Very clean and neat, well furnished and all the residents we saw were well groomed and seemed content.

My sister has been at Gates House for the past six months and I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and caring. They also maintain a good connection with the family. I’ve been notified in a timely manner when any issues arise. I’ve been informed even at 4:30 in the morning when my sister fell out of bed There is a new administration and have had only minimal communication with them but seems nice When talking with friends who have a family member in other facilities they have no better care than my sister is receiving. My grandmother moved in a few months ago and has loved every single moment. The entire staff is warm and attentive, the facilities are always spotless, and the daily activities keep her engaged and happy. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of Helen!

Hitchcock is very clean and the food is good. They have a nice variety. The personal are smiling and friendly. They are very caring for the residences and keep the family well informed. They have many different activities that would suit all interests. They are a 5 star.

I recently visited this assisted living community and was immediately impressed by the ward, welcoming, and home-like atmosphere. The environment felt comfortable and inviting rather than cold or institutional. It was clear that the residents are able to enjoy a sense of community and comfort in a place that feels like home.

I Visited a friends family member and was surprised by how happy it is there. A lot of happy faces. The day I visited the residents were singing away to a live music performance. I really enjoyed my visit!

I went to Helena Square to visit an old friend. He is very happy and has a great group of guys that he hangs out with. They are from all different professions and most are veterans. I could tell this community was friendly, and the staff was very kind.

My aunt lives at Helena Square. I visited her and played Scrabble with a group of ladies. We had so much fun. I heard great stories from the past. I could tell these ladies loved living at this beautiful, small community.

My mother has lived there for two months and feels so comfortable there now. It’s a huge adjustment for people to make such a drastic change in their lives but everyone made her feel cared for and comfortable and it’s made a tremendous difference. Thanks to the staff and residents for helping her feel at home.

We have a family member here and visit them weekly. We have never been disappointed. The facility is always neat and clean, spacious for strolling the halls and has a wonderful enclosed courtyard. The staff -the director, housekeeping, healthcare, dining hall, and office- are all kind and welcoming. Everyone we have encountered has been willing to step up to whatever task is needed. The facility is safe and secure. This was a good move for our family. We have run into friends with family there, and their experiences are the same. Navion of New Bern handles everything. We don’t worry about the care, comfort, or security of our family members anymore.

I brought my dad for a visit. He was impressed with the size of the facility, and the size of the rooms themselves. Our tour guide was friendly and answered all of our questions, making us feel welcome and comfortable. We also liked the location, which is not too remote.

Helena Square is an assisted living community like no other. It is a place to live, make friends, enjoy life and continue to learn. It is truly our home away from home. When you reside here there is still much happiness in life!

They were not able to accommodate my wife, because of her special needs. The visit was good. very nice facility.

I recently took a tour at Helena Square and was pleased by the warm, inviting atmosphere. Residents were participating in numerous activities. The community was clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. The nurse was amazing and helpful! The courtyard was beautiful. This is a great choice for anyone considering assisted living.

The staff are very caring and look out for the residents. They try to involve them in many of the activities they offer. We would recommend Navion of Greenville to other families.
