Need to keep on top of what's going on as much as possible for the first several weeks, especially for a relative that needs a higher level of assistance. Rooms all nicely renovated & good size. Dining is good as well. Not a large amount of activities but enough for my mom's needs. It's good to see mom gets dressed and walks to dining room for all meals.

They are very transparent, honest, and take excellent care of my FIL. When he had to go to rehab after being really sick. It is across the street from spring Village- they took the time to visit him, kept his spirits up. They know he likes to be shaven they brought his electric shaver and shaved him once a week.

Our family's overall experience was wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with Spring Village. The staff there was super helpful. Of all the places my aunt was, Spring Village made it the easiest. They were great with all the her needs. They were friendly and went out of their way to make my aunt feel comfortable. I really can't say enough nice things about the staff there. I feel that because it's not a huge facility that only benefited the residents there. They had a lot of personal care and their personalities were able to shine because the staff knew them so well. lastly, I really appreciated their open communication with my aunt's family. They made her final days so peaceful.

5 for all. It is a family in there. The staff cares for the residents like family. They welcome families to be involved in care and visit. I can't say enough about the facility. Welcoming staff that knows all their residents names, likes, dislikes. Staff always has a smile and goes out of their way to make the residents happy. The DNS is always available and cares for the residents like his family. I have more than one family member there. They offer respite care which I used for my dad. It was a great experience. And currently my 103 year old gram is there and 95 year old aunt.

I give all categories a 5. My mother really likes the food and has invited her friends for lunch! A very big positive for a picky eater. The staff has been terrific and the place is always clean! I would highly recommend Spring Village. Price is comparable to most other places.

We have been there over a year. I spend 4 to 5 hours a day in the building. Food is nutritious, care managers are professional, the care they provide is personal and individual to the needs of those receiving it...Laundry is done daily, and building is clean and alive. The activities are geared to the residents, and the dining room on the first floor is manned and well controlled...

[name removed] was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Very accommodating and easy to work with. My dad is in memory care and I believe the activities are relatively limited. They seemed to be more abundant for the assisted living component, which I understand

I met with [name removed] for an interview. He gave me a wonderful tour of the facility as well as answering any questions I had!

My family member recently became a resident at Spring Village. Since the first contact the entire staff has been absolutely wonderful. The care and compassion they show is comforting. We have participated in several activities and always feel welcome. [names removed] have listened, answered our million questions and made us feel welcome. The dining staff, care managers and everyone else we have encountered have been fabulous. We are extremely grateful for the care Spring Village is providing for our family.

My grandmother is a recent member of the Spring Village community in Hammonton. [name removed] has been excellent to help us navigate the assisted living process. She was available when we needed her and always happy to assist with any questions we had. The facility is beautiful and clean. There is a spacious living room where residents’ can gather and watch tv. The dining room is always set to perfection with a daily menu printed out with meal choices and desserts. Overall our loved one is treated like family and the community of residents is beautiful too, they all check in on one another. The thing we love most are the activities that are laid out weekly. My grandmother loves having her nails painted, completing crafts, and the puppy visits on Thursday.

I visited around the holidays and I can see why my grandmother is happy there. I am so thankful for the staff who are absolutely wonderful and take such great care of the residents. I can’t imagine a better place for her to live.

The minute I walked in I felt welcomed. Staff were polite, caring, and very professional. Just talking to their staff made me feel very comfortable knowing my friend was in a very warm cozy environment . I can see why the family was excited to have her there. It took a load off all our shoulders to know she was being cared for as if she were their own. I was very impressed with the facility. It was clean and I loved how it was designed.

The moment I walked into the building it was beautiful. The lobby smelled fantastic! The entire building was clean. The staff weee warm and welcoming. We had lunch in the side dining room. The staff waited on us. The food was very good. A wonderful visit.

A great senior community, kind and caring for our residents. Good service, good interaction with activities. I would recommend this senior community for family and loved ones! The food is absolutely fantastic.

Spring village is a very homey environment staff is very helpful and thoughtful and the food there is a amazing for senior care community overall experience was good the concierge was friendly serviceable knowledgeable and the administrative [name removed] is also a pleasure professionally and also a very friendly motived to help type of person. I would recommend this community for anyone’s loved ones

I came with a friend of mine to take a tour and I have to say I was very impressed with the facility and the employees working there. I would definitely recommend Spring Village.. What I thought was impressive was all of the activities that they offered in the facility and all of the events that we’re going on as we were touring.

When I toured Spring Village at Dover the building immediately feels warm and energetic. We were welcomed by staff, resident were happy. The building is in immaculate condition. Staff was tentative to residents needs. The food looked and smelt amazing.

I recently had a tour at Spring Village. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming! The entrance was beautifully decorated and it had a small-town feel to it, complete with store fronts. The rooms were spacious and can be decorated to each person’s taste. This place does not feel like a facility, but a home.

I visited my mom’s friend at Spring Village. She is a resident on the memory care floor. I was so happy to see how involved the residents were with both the care staff, activities program. The residents looked very happy and engaged. We were happy to see how clean nicely put together the building was. We visited in December and the building was beautifully decorated and felt so warm. The staff really seems to care about every resident.
