It's a unique place. They keep every day fun, they share lots of pictures and photos on their Facebook page. [name removed] is very accessible if there are ever any concerns. They treat each resident like family.

Bahama Bay was amazing! Everything about it is amazing. I just wish my Mom could have enjoyed it longer. She passed away [date removed], last year.

Everyone is friendly and very caring. They are putting in a new light at the entrance. It is close to Walmart. There may be a Costco in Sanford next year but for now its s rumor.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Place is kept up good. Highly recommend.

Bahama Bay Club is like living in a vacation world. It’s a beautiful, tropical environment and there’s always background music playing. Lots of fun activities, entertainment, outings and really great food. However, the real strength is in the atmosphere. It is such a happy, positive place to live. Everyone here is very friendly and they go out of their way to welcome new people Whether you are a resident or staff, everyone here is very happy and upbeat. I am one of the first people to move in and I have absolutely no complaints other than parking and we do have a bus that takes us to appointments. Management is really good too, very unobtrusive and supportive. I definitely recommend this as the place that’s almost too good to be true. This is my forever home. Only heaven could be better.

What a warm and friendly staff! A lovely bright facility that feels like home! They have been so helpful in my mother in laws move in and have welcomed her with open arms. I highly recommend this for any one’s loved ones!

We have 3 great meals each day. Room cleaning once a week, clothes washed each week, crafts, movies every night, outings, games to play. We have physical exercise each day and happy hour three times a week. Send people to see our family home and I know they will want to move in.

t's a great place and definitely worth a tour. My mom is very happy. She's made great friends and enjoys the food and activities. The staff all know her and provide positive feedback every time we are there.

Bahama Bay Club feels like a family, from the residents to the staff. When I visited there to check it out for my mother, I fell in love with the place. Luckily, she did as well and she seems so happy. I can go in whenever I want, they know who I am, they know her and her quirks and her particulars, and it is just a very warm and loving and open place. I could not be happier. And mom couldn't be happier either!!

Look no further, this is hands down the nicest senior living facility I have ever seen. It is senior living reimagined. My grandmother is living here and every time I see her she tells me how much she loves it.

To answer your question I live like a queen. Clothes are wash once a week, my apartment is clean once a week. Three meal prepared every day, movies every night, activities, game room and when help is needed they are here.I guess I could sum this up with their own word “where you can live a vacation every day” and we do. People will have to come for a tour to understand what I mean.

Heritage Waterside is truly a wonderful assisted living community for anyone looking for assistance for themselves or a loved one. Everyone greets you with a smile on their face, the food is amazing, and the daily activities really keep the residents engaged! To top it all off, the location is amazing! Right on the water and a block up from the beach! I have been to many ALFs in the area and Heritage Waterside is top notch!

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding care and service provided by the Heritage Waterside team. From the moment my mom moved in, it has been evident that their staff members are not just doing a job, but truly embodying a commitment to compassion, professionalism, and excellence. Their dedication to ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of all residents is truly commendable.

Just go visit and tour and you will see there is not comparison to the people at Heritage Waterside. Also, if you like good food, the restaurant serves amazing food! You can even eat Salmon or shrimp every day if you want to. Can't recommend them enough.

Staff is great. No complaints. Size of apartments are fine but depends on what you want to pay. Don't know all the amenities but my mom stays busy enough to keep her happy.

I thought Heritage Waterside was a terrific place. They do an excellent job. My family member's needs exceeded their capacity, but they were very supportive in helping us find a place that would work for us.

I highly recommend this wonderful place. Their care for my 98 year old mom is outstanding! The quality of service for the price can not be beat. For anyone with aging parents, this is an excellent place ! The Executive Director, Cory Shenk and the head of nursing, Lauren Cross are the most wonderful, caring folks I’ve ever met.

BEAUTIFUL facility! Very clean and well-kept! Awesome food and amenities! A little pricey for our budget, but still a consideration!

I have been a resident Since May of 2019. My stay here has been most enjoyable, being at two other locations before this really makes a big difference in what we have here. It is great to be a part of this group especially the activities that they have. We play bingo, Wii bowling, dock visits and so much more. The bus takes us to Walmart, Publix and other activities throughout the community. There are many other things to do here we go for walks in the area, we out on the dock on the river and we play lawn bowling and miniature golf with the activities director. The food is great and housekeeping is excellent all rooms are well kept. There are many other things that we do here that really make the stay worthwhile.

There is no comparison to Heritage Waterside anywhere in this area. The employees are so nice and caring. You can really see the love they have for all of the residents. I love the place and all they offer for everyone. Fishing on the dock and the sports bar and the movie theater to visiting the beach across the street. It really is a paradise and affordable.
