The team at Addington Place is friendly, compassionate and helpful at every turn. They provide a warm, welcoming environment to their residents and their guests. The building is clean, tidy and well kept and they provide stimulating, entertaining activities for the residents. Their care team is thorough and communicates well with their care partners as well.

As an amazon driver for the community, I’m there often they always offer me water, coffee, and a restroom break. They are the nicest people ever. I love this community.

When one of our laundry rooms was broken, we were told to do our wash on another floor until the repairs were done, but the repairs took too long (at this I'm angry). Once a week I was at office, and always got the same answer: soon, but they then offered to do our wash until it was fixed. True to their word, they did your wash if you wanted them to, and they did my wash once a week, until repairs we done.

I was impressed. I am interested. I plan on returning for another tour so I can get a better feel for how I would feel like living there. I felt very welcome and comfortable.

From the outset, staff worked closely with my parents to evaluate their individual needs. The care continues to be top-notch, where the staff is genuinely concerned for their happiness and well being. I would recommend to others.

I visit this facility constantly for plumbing work and the sales team and maintenance team is amazing to work with and they make it very easy to do my job and the residents absolutely love them! 10/10 would recommend this company and especially this facility and will use them personally if the need arises!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with smiles—from the front desk staff to our tour guide and assistant. We especially loved how friendly and welcoming all of the residents were. One particularly sweet woman sitting out front by the fire made a lasting impression; she reassured Mom that she would be just fine and shared how much she truly loves living there. We were invited to enjoy a meal right away, and the wait staff could not have been more accommodating or kind. We have no doubt this is the right place for Mom—in fact, we’re a little jealous of all the wonderful amenities and have even joked about making a move like this ourselves. We’re so excited for Mom to become more involved, discover new interests, and build new friendships. This has been a long time coming, and we’re truly looking forward to what the future holds for her.

Choosing a place for a loved one is stressful, but the team at Courtyard Fountains made us feel at ease immediately. Every staff member was incredibly patient, answering every one of our 100 questions without rushing us. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the residents; every interaction I witnessed was kind and respectful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this nursing home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and professional. They treat every resident with dignity and genuine care, and it truly shows in the positive atmosphere throughout the facility.

I was impressed with the transportation available for medical appointments and shopping. Several facilities for crafts and social activities.

I recently toured this retirement home with [name removed] and had a very positive experience. The staff were welcoming and professional, and they answered all my questions thoroughly. The facility was clean, bright, and felt comfortable. I noticed residents participating in activities and interacting happily with staff. Overall, it felt like a safe and caring place, and I would recommend it to anyone exploring options for senior living

My grandma recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard Fountains, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the experience she’s had there. From the very beginning, the staff made her feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Moving into a senior living community can be a big transition, but the team went out of their way to make it smooth and comforting. They were patient, kind, and always ready to answer our questions. The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The grounds are peaceful, and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting rather than clinical. My grandma especially enjoys the fountains and common areas where she can relax and spend time with friends. What stands out most is the level of care and attention she receives. The staff regularly check in on her, and it’s clear they truly care about the residents’ well-being. She’s made new friends, participates in activities, and seems happier and more engaged than she has been in a long time.

I have lived here for 16 years and it has been a fun place to spend this phase of my life. I consider the employees and residents my family and team members. Working together has been a pleasure for me. I am 96 years old, in good health and enjoy independent living here. I participate and run the Wii bowlimg and Wii golf programs here. Great place to live.

Business manager is wonderful. She is very great with the residents. She makes sure she gets back to you in a timely manner on any questions or problems you have. Maintenance is timely in fixing problems. There are many and varied activities.

Very friendly and safe. Cozy and warm environment. Awesome staff and well maintained. Lots of activities, a work out room, library, pool table, and a game room. A large outdoor patio area with fountains, gardens, outdoor furniture, and walking paths. Bus tours. The units have cleaning service. A restaurant style dining facility.

The staff is professional but kind and caring. Every inch of the facility is clean. The food is excellent and there are abundant activities. Apartments are roomy and have a nice view.

Toured the community as a possible location for moving my dad into from California. He recently lost his wife and wants to be closer to family in Oregon. I think he'd really like the place since he's really social and it seemed to be pretty lively and the people were really friendly. He's not ready to move yet but when he visits this summer I'm definitely going to take him to check it out. I also liked that the community has some diversity since most don't. He's African American and I was completely impressed with their wall honoring black history. I also saw some people of color in the dining room.

Everybody at Addington was amazing. We had a great person there. The main lady forgive me of the top of my head. I cannot remember her name a lot going on, but she was absolutely amazing and we would love to have sent our aunt there, but she just couldn’t afford it, but if I’d go there myself.
