My Mom has lived at Regency now for 3 1/2 years and she absolutely loves it, and so do I. I have the reassurance that her needs are met and the staff keeps her plenty busy. The food at Regency is excellent! The facility is always clean and decorated during the holidays. The staff is outstanding!

I would recommend other families put Regency Palms on their list to check them out. The management staff is extremely attentive and follows up well. I appreciate their Montessori approach and very attentive staff. The ratio of residents to caregivers is about 6:1, which is better than most places you'll visit.

I would recommend this community for you or your loved one. My husband is in memory care and they play games to help him remember things and stimulate their minds . I have not begun to participate in activities but they do have activities for the other residents also. The staff are very helpful and good with anything that I need at this community.

The staff members are very friendly, the dining service is good. I would recommend The Regency Palms Oxnard community to other families.

They have been really great in the couple of months that my dad has been here. I am there everyday, so I am able to see firsthand how well they care of him. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour and Regency Palms is a very nice facility, but it was just to far location wise for our family.

We were one of the first families to join when the Regency Palms Oxnard opened. Even during the pandemic, the staff has made this a safe, warm home for my dad in memory care. I trust everyone working there and it's clean, new, friendly and they care!

The staff go out of their way to make sure the residents are involved. The staff are very responsive when families call with questions or suggestions. The food looks pretty appetizing. They offer a variety of food choices and restaurant style dining. We chose this community because they are a newly renovated building, have a lot to offer, and they have an urgent care downstairs within the building. This is a place for your loved one to feel almost like home.

We chose the Regency Palms because it's close to our house and we really liked the floor plan which is small and homelike. Each floor has 12 residents, its own dining room and activity room. There is a beautiful rooftop patio that my mom really enjoys. The building is sunny, airy, bright, and cheerful. My mom is eating well and gaining weight. She is clean, dressed, and well cared for. The caregivers are wonderful but there just isn't enough of them.

The value for the money here is amazing, especially for the first year. That is one of the main reasons we went with Regency Palms Oxnard as well as the fact that it is a brand new facility. I also really liked that they have planned activities going on Monday through Friday for the residents. My loved one is in memory care and the rooms are shared with another person and the sizes are adequate. I would recommend them to other families looking.

They are a very caring and nice community. It is friendly, very clean, the caregivers always seem to be happy, and they treat the residents with respect. I reviewed 8 to 10 communities, and I liked that this one had less residents per floor the dining is on the same floor as their apartments, the quality of the food was very good, and they offered daily choices with professional people in the kitchen. I was able meet with and talk to the chef as well. In general, it is the same the caregivers per floor, and it is new facility, however they have had some staff turnover. The value that you are getting for the price is excellent.

I think the facility could improve upon the food. My wife and I have only eaten there a couple of times, but mother-in-law frequently makes comments about too much pasta. Otherwise, the staff always seems friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and the residents seem well cared for. I imagine there are better facilities out there, but they are probably way more expensive. We have been very pleased with the services provided for mother-in-law at this facility.

I know that they have open meetings all the time that clients are welcome to come to. They have many different events and social gatherings and [name removed] tells me the food is really good. From what I've seen it's very clean, but other than that I don't know what else to say because [name removed] does not get involved in any of the activities. He seems happy there - as happy as you can be when you are terminal.

Most staff are friendly but what I don't like is that my mom is always missing things and clothes are disappearing. Food is good most of the time - menu seems to be repeated. I like that they include everyone or try to when they have activities.
