I am very happy with the care my mother is receiving. The staff are caring and compassionate. Clean rooms and fun activities. The have the rosary twice a week. Very happy overall.

A good place with helpful, likeable staff. Clean and comfortable. Help available when needed, otherwise good privacy and independence.

Berkshire Commons is a great place. They did a terrific job caring for my mom to the end. I would recommend them highly to anybody. She enjoyed the food very much. With activities, they were always doing something and keeping the residents busy - things like bingo, music, various entertainment, coloring. It was a very good experience.

My aunt was admitted to LPD a few months ago. She loves it there! The staff is very friendly and treat her like a family member. She never wanted to go Into a nursing facility and fought it for years. But now she is content. Her home was actually just sold and the process went very smoothly with no regrets! The staff has been amazing! All I can say is Thank You! My aunt hasn’t look this good in years…and I am being totally serious! I would absolutely recommend LPD to anyone looking for skilled rehab/LTC.

We really like Berkshire Commons, it feels like a hotel. It has more of a homey feel to it and not like your typical nursing home setting. The staff members there are so friendly and the other residents living there and all know the staff by name and really seem happy to see them. They are kept really busy with all the activities and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

We chose Granite Ledges because it was not as big as some of the other places we were looking into, it is a relatively smaller community. The location is convenient to good healthcare, Concord hospital and between my brother and I. My mom really likes that they have a walking path around the entire building so she is able to get out and walk. She was very happy she was able to bring her cat as well, they are a pet friendly facility and her cat seems to be popular. I would recommend them to others looking.

it is one of the best enjoyable places to live at an elderly age. people are very nice and Genesis does a proper job in their care of others.

The staff were excellent to work with. The experience we had was amazing for our loved one during their stay. [Name removed] did an excellent job and the family were impressed with the accessibility the family had to her. The family was sad to see my loved one not be able to return to the memory care area. The community was well maintained and my loved one's room was nice. The staff were wonderful to work with in caring for my loved one. They were helpful and helped the family with questions and concerns. The staff truly went above and beyond for our family. Games, coloring, and arts and crafts were some of the activities offered to the residents. The food was really good for my loved one. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Granite Ledges is nestled in the woods behind Concord Hospital and very near Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic. The staff is very accommodating to the residents’ and families’ needs. It is a very caring facility, there are daily activities, a paved sidewalk for outside enjoyment and a wide selection of menu choices in the dining room.

In the area for the value Glen Crest is a great facility. There are others in the around but they are newer, more expensive and seem to be better suited for a younger crowd. The apartment sizes are very good. She is in a one bedroom and it is spacious and perfect for what she needs. The manager [name removed] is wonderful and has been here a long time, the staff is great, and it is just a really nice and welcoming environment overall. I would absolutely recommend Glen Crest to others looking.

It has been a good experience. They got my loved one in quickly. It was smooth process, and they worked well with me navigating through it. She has been able to acclimate really well and is doing well there. It's a very small community, so she gets that one-on-one care that I want her to have.
