At Wellington, they always make sure ahead of time is bathed and cleaned at least once a week, whether she wants to or not. I don't know how they are able to convince her, but they do!

The staff is very caring and call me whenever there is any problem or issue. Safe location and facility, caring by staff members and value for money

My mother in law loves her place ... her room is big enough for her couch across from the Bathroom & she has a nice chair at the end of her bed with a tv on her dresser.. that she likes to sit in & watch .. when she doesn't want to be with everyone else.. there is always plenty of staff .. which we had a problem with at another facility...

I would recommend it. Staff very helpful. Nice facilities. [name removed] was great. My aunty had vision and mobility issues so with assisting hands it worked well. She was not a fan of the food but was able with assisting hands to buy supplemental food items. If she stayed in Florida she would have stayed there. She wanted to move closer to her family

I visit my mother quite often unannounced. When I walk in someone is always there to greet me and have me sign in. My mother is in the memory care unit but they do have her come out for events on the other side when enough staff is available to assist her. The staff is very attentive & friendly when I visit and for the most part she seems happy. I feel my mother is safe and well cared for ..she always tells me how good her food is too. I would recommend this faculty to others .

We would rank 1-8 a 5. We are very happy with the care my mom is getting. They are very accommodating with my mother. They deliver to her three meals a day to her room because my mother does not feel like going out to the dining area and socializing. I have no complains and would highly recommend Wellington.

We have had a very good experience with the facility and staff. I would recommend, and have recommended!

It is a caring group who looks after the best well being of the person living there.

My mom there is a very social person but she had been confined to her house for the last 2 years before we put her in there. When she was in and settled she began to socialize and she made fast Friends and it was a wonderful thing to see she felt like she wanted to live again. It's just very sad for me that she didn't get to enjoy it for very long.

5 for all for sure!! When I get to an age where I need to live in an assisted living facility, I would want to live here. Everyone there is amazing and the Executive Director is always available if there is ever any issues

GVLakeland is a truly remarkable place. The facility is well kept and the meals are amazing but what really places GV in a category of its own is the staff. They are so respectful of the residents; pleasant, laughing, joking but always professional. They truly care about each resident as well as residents’ family. I know my loved one is well taken care of and that gives us such peace of mind. Thank you GV!!
