I recommended it to my neighbor he already has appt to put his mother at there home!

I chose this one mainly because the door to her room was locked. I had an experience with my Uncle. When he returned to his room a woman was in his bed. She had no idea where she was . All 3 of the places I looked at were clean. I took a chance on the ridge. I had to pay a fee that was high in my opinion to pay for cleaning her room after she left. That high fee kept me from looking for another place if I was disappointed.

The facility is staffed by pleasant people who genuinely care, the facility is clean, well maintained and interactive. The staff knows each resident by name and address their needs. We would absolutely recommend The Ridge at Oregon City

I definitely would recommend this facility to others. They just did a complete facility remodel - new roof, hvac, carpet, paint, furnishings, etc. Really looks spectacular. Staff is great. Really care about residents. Housekeeping also is convenient and nice. Family communications are as much or little as you need. They have an app that someone can sign up for that distributes all info that goes to resident, which is very helpful. Meals are okay, not spectacular but not bad. Maintenance would be the one area that needs improvement. Very long wait times for things to get fixed.

My dad enjoys living at The Ridge at Oregon City. My dad has made some good friends. My dad has also been asked to lead a prayer group. The leadership calls upon him from time to time to lead a Bible study when the leader can't come. My dad is a retired pastor so he enjoys doing this

Our first impression right away with Alder Bay was very positive - everything has really worked out so far. We have a great relationship with the admistrative team, the staff are super nice and overall no complaints. Our loved one des say at times though the meals and dining can be a little bit of a hit or miss but overall the experience is going good.

The staff at the Preserve have done a great job taking care of our loved one. She has made a lot of friends, and she is really treated like family. She is enjoying all the meals being served and enjoys the activities during the days. It is a real family orientated community.

This community has a wonder feel, their residents are very happy and shared there is always something fun to do and they also love the food.

Our father loves Waverly Place, he said he is glad he moved her over the competition in the area; staff and management are professional and always friendly and accommodating. Best community in Albany.

When my loved one first entered she had a bit of an adjustment period with the workers and trying to figure out how to handle things but once she was settled in things have settled also. This whole community is focused on memory care and I like the fact that everyone is focused on the care of the residents.

My sister has been in Garden Square for fifteen years, She calls the assisted living facility Home, we are fortunate to have a kind and understanding staff from administrator, to nurses looking after her. In this time when we cannot always visit due to circumstances beyond their control and ours we are very grateful. Thank You.

I am still very independent so where I live it is a little more separate. I participate in discussions and more when they have activities for the residents. There are a lot of options I just have not participated in everything just yet.

Due to our loved ones state of dementia they were not able to eat much, but the staff did a great job tending to his needs and wants, and always gave hi plenty of cookies. They activities were offered all the tie and had a wide variety of things to do. It was expensive but we do think the value for cost was excellent. They took such great care of our loved one, they really gave our family a peace of mind.

I would tell others, that it is a very nice place. The staff are very helpful. The nurse is proactive with care. I'm very happy my loved one is here. The location is really good, and they have room for the residents to walk around the community. It is inviting for the residents and their families.

The community has had its vaccinations, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. She said the food is great and she really enjoys it. I would recommend this community to others. The communication between the community and family is very good.

The staff are so kind and understanding and are easy to work with, great place for a loved one to stay.

My mother is doing so well at Waverly Place we are grateful beyond words. This is our 2nd assisted living and we could not be happier! She now gets the care she needs, her health has improved thanks to the great care and she is happier than she has been in years. We are extremely grateful for the extra Covid precations as well. Thank you to all the staff at Waverly!

We have been really pleased with our experience so far at Preserve at Beavercreek. We chose this facility because we wanted to make sure she had the best Alzheimer's care that she could. The company who owns this facility has had nothing but good reviews at other places that they own. It is also close to family which was a bonus. Overall, anybody could put their loved one in here to get the care that they need without any question. We do not have to worry about her at all. With all the covid stuff going on they have been doing weekly zoom calls as well to keep us informed.
