I recently toured Spring Village at Summerhill, which drove me to take the effort to review this facility. I have worked in the senior care industry for over 20 yrs and have seen many facilities during that time. Some good and many not so good. I must say that Spring Village at Summerhill stands out as one of the best I have seen. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcome and can sense that this is a well-run facility. It is clean and odorless, and the staff pay close attention to details. This is truly a place that I would feel comfortable having a loved one reside in. Being able to sleep at night, knowing that they will be safe and well taken care of.

Community is always happy! Staff and residents are treated well by all and it shows. My mom is always well cared for and clean.

This facility is the best in the area. A very unique set up that is specific for memory care. We toured many different places before deciding that Spring Village would be the best place for our mom. The staff have been very caring and help support our family through these tough times. We are very blessed and grateful to have found this place! We recommend Spring Village to any family looking for memory care.

My mother in law felt comfortable and happy from the first day. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed with [name removed] who worked hard to organize a room and admission on short notice she drove to doctor office to get forms signed in person.

[name removed] gave us a very informative tour. She was kind and sensitive to our needs. She was able to answer any questions that came up with clear understanding and knowledge of the facility and program. With this being our first time in this situation, [name removed] put our mind at ease on the tough choices we had to make. I highly recommend [name removed] and Spring Village.

Mom needed a place to live we’re she could get a good meal good health care and plenty of activities.The people who work there are very supportive and attentive and communicate with the families very well.I am very happy that I found a great and safe place for Mom.I couldn’t have done it without the help from a place for Mom the person that helped us was amazing.

We visited a few other facilities in the area to place my husband and Spring Village is by far the best choice. The staff is caring and attentive. We felt welcomed the second we walked in the door. The young woman that gave us the tour was very professional, reassuring, and a joy to work with. My husband is enjoying all of the social activities and the meal options that are available to him.

My main concern in putting my wife in this facility was that she would be treated with kindness and compassion, and I found the staff was all in on this! When I has to leave after my visits, their staff helped me greatly in doing this. Their food is real good and lots of activities for the residents.

I hope someday when I’m older I can live there. It’s so warm and inviting. The staff is always having so much fun with their residents. I love the exposed beams and New England character. Most importantly they give incredible care and attention to their residents.

I would highly recommend Summerhill for your loved one. We moved our Dad from OH to NH and Summerhill was very helpful in that process. They kept in close contact with family during the transition to communicate how Dad was doing, flexible with furniture delivery, and helpful in lining up professionals to call for his medical care. Since move in, they have taken toms to get to know Dad and what his interests are/were. Socially they have filled him with rec activities and make sure he stays active. He enjoys his meals and is excited each day to pick out his meals. Home run Summerhill, thank you for taking such good care of Dad!

They go above what is expected in memory care. The staff team is friendly, professional, and compassionate. The meals are so good I want to eat there. The activities are plentiful and stimulating. The community is pricy but you get every dollar worth of was a transition from Georgia to New Hampshire but we are so happy where she is and we have peace of mind.

I really am happy with our decision. My aunt is well taken care of and is comfortable there. The staff not only knows my aunt but knows us too. They are very upbeat and go out of their way to make my aunt smile.

I love living here. I am definitely happy here and I have made many new friends. The staff is very nice, and the food is good. I am glad my daughters moved me here from my previous home. I recommend Spring Village.

Staff is great, helpful, informative, and almost always available for assistance. No complaints! Very nice and friendly place to live. I am very glad that my daughter found this community. It was a very hard transition from Florida, but the staff helped me get settled.

Our family was in denial of how much care it took to keep our mom at home. We searched around many places to find the right fit. We were about ready to give up until we met the fantastic staff at Spring Village. Everyone was so friendly and fun to work with. [names removed] and the rest of the crew made us feel as one of the team. They kept us on the loop with her care, and any issues that needed to be addressed. They always kept us in good spirits even when the time came for hospice to intervene. Mom is still with Spring Village and the care is phenomenal. Kudos to Spring Village and all that you guys do to make sure our loved ones are well taken care of.

Mom had to go to a different home while we were waiting for Spring Village to open. Mom went down hill fast in the other facility. When she finally was able to move to Spring Village she was dependent on a walker. After a few months with Spring Village working with her, she was pushing her friend’s wheelchair during walks. She had another good year of health and happiness before her COPD took her from us. Spring Village helped with getting palliative care started, worked with hospice and since they notified me when mom was failing, I was able to be with her when she passed. I can’t say enough about Spring Village.

We were very pleased with the care that my mom received at Spring Village at Dover! They were very supportive and took care of everything so I could just spend loving, quality time with mom. So grateful for that time with her! Peace of mind was another valuable gift I received there during this difficult time!

I’m glad I placed my mother here. She is well cared for and close by. As a former librarian she seems comfortable with their interactive classes and activities. The people interaction is most important and they do a great job with that here.

I give a 5 to all categories. My experience with all the staff has been so good. My brother is happy and well taken care of. His room is always cleaned up and he is very satisfied with the food. I recommend this facility to anyone who asks me about it. I am so grateful for all of your help with getting my brother placed there.
