My brother [name removed] is a resident in Memory Care and we are extremely happy with his care. [name removed] the activity director is amazing with the residents. We feel blessed to have found Meadowbrook.

The staff was very sympathetic about my sister situation. They tried everything to get her to eat and participate with the activities without being forced to.

I don't have much to say my sister has moved to another facility but I barely saw her after the first month at Addison I was personally very impressed with the facility and the staff.

While there are good things and bad things with every facility, we felt dad was taken care of even though he made it hard for them by constantly trying to get out of bed. The night staff was less than attentive and didn't check in on him regularly as we were promised. The most important key to all these care facilities is that they are grossly understaffed. They work hard to look after as many people as they are required to.

I came for an unannounced visit to Mangrove Bay with a college friend. The staff was very accommodating and took us on a tour. We both loved the accommodations at Mangrove, and the wonderful size of the building. What I loved the most was that the staff knew EVERY resident’s name as we were visiting, and the residents knew every staff member’s name!! There was such an atmosphere of caring, and sharing between everyone!! I made up my mind immediately that Mangrove Bay was my new home!! And it still is!! Love it here!!

They provided a clean safe upscale environment for my Aunt and Mother. The Staff there are incredible, i wouldn't hesitate to use them

Mom is extremely happy, which in turn makes all of us extremely happy. Staff is caring and very sweet with mom and every other person I have seen them interact with. Highly recommend for you loved ones.

I did not stay at Addington Place. I wasn't ready and wanted to continue living in my own home and am still here today. My daughter has moved in with me. Overall, from my short experience, I would rate Addington a 5. Facilities like Addington are quite expensive and not affordable for everyone.

The Moorhead place in Indiana pa is in need of a program director. Since [name removed] left the moral of the residents is very low. She was the best and since she left as of right now I would not really recommend Moorhead. The staff that takes care of the residents are wonderful, kind, caring and compassionate.

I would absolutely recommend to others, I wasn't sure how my independent sister would react to assisted living but she says she is very happy there .

The staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Apartments/rooms are nice and spacious. I would highly recommend Courtyard Fountains.

We have been so pleased with the friendliness of staff and residents alike. Mom and Dad are enjoying meeting new people at meals. Food service is excellent. The food is great and definitely the meal service is the most flexible of any of the 5 communities we looked at. The apartment (deluxe, for a couple) is great: roomy, bright (great windows) bathroom is large and easy for two people to share. The maintenance staff is super responsive and so nice!

What we like the most about Prairie Green is that they do keep an eye on my family member several times a day, make sure she gets to her meals. They recognize me when I come in.

I would give them an A+. They have been very easy to work with and very thorough in the way the take care of their clients.

Acclaim is a very bright and modern environment. I have found the entire staff to be friendly, responsible, attentive. there are countless activities in which to participate as chosen. Everything such as cards, knitting, bingo puzzles, writers group book club, knitting group chair, aerobics. There is an indoor pool. The Acclaim bus is available for schedule doctor appointments, grocery runs, shopping trips.

My overall experience has been very good. And give it a 5 for all the things. Yes I can recommend Breakers. Can I mention some of staff names - [name removed] with the breakfast crew, [name removed] with the dinner crew, [name removed] with the dinner crew, [name removed]& [name removed]? On the evening crew. Food is great and wish they Dark Chocolate as well as milk Chocolate.

I think it was the best place taking into consideration the cost. It was clean. I was there for a lunch with him and I felt that he dropped most of his food on the floor. They always told me he ate well. How do you really know. He was only there for 3.5 months before he passed. He was in hospice almost immediately after he arrived. I think Addington did the best they could given the circumstances. So I would recommend the place.

The club has been fabulous for my mom! Her apartment is great and she's very happy attending a lot of activities and enjoying eating dinner with other single women at her table.

All score 5. We are extremely pleased with everything and everyone. Yes, we would recommend Seasons Courtyard to other families based on the experience so far.

Everything has been amazing at the Addison. The staff is very caring, they offer many activities for the residents to do, and the food always looks good! My mom seems a to be happy and I feel confident that she is well taken care of!
