We moved my 93 year old mother-in-law there after she was not able to take care of herself where she was living before. She is happy there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Whenever one of the workers goes by she says, that's my friend. They always make a point to stop and say hi to her and chat for a few minutes. They are all super friendly and caring. They stop by her room often to see if she needs anything. We feel this is the best place for her and she is well taken care of and getting all the help she needs at this point in her life. It's so nice to not have to worry that she is safe, taken care of and most of all happy. Even the residents that we met so far seem like family, they all look out for each other. The place is beautiful, clean, and very reasonably priced for all the care they provide. They also provide home cooked meals. All the women there had a special tea party today, she enjoyed herself. Just one of the activities offered.

[name removed] and staff. My dad was not thriving at [community removed], at 93 I thought this was just his progression. He is a different person ! Still 93 ..?? however, I see my dad again. Best decision, more than care, a new family.

The staff and facility are outstanding. His room is wonderful, and the price is very reasonable for what's provided. My dad isn't naturally community-oriented, but he is gradually adjusting. Those are my overall impressions. The food is good, though my dad sometimes feels the portions aren't enough. I've encouraged him to ask for more, but I don't think he always does. The activities don't always match his interests, aside from the exercise classes, which he enjoys. He occasionally likes the movies and especially benefits from the outings they organize-those are a great fit for him. Unfortunately, he missed the most recent one.

Regency palms of Oxnard was absolutely wonderful. They took great care of [name removed]in his last few weeks, alive and made him feel comfortable safe. And welcome in that environment. They were very gracious to me answered every question. I had put up with me, calling them all the time to see how my brother was. I can't think of a better place for the price and regency palms. God bless them

I have some experience with skilled-care facilities. In my opinion I think Regency Palms is a quality facility for the cost. I am pleased with the care my sister is receiving.

[name removed] was very helpful in identifying an alternative Assisted Living Facility for my 99 year old Mom. She understood our requirements and budget. All worked out great. She even referred me to Patriot Angels which may result in some additional funding coming our way.

The facility is pleasant and well maintained. The staff is caring and professional and I feel confident they are taking care of my mother. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The care services gets a 4 because of the slow response at night. Activities scheduled went once, short stay 5 day. What we like the most about the community is the caring staff and yes we would recommend this community to others!

Regency Palms, [names removed] and the rest of the staff were all so supportive and amazing in helping our family. My father is unfortunately no longer with us but he loved his time at Regency. He raved about the food, the staff attention, the activities and all the help with his puzzles during his time at Regency. We couldn't have made his last moments on this earth as comfortable for him without Regency and their entire staff. Thank you so much [names removed] and everyone else who helped my father.

I would rate each category with 5. This is a very beautiful and well kept facility. All the staff were nice, helpful and very professional. I was very pleased with the quality of care my loved one received prior to her passing. Staff was available when needed and didn't appear bothered when asked to assist with something. The response was prompt and everyone was knowledgeable of their duties.

We are extremely happy with the care the staff and administration has provided for my mother in law. She seems to be very happy at Regency. She has made new friends. She has enjoyed the activities, food and interaction with the staff.

I had no idea there was such a wonderful place for my mother. This place is incredible! The facility looks more like a fancy hotel. All floors are nicely decorated and very clean. All of the staff are very friendly and caring for your loved ones. The food is incredible and they keep the residents very busy with a wide variety of activities, ie art, games, exercise, music, dance, cooking, etc. I can’t say enough good things about the Regency Palms., but thank you with all my heart for taking such good care of my mother

Mom has been at Regency Palms Long Beach for nearly five years. She has dementia but is high functioning. Even through a change of ownership and some staff, the continuity of my Mom’s care has been steady. The quality of the staff is absolutely, outstanding! The love and caring they show toward my Mom is beyond the norm. Regency is an absolute blessing for my Mother and her family. Very Grateful. I recommended Regency to friends.

This community provided the comforts of home. I would recommend to others.

Staff are very friendly and engaged with my mom personally and everyone learns her name. The chefs there are amazing and the food is delicious. Activities at the Palms are outstanding, brunches, parties, etc.

My mother-in-law is currently a resident at Regency Palms Oxnard. The move in process was smooth and the administration was very accommodating in helping us arrange things. Both housekeeping and maintenance have been quick to respond to any issues. The staff has been helpful and engaging when it comes to the resident's needs. There are times that the wait for assistance has been a little on the long side. Fortunately, in regards to my mother in law, her needs have not been of an emergency nature. I know the administration is working on this issue by an increase in their staff ratio. As far as the food goes, I cannot personally answer the quality of the food since I have not eaten at the facility. I do know that my mother in law has sung the praises of their new head chef. She loves his menu changes and is enjoying her meals. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of care that she is receiving. I feel confident that she is in a secure and safe facility. It may not have all of the bells and whistles that some of the larger and more expensive Assisted Living residences have, but it is clean, friendly, and appears efficient, in providing a good level of care for its residents. The fact that the resident population is small is a further bonus I feel, as it provides a much more individualized and personal experience. Most importantly, my mother in law has made new friends, and is happy about her new living experiences.

My Mother is 102 years old and has been at Regency for 2 years. She is alone in the area, as I live in another state. Regency has, on multiple times, gone beyond, to see that she has the care she needs; even working outside the standard services to get her to some necessary appointments. My mother and I are grateful for the level of individual care that Regency provides. Mom always raves about her "girls" that give her so much caring attention.

It was a blessing to find Regency Palms. I love this place! My love one is thriving here. She is in memory care and the staff is excellent. I especially like all the activities that are planned throughout the day. Each floor has an intimate feel, it is very clean and the rooftop views are beautiful. My love one loves the food as well. I have attended some of the family functions as well and the food is good especially the dessert s. I would definitely recommend this facility.
