I thought the entire staff seemed truly engaged with the welfare of their residents. Everyone I dealt with was kind, courteous and respectful. A wonderful group of people to interact with.

Every person I have had interactions with has been professional, kind and empathetic. They really seem to care about the residents under their care. Fortunately this is close to my house so I visit my mom very often.

Where do I start! The facility is amazing, the staff are personal and extremely supportive especially during those hard times. I hear the food is really good, and activities are stellar! I couldn't have asked for a better place for my husband. He's adapting and becoming very happy and safe there.

Cambrian is a God Wink. I’ve looked for places for my late Father, and now my Uncle. Staff and Hospice care are wonderful. Facility services are terrific. Small town values and care are what you will find here. This is where you want to bring your loved one.

They have been AMAZING. Most of the staff has had family members who have had Alzheimers or dementia so their attention to detail is incredible and they really know how to care for the residents. There is a woman named [name removed] and staff and families can be trained on how to deal with dementia and Alzheimer's. They actually bring their staff in and train their staff in and I see them utilizing her techniques all the time. I would highly recommend Cambrian to others looking. As far as hygiene and toileting - they are totally on top of it. They are on top of any needs a resident has. They are in complete communication with the family and always asking questions about anything they make need to know about your loved one. Their staff is full of people who have been there for a long time - they retain staff and they genuinely enjoy working there.

Cambrian Assisted Living has been really great to work with. My husband was only in there for one month, but during that time everything went just fine. They were very friendly, and it is a really beautiful clean place. It was a little bit more than what I initially expected, but that was because my husband required a great deal of help. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend Cambrian Assisted Living.

This is a brand new community, and they specialize in memory care. It's not very big, I don't think there's more than 30 rooms. Each has their own room, most are coupled husband/wife. They have their own bathrooms, activity area. It's pretty nice overall! They do quite a few activities. They do art projects, do a lot of arts and crafts for the holidays. They play games. And my loved one gets along with the staff, she's happy to see them everyday and hugs them!

Everyone is treated like family. I love to visit Here. This is a beautiful place staff and nurse's and housekeeping and kitchen staff are there for your need including family members. This is the place if you have a family in that could use some help.

Overall I am very happy with it. They just need more help. The cleanliness is excellent. You don't go in there and smell urine like most places. They have activities on the weekends. The food is wonderful. They have their own personal chef. They are very willing to help. If my loved one needs something they contact me immediately. Overall very happy with it. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Over all experience was disappointing. Cleanliness was very good. The staff was helped in transitioning my Mom into the facility. They treated her like a friend 4. Quality of care was a disappointment. She fell out of bed bruising her hands terribly. They didn't do anything to help stop it from happening again. The following week she fell out of bed again breaking her hip. We don't know how long she laid on the floor before they found her. She went to the hospital, was operated on, then sent back to Cambrian. I don't remember the details, but she was screaming in pain, many family members were there to witness it. Giving her the pain meds was dragged out for reasons I don't know. I ended up going to the pharmacy to get morphine. After that we took her home and she was with hospice care and family taking care of her. She died a week later. From time of her last fall until death was 2 weeks. Never again will I recommend Cambrian. Administrative staff, nursing staff in particular, nothing nice to say. Food was fine. They did try to give her a caffeinated Pepsi. She hadn't had caffeine in years. Activities were fine. Staff was very friendly. Value for the money, because of our experience, way too much. Overall, I'd give them a 2 rating. That's only because the regular staff was so good.
