Lehigh Commons did an excellent job with taking care of a gentleman that I assist with caregiving - following his hospitalization and short stint in a nursing facility. They assisted with him getting back on his feet and kept us informed as his health issues required. The staff was friendly and caring all the time, even during the challenges of CoVid. We appreciate their making him feel welcomed and cared for. He felt like they were "family" and that meant a lot to him. From my perspective, the nursing team was responsive and thorough. When our father [name removed] fell at his assisted living facility he ended up in the hospital. After a lengthy stay at the hospital then a nursing home, the family decided he needed further assistance being Dad also has dementia, a facility that could accommodate him, was the main priority. After visiting a few places and even being admitted to another Memory Care facility, I found Highate at Paoli Pointe. The tour and information provided by [name removed] made me feel really understood on what Dad needed. The ease of choosing a room, floorplan, to the personal needs of a parent with dementia was all such a smooth transition, it's been such a relief. Dad has lived there now for a few months on the memory care floor, and he's become a new man. He i content and back to his old happy ways. The staffing memory support including [name removed] the Memory Support Director and the head nurse [name removed] take care of Dad like he's their own family. Most importantly our dad is safe. Thanks so much to everyone at Highgate at Paoli Pointe for everything.

Highgate at Paoli Pointe has been amazing. The staff truly care about their residents. I have witnessed staff taking the time to talk with the residents. They truly are dedicated. Also [name removed] and the staff's communication with the families provide services that help enrich the residents' lives! They are personable, professional, and an awesome team!

Their team is extremely communicative with our Ascend Hospice and Palliative care team as well. We are happy to be an extension of the great care that they provide. Granite Ledges offers a warm, inviting, caring community for those who need assisted living and/or memory care. I have a family member who has resided there for approximately 5 years. As their memory care needs have progressed, Granite Ledges staff worked with our family to ensure our loved one continued to receive the care they needed. Their commitment to their residents and families has been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond during the pandemic to keep families informed and the residents engaged. I highly recommend them.

My mother has been a resident of Granite Ledges for a year. She transitioned from an independent to an assisted living facility following COVID protocols which was an interesting experience. The staff is accommodating to my mother's needs as well as mine. Everyone is extremely friendly, and it is so nice to know that the staff understands and relates well to the residents they care for. I also enjoy my time spent visiting with Mom at Granite Ledges. I've gotten to know the staff and enjoy my interaction with them.

I enjoy the opportunity the facility gives me to be alone or interact with other residents. I like the closeness between staff and residents. The staff does a great job making me feel comfortable to open up personally and receive emotional support from the staff.
