It's a great place. Also the residents there are like an extended family they look out for each other. It really is a warm and welcoming place all around!! Everyone there is very accommodating. The care and concern for my mom is very reassuring. My mom has a lot of anxiety and the staff is great with her. A lot has happened this year and mom has never been great with change anyway so to have her at the woods has been a blessing. From [name removed] the director, to all the cna's. The nurses that are there daily are great. [ Names Removed] have especially been helpful. My wife and I have both said this is the place for us when we get to the point in our life that we need the extra help!

The staff loves what they do and it shows!!!! The facility is very homey and sets a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend. My siblings were all very impressed with the facility and mom's care as well. My Mom passed in July and I was so happy she spent her last months here.

The staff ultimately the reason we picked Berkshire Community for our loved one. [name removed] and [name removed] are in the correct line of work. [name removed] who is the lady that helps the families with the setup process, goes over the cost has been nothing but friendly, helpful and accommodating. [name removed] who is her boss and oversees the whole place has also just been wonderful. All of the staff from top to bottom have helped make it a wonderful experience. We are beyond satisfied with the community and the care our loved one has received.

Everyone at Langdon Place has been really friendly and our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining service. When we speak with him he says the are incredible and he really enjoys going on different field trips. He has his own onw bedroom apartment and based on our experience so far we would absolutely in a heart beat recommend this community to other families.

We recently had experienced a loss in our family that required immediate placement for my mom. I looked at several communities and almost gave up hope that we would find something both nice and affordable until I came across Chestnut Ridge. From the minute that I sat down to speak with [name removed] to learn more about the community, I felt at home. She was very communicative with me and went above and beyond to help me through the application and move in process. She made the transition easy for both me and my mom. The community offers so much for the residents to do and the staff is all very nice. They take the time to update me when I see them and speak with my kids when they come to visit. They truly care for the residents and know them all by name. It’s always very clean and they really take good care of my mom. She absolutely loves her new home. I feel like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders knowing that she was in a safe place. I am so happy that we chose Chestnut Ridge.

I toured this facility for a friend and it was very nice. It was our second choice. It's very clean. The staff was friendly and really seemed to have good interaction with the residents. Our guide was wonderful, took their time with us, and answered any and all questions we had.

My dad enjoyed his time at Highgate, and the help with rehab especially. All staff have been fantastic to work with, and appreciate all the help. Thank you so much!

I thank you for all of your assistance with my dad in the past few months. You guys do an amazing job at your facility. He would of not gotten to this point if it were not for your team.

Thank you so much for all your help in coordinating my mom's respite stay at Highgate! She really enjoyed her visit. The staff were all wonderful and she was well taken care of. We will be using this facility in the future if needed!

All staff have been so kind. Food has been delicious and accommodations. Very comfortable. Staff here saved my life!

My father is very happy in his new environment at Highgate. He loves the facility. He loves the food and he loves his own private space. My most sincere thanks for all of the hard work to get him where he is.

Highgate is a great facility, which we loved, great overview, and tour. We were very impressed with the depth of knowledge and experience with Highgate.

The staff members have been so great and friendly to our loved one, they really are all wonderful. they ae not only very patient with our loved one but with our family as well when we can questions or concerns. Based on our experience we would recommend the Heritage Woods community to other families.

This facility is very well maintained. They do offer weekly housekeeping, but mom does her own because she likes to. They're great to work with. The apartments are large and less expensive than some other places. They offer outings for the residents. Day trips to restaurants and special places like the beach and apple picking. They organize taking them to a concert series.

Dad's care at Langdon Place was very good. The staff was respectful and made my dad feel welcome. The cost of room and board was reasonable compared to other facilities in the area. We were very pleased with services like nursing, physical therapy, speech & language, and opportunities for social interaction. Under difficult conditions, they handled Covid outbreaks well. The only recommendation for improvement would be the accessibility to an onsite PCP. The last couple of months were difficult as the PCP moved on and they needed to fill that position with a permanent physician. We realize that there is a physician shortage at all medical facilities at this time. Langdon Place did the best they could, under the circumstances. Dad spent the last 11 months of his life at Langdon Place. In his final weeks, he was under Hospice care, and it was a smooth transition with their staff. Our family was grateful for the good, compassionate care that Dad received at Langdon Place.

Overall The Village at Northrise has worked out great for us. The staff seem to be caring, and we've had no issues.

Langdon Place of Exeter is an excellent facility. The staff are very friendly and really care about their residents. They show genuine caring and empathy for them. All the nurses are great. The head nurse on the third floor is superb. She's attentive and gives my dad excellent care. The head sales person created a great relationship with our family during the touring and move-in process. She had a good rapport with the staff and laid out a good program for my dad. They have all the things in place for good long-term care there. My dad was not doing well health-wise when he first moved in and was very weak. They customized their program for him, which impressed me. They really go out of their way to help. They have a variety of activities, including bigger quarterly events, like a lobster cookout outside and a summer pig roast with a luau. My dad is now doing much better and is very happy. He loves the food. And he is just thriving there. They have a very competitive fee, with layers of cost/care. They lock in the base fee for life, and I didn't see that an any of the other places we looked at. They have an excellent pharmacy that's a one stop shop for over the counter meds as well as prescriptions, which has been very convenient. We have had such an all-around excellent experience.

The Village at Northrise is a very inclusive and welcoming place. They especially make sure that new residents are included and able to make connections with the other residents. They make sure that our loved one is eating, and will even bring her meals if she hasn't made it to the dining room. And on top of that, they'll come back after a little while to make sure she did actually eat, which I really appreciate.
