I would consider all a 5, staffing on the weekends has improved lately, but previously short handed on the weekends and so some advertised activities were not held. I think Park Creek is a good value for the money, the Administrator of the Memory Care is kind and enthusiastic, has taken my Mom on road trips and held parties for each holiday. My mom has a nice sized corner single apartment that has lots of light, her place is always kept clean, she's well dressed whenever I see her, they keep her clean and fresh

I'd say our experience has been nothing but positive. The entire facility is beautiful and extremely clean. Every single person, from the front desk staff to the people who work in the restaurant, all of the CNAs, and the nurses, are kind and compassionate and always greet you with a smile on their face. My aunt had a difficult time transitioning to assisted living; however, every single one of these people has treated her with respect and kindness, which has made the transition a little easier with each passing day. The Activities Director always has something fun for them to do every day. She has gone out of her way to include my aunt and make her feel special. My aunt has had several health issues that have landed her in the hospital. The nurses were very attentive, stayed on top of everything, communicated with me throughout the process, and contacted emergency services quickly when needed. She had to go on a puréed food diet indefinitely. We never even had to explain it to the staff—they were prepared for her when she returned from the hospital with no questions asked. Prior to the puréed diet, she seemed to really enjoy the menu and available options. It is a little harder for anyone to adjust to a puréed diet, but she still doesn't complain too much about the food. I couldn't be happier with choosing this facility for my aunt. It was very difficult for her to leave her home, but this is a lovely facility, and I hope the new management coming in does not change what makes it so special. The apartment sizes and amenities are wonderful—more than enough room for one person and probably the nicest place my aunt has ever lived. I just wish she were more able to utilize everything that is available, but at 94, her body is unfortunately starting to fail her. I would highly recommend Aspired Living to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home. It is not just the facility itself, but also the fact that it backs up to a beautiful, expansive park with walking paths, a children's playground, and a splash pad. I take my aunt for walks through the park weekly. Her unit faces the park, and she enjoys watching the children and looking out at the green space.

The staff is very attentive to my uncle's needs, and is very much in communication with me about updates. The apartment is sizable, for sure very accommodating for one person, and has its own bathroom with a shower. The facility is very clean, and they provide 4-5 meals and snacks throughout the day. For as much as my uncle is in need of assistance, they provide above and beyond care for him.

The entire facility is well-maintained and the cleanliness is superb. The staff are knowledgeable, responsive, and truly care for their clients. The food is top notch.

Excellent staff, good activities, nice room. Could do with better vegetarian food options. It's a good size, I would recommend them to others.

5 on all. Exceptionally caring staff, especially the aides! Staff is very caring and patient. The care he receives is wonderful. They treat my Dad with respect and kindness even though he can be grumpy at times! Food looks good and no complaints. The place is very clean and well kept. It is an older building and can use minor fixing up, ie wallpaper in private dining room and loose board on back deck needs replacing. (End of hallway near #55). Music programs are great, movies and [name removed] the bird guy is very interesting and always positive. [name removed] and [name removed] very helpful and [name removed] at front desk is amazing.

The facility was wonderful, and I enjoyed meeting [name removed] and speaking with her. I was amazed with all the activities the Sheridan offers its residents.

Staff is great. Activities are pretty good. Community is clean and my Dad is in a shared room, so it's a bit small...but expected. I would recommend to others.

Beautiful lobby and grounds. I was greeted warmly by staff who explained a little about the program. We toured all three levels. Clients and staff looked happy. Rooms are clean and bright.

The facility was wonderful - clean and well organized. The public areas look more like a nice country club than a residential facility. We appreciated the varying levels or care and the menu of additional services so you can select what you need. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were very well maintained. The stag we met were all friendly and willing to answer our many questions. The outdoor warm saltwater pool is a true standout amenity.

My mother spent over four years at Spring Hills/The Addison before she passed. I was lucky to have found this place. My mom did not have much savings, and they admitted her with just the first month rent, last month rent, and one time community fee. No big six figures up front, non-refundable buy in, just first, last, and community. It totaled less than a used car. Mom and I visited several other facilities, and they all wanted a large amount of money up front. The staff was wonderful, caring, patient and good humored. The restaurant is a former pub that my wife and I used to frequent when it was a retail establishment. The restaurant has menus to pick from, white cloth tablecloths and very good food. On holidays, there there are barbeques, and turkey dinners. You can join your loved ones for dinner, and we even were placed in a private dining room for a family birthday party. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff treats the residents.

We were able to tour The Addison upon just stopping in and then made an appointment to bring my Mom to tour. Both times the entire staff was very friendly, the facility was very clean, bright and welcoming. All the details were explained to us and we were provided a packet to review. The rooms are a good size and the safety system in place for the residents was impressive.

Excellent facilities, good tour, friendly staff and good staffing levels. worthwhile activities and residents who seemed happy to be there. Overall, positive impression.

[name removed] wanted to know about my aunt and her needs and helped me see how "Seasons" would fit for my aunt. We got an opportunity to participate in a patriotic sing-along led by two local musicians. My aunt was impressed with the number of residents who attended and their friendliness and obvious happiness. The staff members we met seemed to love their jobs and had special connections to the residents. I loved the activities offered by the Seasons, especially the attitude of helping residents find purpose. The common areas are elegant and there's a feeling of being in an upscale hotel. The outside surroundings are so pleasant and natural.

I'm enjoying my new Lifestyle at Lisle Creek Estates. Great people. A lot to do. The people made my experience positive. I would highly recommend to others.

Everyone was nice and friendly. The residents seemed happy and well cared for. It looked safe. I was impressed with the tour guides memory of the residents names.

We had a wonderful tour guide and we enjoyed our visit and went back many times. We were able to tour multiple units and alll the amenities. Our whole family came to dinner and everyone was so friendly. We signed my father up for a one bedroom unit and he will move in July. He is looking forward to being a resident at the Sheridan.

We had very pleasant tour of the facility and great presentation by staff. We are considering options and have my mom’s long term care insurance provider completing qualifying steps for the facility and one other. Weighing all options and praying to make the best decision for my mom. We will reach out if we decide to take her over for a visit and further consideration. Thank you.

Getting moved in and settled was pretty seamless. The Welcome Crew on the first official day of living there was awesome and having an ambassador assigned for learning the ropes and to answer questions was really appreciated. Food was good. Enjoyed the bingo, and chair aerobics activities.
