Atmosphere and quality is why we chose this place for my loved one. I would recommend to others.

Overall experience has been great. My mom is very happy, involved in a lot of activities and loves going to the daily movies offered there. Staff is very kind and helpful. Food is only ok. Place is super clean. My mom's 1 bedroom apartment is lovely. We would definitely recommend this community to other families! The cleaning service has been great, they change her sheets, take them to be washed and deliver them clean and folded!

The staff was very helpful and kind to the patients. The patient was encouraged to participate in activities but were not forced to do so. The food was tasty and attractively presented. The rooms were sized appropriately. And there was good attention to cleanliness.

Not one bad thing I could tell about. Been a joy and food is great. Friendly staff and residents.

It was a lovely visit and all our questions were answered. They had an apartment we liked but the timing isn’t right for us.

Villas are like half a house. Yard, porch, garage. Apartments are average, clean and renovatednice views, some balconies. Grounds are 67 acres, the old 1888 winery still here, mansion first floor used for activities. There is a pool, not fancy, a small pond and waterfall, 3 par golf course. Wait staff are students with supervisors. Wait staff polite and well trained. There are buffets on Wed and Sunday brunch. One meal, dinner, provided. The cooks work hard to celebrate special days, co Units renovated when tenants change

This is definitely one of the best senior living facilities in the CSRA. The staff was not only knowledgeable, they were incredibly caring and engaging with all of the residents. The facility was incredibly clean and up-to-date. I would not hesitate at all if this were a place my mom chose to go.

It is a very nice facility. Bright and clean. We spent quite a bit of time with [name removed] telling her about my mom and getting our questions answered. She is a very kind and understanding contact.

My sister in law has been there a year and is very happy. She likes the games they provide and she enjoys the books from the library. She is well taken care of and enjoys the staff and residents.

The staff was friendly and provided great care. The facilities were clean and the room was just the right size for my Dad. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

The staff are very nice and caring. They seem attentive. I like that many of them have been there for quite a few years. I like that I can text [name removed] (memory care director) any time with questions and she responds quickly. I think the facility is clean, smells good, bright and is pretty to look at. I had a hard time accepting the room size and that my mom has a roommate but in the end, the amount of fun activities outweighed the room. I was so pleased to know that my mom would not be spending her entire day in front of the TV and I realized that her room is just for dressing and sleeping. The activities look so fun and varied. I don't know anything about the food.

Overall experience has been good. The only issue or concern has been the food. They're on a 5 week rotation schedule for the menu but there doesn't appear to be too much variety. They're also not very clear about alternate options available. I understand it appears to be a corporate thing but it could be better. The staff have been wonderful. The activities are good and the director of activities does a very good job. I do wish that someone would cover her activities when she's off. The facility is clean both in the living areas, outdoor areas and entry. The dining hall floor needs mopped more often but is good otherwise. Apartment is a good size. A little bigger fridge would be great so residents could keep more drinks/fruit/snacks in their room. Our families experience for our Mother has been a good one because transitioning a loved one to somewhere other than home is difficult.

So far everything has been really good. He calls it a resort! All of the staff have been so helpful including calling or visiting him when he doesn't do morning check-in which I have been thrilled about. Less worry for the family.

I'd give them a 5 in all areas. My husband was well taken care of. The staff was attentive to his needs . The schedule appeared to keep him busy. The cleanliness was good. There were no bad smelling areas like other places I had visited. My husband seemed to like the food. He ate it when I was there.

I went like a prince, 3 chef prepared meals, housekeeping and wandering once week, fun activities, and always great service. The caregivers in medical staff are just sensational. If you have your own car and drive, there's always had a good parking.

It was a pleasant experience for my sister. The CNA staff was very attentive to her needs. The administrative staff was always available for my questions. The phones were always answered quickly. Overall I have no complaints and only good experiences with Fay's point. I would recommend to others.

[name removed] was very thorough and spent a good amount of time with us understanding our needs and how Sheridan of Tyler Creek can accommodate those needs. He has kept in touch and is always happy to answer any questions that crop up. We also met several staff members and all were so very welcoming. It is a wonderful community and when the need arises, we feel this is in our top 3!

I would recommend Addington place to anyone. Service and care are top notch from the director down. The place is extremely clean, the staff is extra friendly, and they treat you like family.

The activities are great, providing several choices. The staff and residents are polite and friendly. Housekeeping is provided once a week and are generally good. The elevators are older, but staff makes every effort to maintain them. Unfortunately, the original developers neglected to install a separate freight elevator. No much anyone can do about that. I'm learning patience. The only concern is that sometimes requested maintenance projects take a while to be fulfilled. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but perhaps a bit overwhelmed. Overall, my experience is good, and I love my apartment.
