The application and registration process was easy enough. The food is adequate. The apartments both times were more than adequate and very clean. The last one was a studio and even that was plenty spacious for respite. Care was very good. Everything I asked was done. My husband did not use activities but there were several available.

The meals and dining needs a little bit of help, and the activities needs a little bit of help and consistency. However, It's smaller, which we like. Location is great for us, Just being more consistent with activities and the beauty shop lady seems to not be consistent

There is an all-around positive vibe at Langdon Place and the residents seem genuinely happy there. My mother is treated with respect by the staff--including the nursing staff, activities coordinators, physical therapists, wait staff, administration, and maintenance crew--and many have a great sense of humor, which she really gets a kick out of. The nurses and nursing assistants are caring and helpful, and the activities coordinators are enthusiastic and creative. There is quite a lot going on --both at Langdon and also there are van trips to shopping, restaurants, scenic rides, and walking destinations for the walking group. My mom especially enjoys gathering for Coffee Hour every morning, seasonal theme parties, and monthly afternoon concerts. I recently attended a sock hop-themed concert with her, where everyone enjoyed ice cream sodas made to order! Although the building isn't new, the common areas like the dining room and library are well-appointed. The outside area is green and peaceful, complete with resident-tended raised-bed gardens, and the residents have some very nice places to sit or walk outdoors in the good weather. I would rate Langdon Place 5 stars, although there is one matter that should be noted: there seems to be an issue with the heating/cooling on my mom's floor (not on all floors), in that she feels that the temperature can be either too hot or too cold in her room. The staff is aware of this and we're hopeful that it can be resolved. In general, Langdon Place has been a positive living situation for my mother over this past year, and my family and I are very grateful to everyone there who works hard to make it a safe and social environment. The overall friendliness of everyone and the food choices

It's hard to say for all since mom was fairly independent. Overall the are 5. The staff is very caring and attentive. The facility is homey, spacious and clean.

The staff is very attentive to the patients and I know my husband enjoys the meals being served. There are activities easy to follow for the patients that are interested in them.

The staff listens and cares about their residents. Any concerns are addressed immediately. Friendly and engaging.

My mother in law has not complained to us about anything!!! She wants to go home but not because of anything to do with Glenwood. The staff appears to me to be more qualified, trained than where my mom lived in Muscle Shoals.

Staff is fantastic- very caring and appropriately energetic. It turned out to be a great spot for her

My uncle has thrived at Magnolia village! My uncle speaks very highly of the staff there! I would recommend to others.

My mother is being looked after so carefully like she was their first child. The nurses and caregivers ar very nice and attentive. I’m very thankful we chose Hilltop ar Glenwood for her to stay. She is always so happy there and gets along with the other clients.

What we like the most about Hilltop at Glenwood is that the workers are so caring and nice. They are very patient and don't get frustrated with the residents. We would absolutely 100% recommend this community to other families.

There is a real sense of community and caring from all levels. The staff are really attentive and genuinely seem to enjoy both residents AND each other. The facility is spotless.

Great facility. My dad loves it there. Great value and they are all inclusive. Best value in the area. Don't require to have [removed]k in the bank like all the others.

The facility is very clean and has a number of areas that are very homey and comfortable. The people who work and or volunteer there are very sweet and comforting. The food is very tasty and abundant. The residents are offered activities chosen for their abilities.

What we like the most about Langdon Place is the friendly staff and we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is so up beat and pleasant from the sales manager, [name removed], the dining staff, [name removed] the activities coordinator, the wellness manager [name removed] and care staff. They talk to my mother even though she is very quiet and has some dementia. They are doing rehab which her last place would not do which made her wheelchair bound for a year and a half. I would highly recommend Highgate at Paoli Pointe. No place is perfect but they try their best to make living there as comfortable and caring as possible. Thank you for setting up my visit there. Even though it is half an hour from my house, it is an easy ride and only 10 minutes from KOP mall.

I would highly recommend Partridge House. My mother was treated with respect and caring. She died there two years ago.

Overall family member has settled in nicely is assisted very well when needed. Staff is very friendly. Meals are good but he still complains sometimes. Activities are great and there are a variety of activities for everyone. People living there seem friendly and he has made a lot of friends. He enjoys all the activities and even helps to teach some games group exercise together and walks are organized for all and he likes to help with new people tour

Glenn Crest has been exactly what my parent needs. It's been a good fit. It is independent living with one meal included. They check up on her.
