I would give a 5 for all except activities. Activities I would give a 3. The place overall is really great and my aunt is happy there. I sure would recommend the community to other families based on the experience. I really am having a good experience working with them. They are friendly and kind to my Aunt

Very happy with Spring Village at Hammonton. Lots of activities for residents if they so choose . Staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. We're always happily greeted and everyone knows our names. We're pleased with the food they prepare for mom too.

I took a tour of the facility for my parents and was gladly surprised by the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful surroundings. This place I would definitely love to bring my parents to.

The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and really care about their residents. The food is delicious and they keep the residents engaged with great activities.

The staff are extremely helpful and caring.. such a pleasant change.. meals are outstanding. The activities are well thought out and fun! The facility is beautiful and clean! Newly renovated and feels like home !

I had the chance to have a tour of the building while the new renovation was going on. The facility looks amazing and the new staff is beyond friendly, and informative. The memory care unit is hands on and the staff is great! In addition, the building smells fresh and new and the chef is hands down the best. A highly recommended living.

I brought mom up from a facility in Columbus Ga which I thought was good but after a month at Summerhill I realized mom deserved better and Summerhill exceeded every expectation. The staff goes above and beyond. The food is amazing. The activities are simulating for the residents. My 14 year old grandson thought mom was staying at a luxury hotel and wanted to stay there

I think the small size really helps with the 1:1 care they get. My mom gets a lot of attention and the nurses contact me with updates all the time. The intake process was easy and everyone was very nice in answering all of our questions, etc. They have gone out of their way to make my mom feel at home.

Thank you so much for everything you do to make Spring Village a home, treating all of the residents like family. The kindness and compassion you all show to residents and family members is nothing short of amazing. I am so glad my mom selected to move there. Living far away from aging parents is hard, but it you made it as easy as can be. I never had to worry because I knew if something was going on you would let me know. Spring Village is a special place, thank you for loving and caring for my parents.

It's a lovely facility and our aunt is enjoying being there. She says the staff is lovely and very attentive. We have only had one meeting with staff. It was an evaluation 30 days after she arrived. Because we live a fair distance away, I think an update every 6-8 weeks would be welcome. That may be something that happens, and we have not reached the point of routine check ins yet. The only issue we had was when leaving messages but not getting return calls. When we brought that to the facilities attention, it was addressed immediately.

My mom has been here for almost a year and it has been so good for her. She loves it here. She’s made lots of friends and there are so many activities to keep her busy. The staff is AMAZING. And I mean everyone. They go out of their way to make this a real home for everyone here. It’s like family. It makes me so happy to know that she is cared for that truly care about what they do. It has made such a difference in my mom’s quality of life.

The meals are delicious and staff so kind and caring. They offered many options for appetizers, main course, and dessert, and served with a smile. It was a great way to spend Easter with family and great food.

We had a cordial interview with [name removed] . She patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. We wee treated to a superb dinner of salmon with pineapple Salsa, rice and grilled asparagus’s! We were treated with so much kindness. Our tour of the facility and available suites exceeded our expectations ! Highly recommend consideration

I would give them all an eight...Truth is they absolutely go out of their way to care for [name removed]. And the affiliate Fox therapy is in house and they are top shelf as well....I would recommend Spring Village ot the Poconos to anyone looking for a place for a loved one...

Spring Village has been amazing for our family, my husband resides there. They have lots of activities that I enjoy joining in on. The support group they offer is amazing for us families going through this together. The staff is caring and patient. The families and staff have become more like an extended family to us.

My mother in law finds them all very kind and cheerful. My mother in law loves her big sunny apt. It has a large bedroom off the living area with just an opening and no doors which is easier to manage. There is a small bur adequate kitchenette and a nice big bathroom and a huge closet. Communication has been terrific...easy to reach nurse, director, concierge, etc. It is a small friendly, homey place. All the public rooms are nicely decorated.

What appealed to us is that memory care doesn't seem like a locked off area that misses out of the nicer aspects. My husband has dementia and it's good to be in a facility where everyone is treated the same. There is a lot of staff and they all know each resident. The residents are called by name and are treated like they matter. The facility is attractive and individual rooms are attractive. I'm guessing each facility has the problem of needing to be reminded that care is slipping a bit. It helps if the residents have an advocate. All in all my husband is happy there. The staff does well with difficult situations.

My grandmother lives at Spring village at Dover and is flourishing! Lots of activities, church, and music playing anytime I go into visit. It feels so nice to have a beloved family member living in a safe, comfortable, and clean home. The administration is amazing! They are always there for any questions our family may have. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Spring village has been through many changes but is the best they have ever been. Nursing care and staff are great. Everyone is so friendly. Everyone is very accessible and always willing to answer any question. Activities are great and are enjoyed by the folks that live at Spring Village. We are very happy with our decision for our grandmother. I would recommend Spring Village!
