I looked at a lot of different places, and there were no close comparisons found! I would highly recommend Langdon Place of Exeter.

The staff was outstanding- the programming because of the room size was inadequate in my opinion.Seemed a logical choice as that was the only facility accepting Physical Therapy Patients. I had not at that point researched other Assisted Living Options.

We are grateful to Langdon Place and Hospice for the care they gave my loved one during his final months. I was impressed with admissions person [name removed]

The facility is kept up well and very clean. The food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they always keep me in the loop as situation's arise. Very good communication. A family member can feel good about moving their loved one there.

During my tour, the staff was very professional and friendly. The facility is bright and clean. The dining room was spacious. I saw many residents participating in group activities. The parking is large enough to accommodate many vehicles.

We looked at five places based on the location. Langdon Place had the best price and beautiful facility. The nurses are great.

My loved one was previously a resident at Highgate at Paoli Pointe. Everything was great for her at this facility, with the exception of the food. That area could use some improvement according to my loved one.

My loved one is a resident at Mifflin Court and she likes it. Everyone is friendly. All is good and I would recommend this facility to others.

I met with the admissions person and toured the facility for my mom. [name removed] was such a joy to meet. She was extremely pleasant and polite. She was super knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions that I had. The staff was more than welcoming. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice. The community was a great experience.

The staff is wonderful but always tell them what you want them to do for you or they help too much instead of getting the person to do it themselves It is decorated so beautifully and built with ample places to have plenty of activities. The dining room is setup wonderfully so to spread people out For those with big personalities and others who want to eat quietly and the food is top notch Also meeting areas are great on each floor for small group gatherings The country kitchen great also

I just love all the staff that help me every day, they treat me so good. My room is nice and clean. The housekeepers always keep everything tidy just the way I like it. All the people here are so nice. I just love talking to the other people in the dinning room, they are so lovely.

I’m happy to provide this review of Berkshire Commons. The facility, staff, and grounds all played a part in our decision to bring Mother. The memory care unit specifically played a large part in our decision, as it’s recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association for dementia care education. Not only are the staff trained to care for residents with the utmost respect and dignity, but they also provide meaningful activities each day for residents to keep them engaged and active to the extent they can be. The personal care plan that is put together for patients, like my mother, allowed her to have access to some of the best care in the area, as well as keeping her safe. The grounds are well maintained and welcoming, and gorgeous in the Spring – Mother’s favorite season. My family and I are grateful for the care, love, and support provided to Mother while our family rested easier knowing she was safe and in excellent care.

Berkshire Commons is a very clean building with friendly staff. The care of all their residents is of utmost importance and they go above and beyond to make sure there is a pleasant experience for all.

It is always a difficult decision to make when a loved one needs to leave home. Knowing this, I did a bunch of research to find a place for my Mom. In the end, I could not be happier! The staff are amazing at Berkshire Commons and my Mom has made so many new friends. Thank You to this great community for helping my Mom.

Berkshire Commons is a lovely community!I have been there for many events and visits and they do a beautiful job. The residents are always happy and engaged. The care staff truly cares about their residents and it shows.

Truth is we picked it because it was all that was available however we stayed because [name removed] was amazing and as helpful as could be. We are very happy with every aspect.

It's a very nice community. Great view and great value. My father is very pleased with everything. I would recommend to others.

We cannot be any happier with everyone at Berkshire Commons! Since my dad has been there he has been treated with so much respect and compassion. He's always saying everyone is so nice and kind to him - we no longer have to worry about his care because we know he's being taken care of above our expectations!

I own a medical supply company. I contacted Mifflin & they got me a room ASAP for my dear friend who was struggling & they took really good care of her. She's still there.
