So glad I put my Dad in Grace Manor and suites. He loves it there. The staff is so wonderful. I took care of him for years. But this is so much better for him. Like a big family. They have a beautiful garden which my Dad love to set and watch the birds. Great food, clean, greet staff. So no worries. [name removed]

My grandma has been living here for a little more than a year. It was a hard decision for our family to move her, but I cannot explain how thankful we are. The staff are always friendly and willing to go out of their way for her. Every time i visit the community is clean and the people seemhappy. I would definitely recommend this place!

What a warm and welcoming community. Smells good walking in and residents are happy and the managers are extremely professional and friendly. Great communication and always something holding on. Wellington Manor feels like home

What we like the most about the community is first the director is a super guy and really does care about the residents. That is a rare quality in those places. 2nd. It is super clean and open and inviting. 3. They go apartment to apartment collecting trash every night so they do not get roaches. They don't even buy their own toilet paper there! It is furnished. Their is a puzzle and game area, a social area, a family area, even a pool hall on my brother in laws 3rd floor ! With big screen televisions and and chairs to watch sports. Oh, they also have a movie screening room with super nice chairs for movie watching any time day or night ! They clean his room once a week and they do all his laundry weekly and change his bedding weekly at bare minimum more if needed.

Overall experience 5. My mother moved in and they worked with her making her transition as easy as possible. Cleanliness 4 they do a great job keeping the apartments clean nothing special but its good. Friendliness 5 Top scores here. The staff and the residents are so nice. They always include my mom on activities and conversations and make her feel included. Quality of Care 4 my mom doesnt really need much in the way of care but they make sure she's showered and that all her medications are taken care of. They have a couple visiting nurse practitioners that see to everyone's care monthly. Admin and Staff 4 for all th reasons above the staff is great its like a second family. Food is ok 3 not exactly the greatest mostly its repeative and not much on variety but the meals are all good just kinda boring. Activities 4 they just got a new activities director but they have been really good about having various activities for people to do. Value for the money 5 you get a lot of care and one on one time with the staff and residents its the sort of place id like to move to when I need to have a little help day to day.

I enjoyed the residents and the staff. I was very active as an Ambassador. My only gripe was the food. I would recommend this place to others.

The staff make all the difference. I would recommend to others. My mother enjoyed it there before she passed.

The staff at Oaks of Savannah were wonderful to Mom. She felt surrounded by caring people. She enjoyed spending time with the other residents while she was able to. When she became bedridden, staff members and other residents came to sit with her and talk with her. She was well taken care of, and all her needs were met.

Ansley is a good facility. If so let me know. They have much going for them, but there are areas for concern as a a caregiver for my loved one. I think if I could do it without the hassle I would move my relative. It's a lot for me as a caregiver. Address changes, and I signed a year lease. No one answers the front desk phone there in an emergency. I'm not sure if he pulled the chord in his room if there is anyone in case of emergencies. It's a beautiful property with well kept grounds

Everybody who is checking out Grace Manor is facing a difficult decision. They were very accommodating and caring.

Very happy to serve me with no earlier notice I was showing up to eat with my mom. The food was very delicious. Her room always looks cared for and my mother seems to enjoy making new friends and playing Bingo

The employees are very cordial, but my brother complains about the food they serve. A lot of times he cooks in his apartment because the food isn't tasty or of poor quality.

My relative has amazed us in so many ways since moving to Fairforest, She has gone from being mostly sedentary to participating in almost every activity offered, and there are many! Too many to list! She had more or less lost interest in most things but now has a new interest in living.. Having her meals on a schedule has been so helpful, and she is usually complimentary about the food. If there is something she doesn't care for they will substitute! There seems to always be a party or social with special food treats. Having someone administer meds is another wonderful thing since she is diabetic. She loves her apartment. It is so cozy!

Our mother has been at Fairforest since [date removed] She was in assisted living and is now in memory care. We are very pleased with her care and all employees of both areas. All staff are very respectful and caring and friendly. My sister and I have not had any issues with anything related to her care and we appreciate knowing if our mother needs anything, we will get a call.

I have lived here for 6 years and the last three years have been excellent. [name removed] became the executive director about 3 years ago and changed everything for the better. She hired new management personnel and made many changes in the caregiver staff. The food is good, the caregivers are friendly and responsive and the interior has been refreshed. Management is responsive and friendly. [name removed], the activities director is a real professional and keep s the residents entertained. [name removed], the maintenance man, is knowledgeable, high energy and is quick to respond to any issues. 6 years ago there was a roach problem but that has been solved and now I rarely see a roach. The grounds are clean and well maintained. There is a lake behind the facility which is bordered by a walking path . I have seen many forms of wildlife there including ducks, turtles,geese, squirrels, a great blue heron and I saw an otter catch a fish! I highly recommend Fairforest Grove Senior Living.

The staff at Fairforest has always been caring and attentive to the needs of my family members. They keep in contact with me concerning care and concerns. Very clean facility and lots if varied activities for the residents .

The move in process was smooth. The Family Advisor ([name removed]) made everything so easy and assuaged so many fears. My mother seems to really like the food. The room and bathroom are both very spacious. The staff overall are very attentive, patient, and helpful. They do have great activities. My mother really enjoys happy hour with music and dancing.

Over all we have been very pleased! Everyone that Works in the memory care unit is very friendly and always gives us at least one positive thing each time we visit. When we have had an issue or needed something or have questions they are very quick to respond.

Everything was great. [name removed] was the best manager I ever met, and I'm a retired nurse , and I'm very particular. I would recommend this community to others and have already mentioned to others.

Even though my mother only lived at Grand Villa for four months before she passed away, I was extremely pleased with the level of care that she received from them. She fell numerous times which required trips to the hospital and they promptly called me every time with updates.I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
