The staff here at Navion is taking the best care of my family member there. I come at different times of the day and evening they are ready and willing to solve or take care of situation that arises. I feel my love one safe and care for at all times. This is Navion is 1# in my book. All the places I've looked at they have everything we need. I would recommend Navion

I moved to Helena Square in July. I started with a two week respite stay just to give it trial run. After a couple of days, I decided to stay permanently. I feel safe here. I feel part of a community. I realize I was lonely at home. I love all of the activities, especially the live music.

I visited my grandmother over Thanksgiving weekend. She moved to Helena about two months ago. She has settled in so well and loves her neighbors in the care staff. This community is sweet and I felt very welcome. My first time visiting. My grandmother is so happy here and has so many new friends. Thank you, Helena Square!

The reserve is beautiful and very up-to-date. The apartments are comfortable and nicely designed. Each apartment has a balcony The continuing care is the best part. Both the assisted living and the memory care villas looked very comfortable.

The staff are friendly, the facility is clean and inviting and the residents seem happy and engaged. I had several people greet me without prompting from the person showing me around. There were several activities going on and people walking around and chatting. The rooms are a nice size. The baths have nice size showers with sturdy seats and grab bars. A very well cared for facility.

I’m a disabled veteran and am trying to be able to live there!!! The facility is top notch!!! The staff are better than family they have no expectations to get stuff from you ? I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants a relaxing lifestyle with all the amenities and care of the most lovely people ?

The residents are people not patients. The staff appreciates diversity. Theres something for everyone. Theres so much more to the environment than the building. It is where friends are made that last forever even if that forever is shorter than you may hope.

I love everything about living here the staff, food, residents. I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff is exceptional and will go out of their way to help all residents with anything they may need. Our management team is always willing to make time to talk to us about any problems and concerns and do their best to help us in any way they can.

I have lived in Chandler place for 14 years and have never wanted to leave. I recently moved to an updated apartment as well. I’ve made so many friends and would never go anywhere else, I have everything I need right here.

I am content here, I did not want to live with my child and this was an amazing solution. Overall the food is good most of the time. I enjoy all the friend I have made, it’s very clean as well. I am very happy here.

I could knock on any door and someone will always help if I need it. If it were not for [name removed] I wouldn’t be here because he is so helpful. Cleanliness is number here, it always smells amazing and staff is always helpful.

All the food is great and that they clean and set up the dining room and they clean your apartment. I did not want to move but when I did I realized I should have moved sooner. I love my apartment and my new friends.

Have lived here 5 years and have enjoyed this facility. Pleasant accommodations, good quality and variety for dining. Lots of activities. Friendly residents and staff. All the managers are very helpful

My father was a resident of Navion. He had help with his mobility issues and he used his wheelchair to go everywhere in the facility. There were activities every day including outings and activities that involved the families. All the rooms were clean and well maintained. The garden in the center of the facility offered a piece of outdoors for the residents. The cost of the facility was very reasonable for our area and an even better option when you compared amenities. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking in the New Bern area

Staff is incredibly kind and developed relationships with my mom. Not just care activities but they actually care about clients as a person. Above and beyond efforts to care for my mom as he health declined and approached end of life. Size and environment of Keowee Square has a "home" feel and not institutional at all. Leadership is excellent. [name removed] and [name removed] are differential leaders. Yes I already recommend to people on a regular basis.

After many visits to assisted living facilities across the Lowcountry, I knew this was the place for my mom when I walked through the door. It is a smaller, cozy community that has a very pleasant and caring staff. Mom has been there for a month and a half now, and she is receiving great care...from good meals, to PT/OT visits, opportunities to go on outings, and plenty of activities within the building itself. I believe Cypress Square truly strives to tend to the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of their residents and cannot begin to tell you the piece of mind that brings to our family.
