Staff is very friendly and helpful. The new resident is already feeling and sounding better than prior to the move in. Clean and room size adequate. Resident complains of lack of flavor in food but she understands that other residents may have diet restrictions.

Great friendly staff well informed as to my brothers needs and care. The facility was clean and well maintained as were the grounds including the interior courtyard. The hallways are well lit and spacious allowing room for 2 wheel chairs to pass easily and room doors well lit and clearly marked and inset at least a foot into the wall for a proper entrance to the apartment ?? The main living area is well appointed as is the dining room. The kitchen is truly well designed and would work well in any commercial restaurant kitchen . The courtyard porch nicely appointed for residences to sit outside in most weather.

I would give a 5 to the people who interact daily with the residents. I would give a 2 to the management because of their daily inconsistencies regarding interaction with hospitals and patients' family members. I would be more than happy to give examples. My husband was there briefly and was very happy with the staff in memory care. Re admin keep asking and checking on everything they say because they don't follow thru. Also watch the money flow. The hospital could never get get them to answer questions, or the phone or return calls. There was so much more but it makes me angry..

Welcoming environment and staff. A great place for Mom to live and your piece of mind that she is being taken care of.

As soon as I walked into Langston Square, I knew it was the place for my mama. [name removed] greeted me & explained the layout of the facility. She introduced the staff as family members as we passed in the hallways. [name removed] was instrumental in the final decision to have my mama move to Langston Square.

We are very pleased with Langston Square for my grandma. After being in a different facility, the team and staff at Langston have truly been a breath of fresh air. They are attentive and compassionate, and they have been able to meet all of my grandma’s needs while enhancing her overall quality of life. With her age-related health issues and a recent cancer diagnosis, it means so much that she has a comfortable space of her own, surrounded by familiar items from home. Langston Square has been a wonderful fit for her, and we are grateful for the care and support she receives there.

1. RN on site and on call. 2. Levels of care so Mpm can transition there and not have to move. 3. Numerous activities offered to patients 4. Doctors who come there and see/care for Mom. Highly recommend!!

I had lots of questions. The staff were very prompt and thorough in answering questions and addressing concerns I had before move-in. The staff are friendly and engaged with residents. My husband is always clean shaven and well bathed. He seems to be content there and made an easy transition from home.

The community is clean and the staff members are great. The food is super and the residents are very nice. We would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Our tour was guided by [Name Removed]., she was delightful. She was friendly, personable and informative, she took her time to explain the facility and everything it has to offer. The facility was clean and brightly lit; there were different room sizes to fit the needs of the residents and the courtyard was lovely. We left confident this would be a safe and happy environment for our mom.

An incredibly caring staff. Because it is a smaller assisted living facility, Everyone gets so much attention. I have found the staff to be absolutely as helpful as possible, and my sister is very happy with where she is now. I couldn't ask for more.

I highly recommend Navion. The staff is wonderful, take good care of their clients, clean and many activities for everyone. Administration works and listen to their family concerns.

The atmosphere has a home feel. The facility has always been clean each time I have popped in to visit my mom. Everyone of the staff members that I have encountered have been very friendly, and are there to answer any questions. [Name Removed] , the activity director always has a smile. You can tell she loves her job. The ladies that I know that care for my mom are kind and friendly([Names Removed]). I love that my mom has daily options ( like a menu ) of food choices . The dining room reminds me of small restaurants in hotels. My mom's room is a great size .

The place seemed terrific. We will likely choose this place when mom needs it. I like that it was clean, smelled clean, had a lot of activities and even regular outings. It appeared that care was very personal.

Nice facilities, comfortable environment. Our host was a very professional and caring tour guide. My sister and I enjoyed our visit.

The facility was extremely clean and the staff was able to answer all our questions. My sister was truly impressed. We, my spouse and I, really like to make the facility our “home”.

Mommy has been at Pinewood Square for 6 months. Although it was a huge adjustment for the both of us, she has settled in and I believe this was the right decision for her safety. She has her independence, individual apartment and is kept entertained by all the daily activities. She especially enjoys the outings. I cannot thank the staff enough for the little things like changing her calendar, making sure she looks nice when pick her up and treating her with the upmost respect and human decency. It’s been a great decision for our family!

My aunt is doing so much better there than living at home! The staff is wonderful and so caring. The thing that I find most reassuring is my aunt is clean, safe and gets her medicine on time. That makes us so happy. I would give them a 10 on everything!! From our perspective, they do a wonderful job. The management team is "Top notch"! You won't find a more professional and knowledgeable team! Our family is so happy to be there!

It is very nice and on the ball staff! Mom is really acclimatized to the facility and has made some friends. Food is good and healthy!

It was emotional and scary to visit an assisted living facility but [Name Removed] was calming, informative and gentle. He answered all of my questions and gave me a tour. This was a very positive experience and helped me gather the info I need to be able to make the best decision both short and long term for my husband.
