I was faced with having to resettle my husband who has dementia. I looked at several places but the Mebane Ridge community was the clearly superior to the others I looked at. My husband is in the Memory Care unit and has received wonderful care. The staff are efficient and friendly and very in tune with both the emotional and physical needs of the resident. I give it a 10 out of 10.

I was very impressed with the McArthur Manor. It was clean and airy and seemed well organized. The big problem I had was the distance from my house. It is 25 miles away, a 45 minute drive which would be difficult to make on a daily basis for me. The cost was also a factor and the fact that my husband is not ready for an assisted liviing facility at this time.

Staff and residents were friendly. Facility was well maintained and extremely clean. Rooms were specious and well designed. Several styles of rooms were offered. The facility had lots of amenities for residents. Price were in line with assisted living facilities in the area

NAVION of Greenville has provided an exceptional environment for my cousin. The staff have been warm, friendly, and caring. Activities and/or outings are scheduled daily to keep residents engaged. From time to time activities are planned to include family and friends (e.g., BBQ, Mystery Dinner Theater, etc.). The onsite nursing staff is available for questions and follow up whenever needed. The food is wonderful!

We moved my father into an apartment at The Havens a little over a months ago. The transition, for him, was a little bumpy but the facility personnel and other residents quickly took him in and made him part of the community. The Havens offers lots of social connections and activities and he is taking advantage of everything. Earlier this year my Dad was sitting alone in his empty house but in now active at The Havens. A bonus is the peace of mind my family has knowing Dad is safe, warm and cared for 24/7.

After visiting with [removed name] we decided to move our mom to Legacy. She was so helpful and the facility and rooms look great. [removed name] was so helpful and kind throughout the process. We are hopeful that being at Legacy will help our mom with her goal of moving back to her home eventually.

My parents and I toured Helena Square on Saturday. As soon as we walked in well felt like we were home! This community is very cozy, staff are engaged and everyone seemed so happy. There were lots of residents that are independent and active like my parents. The holiday decorations throughout the community were beautiful. We were able to secure a one-bedroom apartment the same day with a mid - January move - in. My parents are excited to live a worry-free lifestyle.

I worked at mallard for years. Started at only 17yrs old and worked with [removed name] the executive Director when we both were just starting out. I would not hesitate ever to recommend mallard ridge assisted living to anyone who has a loved one in need of assisted living care. I know [removed name] personally, grew up along side of her, and know what mallard ridge means to her and how much she truly loves the residents. Your loved one would be taken care of as if they were her own family member. If I had a loved one in need of a care facility, Mallard Ridge would be the only place id trust for them to go. You wont find a facility or staff that tops mallard ridge. The bar is set high at this place and I dont know of another facility in the area that has come close to reaching it. Jordan Beavers

Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville is great place to live. Lots of activities- bingo, crafts, etc., and trips- shopping, theaters, etc. Close to home. Staff is great! I love it here! Lots of fun, and great people living here.

My mom has been at Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville for a year. We love everything about this place. She feels safe and cared for by the staff. She has lots of friends. She loves how spacious and quiet her apartment is. There is a full calendar of events that she participates in. The staff is caring and compassionate and always go out of their way to make sure the residence is a joyful place for the residents to live. I love knowing she is so happy, safe, and content here.

Staff is great and very kind helpful at all times. Love the administrative and individuals and sales was great and was a good help to help resolve bringing my loved one to Navion. Facility is clean and very pleasant to visit.

We are incredibly grateful to have found Cypress Gardens for my mother-in-law. From the very beginning, the experience has been exceptional. [removed name], the Marketing Director, was wonderful to work with — knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping our family find the right fit. She made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Since moving in, my mother-in-law has truly thrived. She is happy, busy, and engaged with the wide variety of activities offered each day. It brings our family so much comfort to see her enjoying herself, staying socially connected, and feeling at home in such a warm and welcoming environment. The staff at Cypress Gardens are attentive, caring, and professional. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and truly care about the residents as individuals. The sense of community here is outstanding, and we have complete peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision!

What we like the most about the community is the overall atmosphere and the staff members care and are wonderful. Yes we would recommend Mc Arthur Manor to other families based on the experience so far.

I found Carolina Reserve to be bright, the walls are a warm color with white trim throughout, this highlights both cleanliness and care. The air smells clean everywhere. The staff is not only courteous and professional, they are helpful and friendly. In Memory Care many of the residents are active and engaging. I was blessed to have my husband move in.

Recently was able to attend the [removed name] for our meeting and have lunch as well. The community was all decorated for Christmas and the meal we had was elegant, I even asked residents if this is how they ate every day and they said yes. Our group was able to meet for about 2 hours and the whole time the staff took care of us just like they do their residents. As I get older, I never thought about my next steps, but this place made me realize this is a great solution. I was able to take a mini tour and see the wonderful apartments with all the steel appliances and good sizes. Many of our members said they would move in right now if they were looking. Residents seemed so happy and spoke very highly of the place. Thank you so much[removed names], and the Chandler Place staff. I will be praising this community everywhere I go.

We recently placed our mother at Ashley Square and are simply amazed with the care that she has received. The staff are super friendly and loving towards my mother and the rest of our family. We could not have picked a better place for her. Highly recommend Ashley Square.

My mom was at Preston House for 21 months. She was always clean, fed and content. The amenities are not fancy but the staff is consistent and caring and always willing to help in any way. Preston House has special events for residents and their families at least 4 times a year with food and activities for both. Preston House also brings in entertainment for residents and involves residents with hands on activities.

I loved the residents, the employees, and the environment. I would love to love here once I retire. I would use this facility for my parents as well. The residents are amazing and they make the environment so welcoming.
