Highgate is a great facility, which we loved, great overview, and tour. We were very impressed with the depth of knowledge and experience with Highgate.

The staff members have been so great and friendly to our loved one, they really are all wonderful. they ae not only very patient with our loved one but with our family as well when we can questions or concerns. Based on our experience we would recommend the Heritage Woods community to other families.

This facility is very well maintained. They do offer weekly housekeeping, but mom does her own because she likes to. They're great to work with. The apartments are large and less expensive than some other places. They offer outings for the residents. Day trips to restaurants and special places like the beach and apple picking. They organize taking them to a concert series.

Dad's care at Langdon Place was very good. The staff was respectful and made my dad feel welcome. The cost of room and board was reasonable compared to other facilities in the area. We were very pleased with services like nursing, physical therapy, speech & language, and opportunities for social interaction. Under difficult conditions, they handled Covid outbreaks well. The only recommendation for improvement would be the accessibility to an onsite PCP. The last couple of months were difficult as the PCP moved on and they needed to fill that position with a permanent physician. We realize that there is a physician shortage at all medical facilities at this time. Langdon Place did the best they could, under the circumstances. Dad spent the last 11 months of his life at Langdon Place. In his final weeks, he was under Hospice care, and it was a smooth transition with their staff. Our family was grateful for the good, compassionate care that Dad received at Langdon Place.

Langdon Place of Exeter is an excellent facility. The staff are very friendly and really care about their residents. They show genuine caring and empathy for them. All the nurses are great. The head nurse on the third floor is superb. She's attentive and gives my dad excellent care. The head sales person created a great relationship with our family during the touring and move-in process. She had a good rapport with the staff and laid out a good program for my dad. They have all the things in place for good long-term care there. My dad was not doing well health-wise when he first moved in and was very weak. They customized their program for him, which impressed me. They really go out of their way to help. They have a variety of activities, including bigger quarterly events, like a lobster cookout outside and a summer pig roast with a luau. My dad is now doing much better and is very happy. He loves the food. And he is just thriving there. They have a very competitive fee, with layers of cost/care. They lock in the base fee for life, and I didn't see that an any of the other places we looked at. They have an excellent pharmacy that's a one stop shop for over the counter meds as well as prescriptions, which has been very convenient. We have had such an all-around excellent experience.

I definitely think that the memory care unit is awesome. They do a great job. They have the appropriate facility and staffing to take care of your family members. Their communication with our family has been awesome. The standard room is great. If you do a shared room, I don't know that would be enough space. Really the only area for improvement is activities - I would just like to see more for the residents to do.

My mom stayed at Granite Ledges for almost a year (before needing to go to a higher level of care.). The staff was consistently kind, helpful and respectful. We also appreciated that most of them had great senses of humor! The room layout is very good (she was in a one-bedroom), and the common areas and dining room are clean, pleasant and inviting. Mom adored the food, especially the in-house baked desserts! There are lots of actives for the residents to participate in, many with fun and innovative themes. Our whole family would recommend Granite Ledges highly.

This place made mom happy. She feels younger and energetic.

I am pleased with Heritage Woods and impressed with the staff, especially the CNA's, laundry, maintenance, activities staff and nurses. I feel so fortunate my mom is well cared for and close to my home.

My mother is a new resident at Highgate. The admissions process was excellent, from the tour thru move-in. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I am very happy with the care my mother is receiving. The staff are caring and compassionate. Clean rooms and fun activities. The have the rosary twice a week. Very happy overall.

A good place with helpful, likeable staff. Clean and comfortable. Help available when needed, otherwise good privacy and independence.

Berkshire Commons is a great place. They did a terrific job caring for my mom to the end. I would recommend them highly to anybody. She enjoyed the food very much. With activities, they were always doing something and keeping the residents busy - things like bingo, music, various entertainment, coloring. It was a very good experience.

The staff is terrific, the building is great.
