My father (now 90) has been at Spring Village for 3 years. The staff is wonderful. Everyone from the director to the CNA's to dining, cleaning and support staff know dad, know his preferences personal needs quirks etc. Caring and attentive staff is their strength.

The staff is so caring and kind even with the most difficult residents. Everything is customized for each resident. The staff is happy and cheerful. there are activities all day long for different interact and levels. Very clean.

The staff is attentive, caring, and professional. I am very pleased with the care that they are providing to my mom. Our only challenge is the daily menu because my mom is a fussy eater. I am very happy that we chose this facility.

People are very friendly and warm. A caring, nurturing environment. Staff is excellent.

Spring Village gives you a lot of value for your money. Caring staff, clean apartments and common areas with a touch of home. The staff is friendly, out going and very approachable. We feel very lucky to have been told about this community by a rehab in area.

I was concerned moving my Mom from Florida to New Hampshire and then into Spring Village at Summerhill. The transition was easier than I expected. She has been very happy since day one and if she’s happy, I’m happy. The staff is amazing!! We are so pleased we chose Spring Village at Summerhill!

My sister has Alzheimer's diease and primary progressive aphasia, so communication is hampered. The staff in memory care at Spring Village is able to meet her needs with patience and excellent skills while making her feel valued. They are kind and my sister is happy. I am so thankful for the wonderful staff and great facility.

Spring Village at Dover is a wonderful community I have spent many a day there while visiting and taking the time to read the activities calendar I’ve also seen numerous events that Spring Village at Dover has daily exercise & socials the staff are friendly and helpful and caring they have a few entertainers monthly area churches come in a few times monthly the [name removed]as we’ll this is just a a few of many I’ve seen there There is weekly pet visits one time I was there a petting zoo came in they have enjoyable special events one day a pony dressed as a unicorn came A dancing duo they had a prom in June Square Dance They have a Easter Egg Hunt and invite families and friends children trunk or treat etc Car shows they welcome families to enjoy activities with their loved ones there are community areas for residents to watch tv also if they choose to not attend a activity but not be alone in their rooms there is plenty of events and socialization it’s very home like

My Dad has lived in Summerhill for about a year. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. He has a schedule every day with exercise, games, outings, and three meals in the dining room. His room is has plenty of space for his sitting area, sleeping area, kitchenette, closet and bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. Spring Village at Summerhill is a great home for Dad.

The entire staff at String Village at Summerhill is all wonderful! There is always someone there to see to Mom's needs, they show compassion and always have a smile on there face. They encourage Mom to participate in social events but let her choose how much or how little she she wants to engage. The nursing staff is well organized and are always on top of Mom's medical needs making sure she is getting the best care possible.

My mom has been Spring Village at Summerhill for several months. I am so impressed with the way that staff members have gone out of their way to make sure my mom has what she needs and feels comfortable and engaged.

Hearing from my relative staying at Spring Village at Summerhill that the staff is always friendly, upbeat and supportive is a real gift to me and our family. Our relative was a bit reluctant to leave their independent living for assisted living. They were not looking forward to the change. But all those concerns have gone away due to the wonderful staff and accommodations at Spring Village at Summerhill. Thank you one and all.

I recently toured Spring Village at Summerhill, which drove me to take the effort to review this facility. I have worked in the senior care industry for over 20 yrs and have seen many facilities during that time. Some good and many not so good. I must say that Spring Village at Summerhill stands out as one of the best I have seen. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcome and can sense that this is a well-run facility. It is clean and odorless, and the staff pay close attention to details. This is truly a place that I would feel comfortable having a loved one reside in. Being able to sleep at night, knowing that they will be safe and well taken care of.

Community is always happy! Staff and residents are treated well by all and it shows. My mom is always well cared for and clean.

This facility is the best in the area. A very unique set up that is specific for memory care. We toured many different places before deciding that Spring Village would be the best place for our mom. The staff have been very caring and help support our family through these tough times. We are very blessed and grateful to have found this place! We recommend Spring Village to any family looking for memory care.

My mother in law felt comfortable and happy from the first day. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed with [name removed] who worked hard to organize a room and admission on short notice she drove to doctor office to get forms signed in person.

[name removed] gave us a very informative tour. She was kind and sensitive to our needs. She was able to answer any questions that came up with clear understanding and knowledge of the facility and program. With this being our first time in this situation, [name removed] put our mind at ease on the tough choices we had to make. I highly recommend [name removed] and Spring Village.

Mom needed a place to live we’re she could get a good meal good health care and plenty of activities.The people who work there are very supportive and attentive and communicate with the families very well.I am very happy that I found a great and safe place for Mom.I couldn’t have done it without the help from a place for Mom the person that helped us was amazing.

We visited a few other facilities in the area to place my husband and Spring Village is by far the best choice. The staff is caring and attentive. We felt welcomed the second we walked in the door. The young woman that gave us the tour was very professional, reassuring, and a joy to work with. My husband is enjoying all of the social activities and the meal options that are available to him.

My main concern in putting my wife in this facility was that she would be treated with kindness and compassion, and I found the staff was all in on this! When I has to leave after my visits, their staff helped me greatly in doing this. Their food is real good and lots of activities for the residents.
