The staff was very attentive to our needs. They were eager to provide the best experience possible. Rooms were very nice. Good lighting and spacious. Meals were our only concern. The quality was not what we expected. Eating with our mom was not a good experience. We took her out to eat or brought food in.

It is a beautiful facility, with nice 'hotel' vibes. They were flexible in the number of days required for stay...as few as 3-4. We needed 10 days and they were fine with that. Other facilities required 2-4 weeks. Staff was always visible on the memory care floor. They asked many questions about what my husband likes and dislikes and made sure he had dogs to pet! Overall, positive experience.

This former high school building has been magnificently converted to spacious Senior Living and Memory Care apartments. Staff members work hard and truly care for each individual resident. Food is tasty, a well planned balanced diet served restaurant style. Weekly laundry and housekeeping keep the public and private areas well maintained. Around the clock nurse. Hospice, PT,OT, NP and more. Sadly, often short staffed.

Not saying everything has been perfect. There have been some issues, but overall I'm very pleased with [name removed] everyone seems very friendly and helpful. Something you might not find in the literature and something some people don't care about. But they Happy Hour on Friday afternoon and residents can have wine and snacks. My aunt prefers margaritas and they let me provide them for her in single serve bottles. There are different size room because it is an old school building. The building it beautiful, it looks more like a the lobby of a grand hotel. They have some type of activity every day. They offer out of facility activities once or twice a week

All medicines are placed with Max pharmacy and changes need to be documented. The food is good. Substitutes are available upon request. The cleaning staff is very good. The staff overall is very good but frequent visits should happen to stay on top of schedules. Beauty shop is only open for a few hours one day so hard to get a standing appointment. Request is made weekly. The activities director does a good job with a variety of activities to participate in if the resident chooses to.

I found that they are kind, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable in cost. The best thing we ever did was moving [name removed] to Alexander IV. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope to go there one day myself.

Mom has had dementia for 5+ years. South High Senior Living has been a great transition for her. She feels more at home here than any of the others. We notice that all the staff are happy working there. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We are happy we found you! Thank you!

The facility is beautiful and staff is very attentive and patient. Rooms are a little small if you have several family members visiting, but the great room is nice.

Modern facility... They keep it really clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly and know everyone's name. Any concern I have had has been addressed immediately. The Director is wonderful. They really try to make things very personal for the residents.

This facility was a blessing to our family. Never did my mom need anything, they was always on top of things. She was always clean and dressed. Time of my mom's passing they allowed us to stay there the whole week with her and made us comfortable. I just can't say enough about this wonderful facility. I have y'all to thank for finding this facility. So I thank you.

South high senior living has been an enormous blessing in our family's life. Going through a very difficult transition with our mom just following losing our dad, the staff and facility have done everything in their power to ease the transition and allow our mom to thrive! Thank you!

Although my mom wanted to live at home alone, she has come to enjoy life here. She has made friends: residents and staff. It's beautiful, clean, and the staff is wonderful. Great food and fun activities.

Alexander IV was recommended by a dear friend. When we toured it we were very pleased. The building is a hundred year old former school building that has been renovated. It is very nice, it doesn’t look old but it has the charm of buildings from the past. When you walk into the building it looks like a grand hotel. It has a lot of charm and feels very welcoming. The administration and staff are just as welcoming. The administrator gave us our initial tour of the facilities. I was very impressed by him, he spoke to all the staff and residents and called them by name. We have been very pleased with the care my aunt is receiving. The meals are very good and they always have other choices if you don’t particularly want what is on the menu. I’m very pleased that my aunt has gained some weight in the two months she has been there. They have a lot of activities, even have trips out of the facility. I’m happy with the decision to move my aunt into Alexander IV Senior Living

We have only been with Alexander IV's Memory care unit for a few months, but it has been a wonderful relief to find a facility that let's us rest easy. We have confidence that our loved one is being taken care of properly. The staff is professional, friendly and patient. The facility is clean and nice. The staff also keeps us informed about how she is adapting and any medical issues that need to be addressed. The food is wonderful. I wish we had started with ALexander IV.

They are extremely nice and have some fantastic staff. Dad was only there for a few months. Of course there are always one or two that make you wonder why they do this job, but that is true at any facility I have associated with. I highly recommend Alex IV.

Shopping around to a few facilities is a great idea. This will give you an idea of what questions to ask the staff in addition to the ones you may or may not have already thought of. Finding a facility with the smallest gap between what they are selling and what they actually do is key. South High's staff is very friendly and helpful. The only real negative I have had is getting my mother's meds straightened out after moving there. This is not all their fault, but some of this issue has been miscommunication. Everything is straight now. YOU are your family members biggest advocate. Even the best facility will fail to do 100%.. YOU have to be involved with your family member's care. South High is a very clean facility. The move in process was easy. They offer a service from a 3rd party to assist with moving, if the family cannot do it themselves. I would recommend South High to others.

My experience has been excellent , and though I did not choose this facility with site unseen I am glad my brother is there. I am so thankful .

The friendliness of the staff team there is a 5+++. The Alexander IV community was a fantastic experience. They bent over backwards to meet our needs and provide the best care. We would highly recommend!

My mom is 100 years old and has dementia. I am so grateful to have her at South High Assisted Living. Not only is she in beautiful surroundings but she is being cared for by an incredible staff who truly care. My mom is so blessed to have this facility to live out her life. Thank you, South High
