my initial encounters with everyone was fantastic and my mom was only there for 24 hours before she passed so I don't have a lot of feedback to give but the staff and the onboard process was simple and everyone was wonderful and they were amazing… My mom was not able to participate in anything by the time she got there so I have no frame of reference for anything other than her just being in the room for less than 20 hours before she died.

She was only there for a day but the on boarding process and everything about the facility seemed great. She wasn't on any foods or anything and was not mobile so I did not get to experience the whole hospice home experience. For the 24 hours she was there I knew she was taken care of, and it made me not worry I was able to go home.

They were very easy to contact, very easy to talk to, and they took very good care of my mother while she was there. They were just as courteous and helpful and kind as could be. My mother ended up having to move out as her health deteriorated and we needed to find another place for her, but during the time she was at Hillside Manor they were great.

Very nice home but everyone living there is mobile. Concerns if they would be able to assist her due to lack of mobility. Couldn't get a firm price quote!
