[name removed] was exceptional throughout the entire process. We called needing a tour as we navigated an uncertain discharge plan for a loved one, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. His expertise in nursing homes, assisted living, and skilled care made the process feel much less overwhelming. We are so grateful for his professionalism, compassion, and support during an important time. Thank you, Groves and [name removed], for making this experience a positive one for our family.

My brother is currently living at the Grove. He likes it there and his family feels that he is safe there. When we visit the staff speaks to him by name. His room is always clean and he has clean clothes. He is in a large studio. It is just right for him and it is what he can afford . The one bedroom is nice too. The small studio was too small for his belongings.

The groves has been a great place for mom the director [name removed] is amazing! The staff have been wonderful to her also.

From giving back to the community to redoing the building and adding compassionate employees. The Groves is the way to go if you want your retirement to last longer. Apartments are big, rooms are well equipped and family is loved

[name removed] , the director, is wonderful! If your family member has dementia/mental issues, ask her to attend the assessment with your loved one. The woman who did the assessment can be cold and without [name removed] there my husband would have been intimidated.

I appreciate the staff, and residents and glad about the general environment. Hope everyone considers what they could get included in the price compared to other locations for seniors citizens and those that need such care

I have nothing but positive experiences with this facility. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, my friend liked this place and the staff. I hate she didn’t get more time to spend there, so God took her home

Staff provided excellent care and customer service. Facility is neat and clean smelling. An unknown gem in Warrensburg. Close to the local hospital, great highway access for out of town family visiting. Large semi private rooms, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nurses were great and very supportive. Very clean and did not smell. My mother did not participate in activities but Christmas was very festive and lots of Christmas music. Even though she was supposed to go eat at dining room she didn't feel like it so they would bring her a tray

You always wonder if the price is too cheap and not a good place but this place has the BEST staff and at an inexpensive price and no add-ons. Lots of communication. What you would expect form the most expensive places. Not a single disappointment so far. My Mom has been here for 3 months now. Thank You so much for the recommendation and the help with negotiating a price.

did a tour with the Director and spoke with Mom and liked the place and people. Good possibility. Have chose this place, i will be taking her here. They have accepted her and promised to take good care of her.

The first meeting went well. Move in date went well. Unfortunately, trying to get things attended to is somewhat difficult. My friend that I had to put in there on March 28th has still yet to receive a key to her mailbox in which I have asked several times. They were supposed to put a bar in the closet to hang her clothes and that never got done. Luckily, she didn't take many hanging clothes so I was able to use the wire shelf to hang clothes on. The food is good with generous portions. The staff are all very friendly.

I like the affordability best and they can improve on food and facility upkeep as it's old and dated.

Well worth it, everyone is nice. Affordable option but you wouldn't know it from visiting. Nice sitting areas and clean private rooms and bathrooms.

Excellent physical therapy department. Responsive medical staff. I love Dr. [name removed]. My mother's health has improved while living there. The facility is old, but a new director just hired and already seeing improvements.

It is clean and they go above in de orating for each holiday. Looks great and always festive. The staff are very friendly. The groves has a new activity director and she is adding more activities, they still need more added in my opinion. They have changed directors and nursing director since my mom came in sept. The hot food is cold most of the time when served to resident in eating area. They need to improve on that add more fruit.

About 12 years ago, my sister-in-law was here and the facility takes title 19 patients. It’s certainly an older facility, I think maybe an old hospital, but the advantage that they have over everywhere else is that they offer apartments and all different levels of care, but they’re all within the same facility. I believe the difference in care, though, is that they have what the state requires – 1 staff person per 12 members. Whereas other places offer a more personalized approach. It isn’t a bad facility, just isn’t wonderful. There are a lot more new places available now.
