I would recommend The Ridge at Frisco to those looking for assisted living.

I'd say I like the amount of people I like they get them up and going and how nice they are.

Nice clean facility, staff very caring, professional and friendly. Food ok. We chose the Ridge because it felt very homey and comfortable. One place we looked at, we really liked the staff, but it was very sterile and stark.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Peaks at Clinton and most everything was good for him at this facility.

We love how Edgemont took care of our mom! Beautiful facility, great for walkers, outside patio and waterfall are so peaceful and relaxing. Caring nurses and caregiver staff. Excellent food and the social activities are fun and engaging. We looked at many places for my mom and nothing compares to Edgemont place. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Once you visit it, you'll love it. Having the rooms furnished also helped a lot!

I definitely would recommend this facility to others. They just did a complete facility remodel - new roof, hvac, carpet, paint, furnishings, etc. Really looks spectacular. Staff is great. Really care about residents. Housekeeping also is convenient and nice. Family communications are as much or little as you need. They have an app that someone can sign up for that distributes all info that goes to resident, which is very helpful. Meals are okay, not spectacular but not bad. Maintenance would be the one area that needs improvement. Very long wait times for things to get fixed.

I did just have this conversation with a friend and recommended this facility to her for a family member. You cannot beat River Oaks for their care and concern. It felt more like a family instead of an institution. The cost, surprisingly enough, is lower than facilities that aren't nearly as good!

The staff at Edgemont Place are great and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to others.

What I really love about The Ridge at Madison is that they take Medicaid residents. The cost of being in an assisted living facility is not cheap and they are one of the only communities around here who accept payment from state funded insurance. Every other community is 100% private pay, meaning the residents pay completely out-of-pocket. It is so wonderful that there is a place for people who do not have tons of money to still be able to live and get the care they need.

i toured this facility back in september and it was so beautiful on the inside and out! the staff were all great with the members of the community! i give extra praise for the very friendly administration they were all so welcoming and caring during my entire time here! very highly recommended by me and my family!

Toured this facility on one occasion; facility was very clean and organized. Staff was very comforting and sociable. Overall I felt that this was a great community that was very welcoming and accepting of everyone. Would highly recommend.

My grandmother loves The Ridge at Madison! My visits are always uplifting. Staff is informative, compassionate, and empathic to my grandma's needs. She tells me every visit how she feels at home and welcomed there! Management takes a team approach with staff to effectively engage them in excellent care strategies.

The Ridge at Madison is an excellent facility. I was going to place my loved one there; unfortunately, they passed before I could get them in. I was able to speak with many staff members who were all amazing. The residents were all happy and having fun during activity time.

I would highly recommend this facility. The Executive Director is amazing, professional, and has a highly trained staff. As an industry professional myself, it takes many factors to provide an exceptional facility for a loved one. This one takes the cake.

Had the most amazing experience with the staff at this facility. One in particular was [name removed]. She really stood out with being so organized, detailed, and friendly. Any question or concerns, she was very accommodating and pleasant with the anything I needed to know about the facility and their accommodations.

This is a great place! It’s clean, friendly and full of thoughtful and caring people! The food is delicious and they provide appropriate activities for everyone to participate as this wish. I’m happy to have toured this place!

I have friends that live here...and if I was planning to stay in Wisconsin, this is where I would move to! The facilities are so clean and well kept, it's like being at home. The staff are all so welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. My friend had nothing but wonderful things to say...she's happy and it shows.

Always treated respecfully and all of the workers have been kind and professional in all of my interactions with said employees. I attended a picnic at the facility last summer and everything was handled appropriately and professionally.

My experience with The Ridge was above my expectations. The place is clean with an outstanding staff. The staff you can tell they care, it’s not just a job to them. I was impressed as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff and how they could help.

The staff here are truly ones that care about each and every resident! The kitchen prepares amazing delicious meals that have a great variety of things on the menu! I would recommend without a doubt for you to place your loved one here!!
