It was lovely and affected many fine amenities. However it just haven’t the right feel for me at this time.

Addington had a small craft show and we attended as vendors. It was a fun day interacting with the residents. All the staff was very helpful. Thank you for having us.

I recently took a tour with [Name Removed]. She was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and took her time to answer all the questions we had. Definitely an asset!! Thank you!

I recently went in to visit my great aunt. All the residents were engaged and looked truly happy. There were plenty of activities for them to do. It was decorated beautifully, it smelled great in there. I was there around dinner time and the food smelled great too! Staff was available and helpful. Great experience as a visitor! 5 stars!

I recently toured this community with their executive director [Name removed]. They were very informative.. all the residents look happy. We are hoping our mom wishes to move forward.So we can have her closer to us.

I was looking for an ALF for my sister following surgery. I was able to schedule a tour on short notice - Facility was nice and clean with some renovation and work being done. Staff were professional and knowledgeable - I believe the community and monthly fees were reasonable.

My dad is a resident and the people at this facility really care. He has been there over a year and for the most part it’s a great place to live. No facility is perfect but this one tries really hard and is very responsive when an issue is brought up.

I appreciate the staff and surroundings.

Overall very good experience. Clean environment and friendly staff. Observed professional and caring interaction between staff and residents.

Smaller facility, thus more attention per resident. Everybody was very nice and the facility was clean and homey.

My brother has done very good here. [name removed]is the manager of the memory care and she is wonderful. She cares about the patients and their families. I think the same staff seem very committed to the patients and try to stay in tuned with them which is great.

I don't know where to begin. My mom broke her leg and had hip replacement. This allowed me to convince dad to go into assisted living. I felt that dad would not be able to qualify for it due to his immobility. They came to his house to evaluate and accepted him. Mom was able to join him at the Sheridan from rehab earlier than what expected of her recovery. This was also due to staff at the Sheridan evaluating her in rehab and again accepting her. I was finally relieved for their safety and care at this point. While in the care at Sheridan, they discovered an abnormal condition in which they recommend she go to the hospital. Testing verified a cancerous mass in her intestines. Surgery was scheduled but was to far out for her to stay in the hospital until then. Sheridan accepted her back and cared for her until surgery. She had a more difficult rehab due to the invasiveness of the surgery. After being told by rehab to make long term care plans for mom. The Sheridan said she could return again and start hospice there. As of now she is starting to improve. I don't know what the future holds for my mom but for now I know she's getting the best care possible. I couldn't ask for more.

We have had a great experience at the club. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and they have a lot of activities to pick from (my mom attends social/happy hours a few times a week and goes to their movie theater often, goes to lectures and listens to live music performances). It's been great and she's made a lot of friends. She doesn't feel isolated or lonely like she did before she moved to the club!

The staff is wonderful They really pay attention and the person at the desk makes sure she knows your name. The have two LLP's on staff and consult with family. We had a consultation on my sister in law's overall health a couple weeks ago. The dr comes in regularly and they had a podiatrist a month ago. The have regular activities scheduled every day and a small library that my sister in law uses regularly Overall she really enjoys being there and is very happy.

The entire staff from front desk, management, nursing, cna, dining, hospitality, activity, physical therapy, etc. played a big part in her feeling welcome and enjoying daily living. The atmosphere is so pleasant. I give them 5 stars.

I cant express how wonderful they are at the Addison! They took the best care of my mom. They are very kind and knowledgeable with their clients. I highly recommend them from the receptionist to the administration, nurse and staff I was very pleased

We toured Castle Pointe at Baywinde. We also attended lunch in their dining room. Staff and residents were friendly and helpful. It was easy to experience the love of their home. It was contagious! The food was exceptionally delicious and tasty. A wide variety of selections for each meal. The portions were more than one person could eat! The grounds were beautifully kept. The living area was inviting and spacious. We would highly recommend a tour and get to experience Castle Pointe at Baywinde.

The facility was very nice.[Name removed] at Prairie Green was extremely proactive and helpful. The facility was clean and the staff have all been very friendly. My mother likes the food and has complimented it every day so far. There are lots of activities for the residents.

My sister is a resident and is very happy with the facility. I would say she would rate it 5 stars. The staff and management are all great and on top of residents health care. My sister had surgery in March requiring a hospital stay of 3 days and the staff was very supportive and thorough in her aftercare. We're happy with the activities that are happening and the support she receives.
