Clarity Healthcare Management

My mother has been here in Memory Care for 1 year and what a stressing year it has been. I am there EVERY day!! This place is horrible!! The turn over is awful! There are a few good caregivers there but the new ones have NO clue!! The lack of training, care and compassion from the caregivers is awful! The lack of caring about issues and consequences from management is ridiculous! They didn't have activities for MONTHS or the scenic bus rides. The bus rides are down again! Most of the food is awful and COLD and you can't identify it it times! Hospital food looks better!! The food is left out, uncovered on the counters for hours! They have many falls from residents and there are medication errors, an error that sent my mother to the hospital!! Myself and many other family members are frustrated!! The patios are dirty, the place smells too often like someone is dirty. I have seen such a mental decline in residents due to the lack of interaction.. RUN from this place!!

I was disappointed with the way they talked right in front of me, and didn't let me know what was going on. They refused to let me loved one go into the community..

I would tell others to not move your loved ones to Regency Palms. The staff to patient ratio was so low that my father fell many of times and he ended up in the ER. We would end up showing up and if it was low would help care for our loved one and other residents in here. I would not recommend the facility.

My mom has been living here for well over a year. Rude staff, your loved ones items will go missing, questionable care and business practices. A cruel place that is not fit for a loved one.

Terrible place to put your Love once... Not enough staff, very expensive, terrible food, no activities, residents are so unsafe there they should close that place....
