I recently toured Addington Place of John’s Creek assisted living and memory care community and was very impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it was clear the residents are genuinely well cared for. The community felt warm and engaging, and the residents seemed happy and comfortable. You can tell the team truly cares about creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone who lives there.

We came by to meet a friend to go to lunch for a few hours. Everyone was kind and welcoming and the residents seem happy. It is very bright and open and homey. Many residents were there as we arrived in the patio outside relaxing.

My wife has lived at Addington Place of Clarkson in memory care for a year and 1/2.. All of our family loves the staff. Maggie is always there for all of us. Candy is great too. My wife is well taken care of & looks great.

The staff are very engaging and caring with the residents. In particular, Wendy and T stand out as exceptionally supportive and compassionate. We’ve found the entire team to be both attentive and kind, and they keep us well informed. Our dad’s transition to Park Place has exceeded our expectations.

We were very impressed with the Breakers. [Name Removed] listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions. We love the location by the park and the lake. The dining room is amazing, as are all the common spaces. The pool is great. We were treated to lunch and everyone was very happy with their choices. The apartements are a good size and many have a great view of the park and lake. We like that there is an attached garage where my dad can have an indoor parking spot and where we can park when we come to visit him. The residents seemed happy and active. There were many long time staff members, leading us to believe there is a low turnover rate. Overall, we came away thinking this is a great place for my dad.

[Name Removed] was easy to work with, gentle, and the way she cares about the residents, I can see this is her calling. The grounds are lovely, activities are plenty, and I love that there’s a Salon.

I’m a musician who gets to enjoy entertaining the fine residents at Addington Place of Clarkston, most recently for a special Vendor Fair event. No matter the occasion, the experience is always worth the drive to see such joy on the faces of residents who seem to be well taken care of by a wonderful staff of men and women who seem equally happy to be there. I love working with Darian Stewart, the Activities Director who keeps things in motion with loads of activities and events for the residents. Highly recommended facility!

Closest to mom's price range. Spacious room. Activities. Good food. . I haven't been able to visit the facility yet as I'm in Ohio, but I plan to come out for mom's 93rd birthday in July. She seems very content with the facility.

Diane provided a thorough tour of the facility. I got to see a room and had the opportunity to ask many questions.

I was so excited to learn I could bring Grandma's fur grandson to visit. All I had to do was bring Brunos shot record. They're completely pretty friendly. That's so amazing. My grandma and all her friends brightened up seeing that puppy smile. One of the staff was so sweet and have him treats. It wasn't just welcoming to me it was so welcoming to my fur baby! Great job Addington. Thank you for making this transition so much easier.

I am visiting my brother currently & I habe to say I am impressed with how much better he is doing here than at home. He what's reluctant, now that he is settled in, and made friends with both other residents and the staff he is all smiles. He is staying busy and tells me the staff always makes time for him. Thank you.Addington place for taking such great care of my brother??

Thomas did an outstanding job showing us the facility and explaining the lifestyle my mom would have at Addington Place. We are considering several other places that are just a little more convenient and have larger rooms. We appreciate the time he spent and the care and respect he shows to both the residents and the staff.

Beautiful and clean facility. I am pending approval on a studio apartment and should receive word on acceptance by the end of the week. Quite a few amenities and daily activities.

I absolutely love it here. The staff is friendly and so are all the residents. We're like a family. The grounds are beautiful and the buildings are always clean and well maintained. The room rent includes electric, cable, and 2 meals a day as well as transportation to outside events weekly stops to surrounding banks, drug stores and Dr visits. The food is tasty and the menu changes weekly This facility is like an all inclusive resort.

Great facility! Everyone is genuinely friendly. The place is so welcoming and smells amazing. You can tell that they take pride in their facility.

Beautiful community. I originally toured this community when they first opened 2002. They have done a wonderful job maintaining this community. They have made some beautiful updates. The residents and staff look happy.

It is pleasant here. Residents are friendly and staff is considerate, responsive, and caring. I would recommend it to others. Our story is not like those online or most people here. I found The Sheridan at Oak Brook for my husband and me. We are the youngest ones here, in good health, have good hearing and minds, and are both still driving. I was surprised by that. I thought independent living would be filled with people more like us. But, in any case, we are enjoying it. And the staff (and food) are super.
