I recently visited a family member at Preston House and was blown away by the cleanliness and welcoming smiles from staff. I was also happy to see all the activities they had planned for that day. I don’t get to come in town that often to see my loved one so I was thrilled to see they are happy and loved. Thank you to everyone at Preston House for creating a happy environment.

The staff was great with my dad. Very attentive and caring. I'd recommend. The staff were always very positive with my dad, treated him with respect and always updated me on how he was doing.

Positive: the activities director and nurse are very kind and have been very helpful when I have any questions or concerns Negative: the administrative staff seem to be unorganized frequently so paperwork gets lost or not properly filled out

Its absolutely beautiful but my mother-in-law needs more skilled nursing and a permanent place for her alzheimers. Thank you it was a beautiful home but not a fit for what we needed. Very friendly people.

Great place...well cared after, great staff, great rooms.The menu looks really good. Not much more to say, I was just checking it out, for future plans.

It's great for how well the staff cares for the clients. The process to move her in was great, and communication is great. Evidently the food needs some attention. According to my mother. But she is having a hard time with it all because her life has changed so drastically. Saying that, the staff has heard the issues and has worked on improving. So that's a 5+. They're doing a great job of that. With their crafts, etc. Some have been good and some have been things that a kindergarten class might do. So many clients could do more. I've encouraged my mother to share her experience, knowledge and expertise with what she does. But she hasn't done that. Well I can only encourage her so far... But I love Manning. They have been wonderful!

Excellent staff. No forced "level of care" charges added to rent. Broad range of activities. Great food.

I recently visited a resident here and was blown away by how friendly the staff was and how it felt like home. I would highly recommend this place for anybody's loved ones. It is a smaller community so everybody knows everybody.

The tour was great. [name removed] was very nice and she asked a lot of questions to get to know my family member that may reside in the community. She was very up front and honest when answering questions that I had. She walked me around the whole community and showed me different style rooms and their layouts. I was able to see activities going on and the freedom that the residents have in different areas of the community. She even allowed me the opportunity to see the courtyard even though it is off limits due to the cold temps of winter. I am still in the touring phase and trying to look at all options before deciding, but this community is still on my list of possibilities.

I have no complaints against North Lake House. [names removed] over there, in particular, seem excellent at their jobs. It is a nice facility. The people who work there have been nothing but kind and professional in my limited experiences thus far. Very helpful.

We chose Keowee Square for our Mom because of the amazing staff! The facility was warm and welcoming as soon as we entered. We feel extremely blessed to have been able to join this amazing team.

My mom loves her room. She likes the staff and is very comfortable there. The first two months were a tough transition. But she has met a lot of new friends which are making it feel more like her new home. She likes that PT is right downstairs everyday. She does chair aerobics, plays games and is trying to do some more activities. Yes, we would recommend The Reserve at Mills Farm to other families based on the experience

I was greeted by a poster welcoming me by name. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. And I received information both verbally and in writing to take with me that answered questions that I should have asked. We toured the memory unit and got more information. I was told that if I had questions after I left that and should call to get the answers. The staff that we passed on the tour were very friendly.

FYI , My Momma passed away Christmas week. The administration and staff at Dublin Square were always very kind, caring, and supportive during her stay there. Yes, we would recommend Dublin Square to other families based on the experience we had.

Wonderful layout for compromised elderly, friendly staff AND residents, well-designed rooms and layouts.

Very pleased with my tour. Facility is nice and clean. All staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. Residents seemed very happy and active. I love the fact there are various types of rooms from studios to 2 bedrooms. Very roomy. Definitely on my top 3 list. Going back Saturday for the open house they are having.

Very friendly and patient. They all do a great job helping when needed.

It is difficult to find Independent Living meeting the needs for my mom and dad. This facility offers 2 bedroom/2 bathroom/kitchen apartments. Location is good. Entire staff is engaging and helpful and present. Met other residents, had lunch in the dining room and toured the facility. I feel so much better knowing that there are doctors, PT/OT/Speech Therapy, and other medical services available to my parents.

All of these categories are a 5! I am so grateful for A Place For Mom, I would never have found Dalton Square without them. The staff really seem to care, and even though my dad is difficult, they take great care of him. An example: dad coughs a lot when he eats and though he cannot help it, he is embarrassed by it. Many of his meals he eats in his apartment to not disturb others, but he feels lonely. Yesterday when his breakfast was brought to him, a number of the staff brought their breakfast in and they ate in his room with him. He was brought to tears. This is the caring staff they have at Dalton Square. The facility is beautiful with great care given to cleanliness and beauty, inside and out. My dad is checked on regularly day and night. I do not worry, as they know just what to do if there is a problem. And I am kept up to date on everything. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dalton Square and A Place for Mom.

The staff and the residents are all very nice. They have different sizes of rooms available. The one we have is a studio apartment. There is room for a bed, dresser, sofa, two recliners, TV stand and end tables.
