Recently, finding placement for my mom was smooth and very professional. I worked closely with the Marketing and Sales Director where she consistently goes above and beyond her job description to accommodate and ensure that my mom is getting the proper care and attention that is needed at this time. The facility is clean and the decor is tasteful and somewhat elegant. The staff is friendly and many of them approach their job as a dedicated calling. We’ve had a very few bumps along the way but each time the concerns are discussed and addressed. I have a sense of peace of mind knowing my mom is in a good place.

[names removed] are so helpful with any questions or concerns. My brother is enjoying his activities. The staff are always so friendly when we visit. My brother loves the facility and the staff.

It was an awesome tour! Very impressed with your assisted living facility! My friend, who toured with me, loved it! She plans to move there soon!

After touring Cypress Square, eating the food and meeting some of the residents, my husband said he didn’t want to visit any other facility because he felt he had found his future home. And I am trying to figure what I want to take with us to make our apartment feel like our home.

Mama was there only about a month before she passed away through no fault of theirs. We feel she was well taken care of. Food and activities were good and she enjoyed them. Workers were all pleasant and as her family we were kept informed of all that we needed to know about. Overall great experience, if she just could have made it longer.

A very nice facility. The patients all seemed happy and engaged in several different activities. The staff were friendly and the place had good security and emergency plans in place

It was a beautiful place. Well maintained and decorated. It is private pay only which is not an option for me right now.

We loved everything about Cypress Square and my brother Herman will become a new resident on June 1st. The staff here is great and he loves that it's a smaller community and they offer great food choices and weekly activities to keep him busy...

Smaller atmosphere. Welcoming. Answered all questions and alleviated any concerns. So far I am happy with the choice.

Preston House Memory Care is top notch! The staff are knowledgeable, caring, kind & seem to genuinely love what they do. The facility is clean & well appointed. The large, enclosed , backyard is beautiful, offering a safe place for residents to wander or rock. Appropriate activities & trips are included for those who are able to participate. It is a blessing & a comfort to know that my sister is at home at Preston House Memory Care.

We chose this facility because of the exceptional care, clean and welcoming environment, attentive staff, and reliable availability — all of which stood out compared to other options we had looked at.

I recently toured McArthur Manor and was very impressed. The staff was friendly, and the building was well-decorated, clean, and sits on a nice piece of property with an inviting backyard. I was also impressed by the size of the rooms, even the studios, and I love that residents can bring their own furniture and personal items to help give them a sense of being in their own home. I would recommend McArthur Manor to anyone looking for Assisted Living.

Everyone is very friendly. Feels homey not like a business. Keep me posted on how he is doing. I don't live near him so that is important.

The first time we visited everyone was very friendly and helpful. By the time we had visited a few more times they had remembered our names when we would come to visit.. It seems like the residents really enjoy living there. It is wonderful to see the care and attention they give to the residents.

The team at Cypress Square helped us through a really difficult transition for my grandfather a year and a half ago. He has felt at home and done so well since day one there. He is incredibly well cared for and the staff feels like family to us. I can’t say enough about how much we love this place and it’s team members.

In [Date Removed], my husband moved in to this facility. From the first time we had walked in the door and met the staff we felt at home. A month ago I was able to join him living here also the staff is kind they are patient. Everyone is friendly and has made us feel right at home. We are grateful to be able to share our lives with this wonderful group of people.
