I met with the admissions person and toured the facility for my mom. [name removed] was such a joy to meet. She was extremely pleasant and polite. She was super knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions that I had. The staff was more than welcoming. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice. The community was a great experience.

The staff is wonderful but always tell them what you want them to do for you or they help too much instead of getting the person to do it themselves It is decorated so beautifully and built with ample places to have plenty of activities. The dining room is setup wonderfully so to spread people out For those with big personalities and others who want to eat quietly and the food is top notch Also meeting areas are great on each floor for small group gatherings The country kitchen great also

I just love all the staff that help me every day, they treat me so good. My room is nice and clean. The housekeepers always keep everything tidy just the way I like it. All the people here are so nice. I just love talking to the other people in the dinning room, they are so lovely.

I’m happy to provide this review of Berkshire Commons. The facility, staff, and grounds all played a part in our decision to bring Mother. The memory care unit specifically played a large part in our decision, as it’s recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association for dementia care education. Not only are the staff trained to care for residents with the utmost respect and dignity, but they also provide meaningful activities each day for residents to keep them engaged and active to the extent they can be. The personal care plan that is put together for patients, like my mother, allowed her to have access to some of the best care in the area, as well as keeping her safe. The grounds are well maintained and welcoming, and gorgeous in the Spring – Mother’s favorite season. My family and I are grateful for the care, love, and support provided to Mother while our family rested easier knowing she was safe and in excellent care.

Berkshire Commons is a very clean building with friendly staff. The care of all their residents is of utmost importance and they go above and beyond to make sure there is a pleasant experience for all.

It is always a difficult decision to make when a loved one needs to leave home. Knowing this, I did a bunch of research to find a place for my Mom. In the end, I could not be happier! The staff are amazing at Berkshire Commons and my Mom has made so many new friends. Thank You to this great community for helping my Mom.

Berkshire Commons is a lovely community!I have been there for many events and visits and they do a beautiful job. The residents are always happy and engaged. The care staff truly cares about their residents and it shows.

Truth is we picked it because it was all that was available however we stayed because [name removed] was amazing and as helpful as could be. We are very happy with every aspect.

It's a very nice community. Great view and great value. My father is very pleased with everything. I would recommend to others.

We cannot be any happier with everyone at Berkshire Commons! Since my dad has been there he has been treated with so much respect and compassion. He's always saying everyone is so nice and kind to him - we no longer have to worry about his care because we know he's being taken care of above our expectations!

I own a medical supply company. I contacted Mifflin & they got me a room ASAP for my dear friend who was struggling & they took really good care of her. She's still there.

My experience has been very good in this facility. The employees treat me fine.

Other staff has been very nice and caring. I love living here and the food is very good. I love the entertainment and church services. I also love all the activities. Its and clean here.

I enjoy living here. Everybody takes good care of me, they are all very kind people. I appreciate the little things they do for me, helping here are there. I love that family members are included in events, it makes me feel more connected.

Hello everyone. Lehigh commons is a very caring, courteous and friendly atmosphere. The staff is phenomenal and never passes a resident up without saying hello to them. Whatever a resident needs the staff is there to accommodate. The residents are checked on regularly. They still feel independent which is a good thing. The nursing staff is amazing as well as dining staff. Everyone cares. A good place to transition to.

I always enjoy my stay at Berkshire Commons-anytime I need anyhting and ring my bell, someone comes right away. It is clean, the aides are wonderful and I look forward to coming back.

I was here for respite and returned six months later as a permanent resident. I felt welcome. It was like coming home. The other residents made me feel like I belonged and the staff answered my questions. I feel safe and 'at home.'

They took excellent care of my father, in both assisted living and then memory care before he passed. Living far away, it gave me peace of mind that he was well cared for since I couldn't convince him to move near/ or in with me. They had great communication with our family and he was always happy when my brother and I visited.

I cannot thank the staff at Berkshire Commons enough for taking such good care of my Mother! When she moved in, we were all so worried about the change but after just a few days, everyone treats her so well and she is enjoying the new people she met at her table in the dining room.

We could not have picked a more perfect spot for Mum. Her dementia was worsening, and she could not be left alone. The nurses & staff are the sweetest, most compassionate people and helped her settle in. It’s been 2.5 yrs now and she requires much more help, which she receives with humor, love (yes, love), and insight. The staff is experienced and care about their residents! The director works WITH you to ensure your loved one is well cared for. The food, room & care are exactly what we needed for our Mum!
