What stood out to us about this facility is they had all the services we were looking for and close proximity as well for family. Staff are always super friendly and helpful interacting with family members as well as dad. They have activities all day long and many residents participate. They had a mechanism for additional funded physical therapy which really helped my dad get back to independent mobility. Good housekeeping service that didn't complain even when my dad had a major accident in bathroom. In house maintenance that was helpful in hanging persons items in room. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

Our family had an in-person tour and we give the tour and the facility a 5-star experience, it was great but the price was just out of range for our family.

The staff were wonderful and friendly to my loved ones. They provided a lot of activities for the residents to participate in and would make sure my loved one would be included in these. The day after my loved one passed, the staff came up to the family to give their condolences and share photos and memories of our loved one with us. There were three meals a day served to the residents and snacks were provided as well. The meals that the family saw looked very good that were provided.

There is so much going right here. I love that the staff try to enrich their facility with memories. They want to know so much about each resident here and they facilitate the things that they remember in their daily living. It feels more familiar and is comfortable for the residents. It has been such a positive experience for not only my loved one but others as well. I would absolutely recommend Barrington Place for those looking for memory care.

The are constantly washing carpets and upholstery, as well as touching up paint. The staff members know all the residents by name and greet them regardless of their current assignment. They communicate and assist each other as needed. The food is sometimes running and mixed together in unappealing way on plate. There is some activity going most all times of day including weekends. Weekly off site excursions are offered. I wince at cost, but it is lower than similar places I researched.

Parsons House Frisco is a great place with friendly people and staff. Love the med techs!

What stuck out most to be about River Oaks was the compassion of all of the people, the caregivers, administration, front desk, etc. Everyone was so caring and compassionate. Out of all the many places that we looked at, it was certainly the best.

Everything is working out very well for our loved one at Pheasant Run. The staff have been wonderful and are very good with my father in law and helpful when needed.

My loved one loves the food. We picked this community because, it was closer to home, a single level and smaller community. It was easy for my loved one to access, and get around. They take good careof my loved one, and they are really happy. Overall, it's a good place.

Not only is the food great, the team is awesome as well They have so much love with what they do. The chef is committed to giving the residents everything they love. He is a wonderful person that loves seniors like the rest of the team.

My loved one is recouping from injury, and has been slowly progressing. They are in a good place with the people there, in which they have provided everything which is very beneficial. The staff answers questions quickly,they are attentive, which make me feel very at ease, and rewarding. Overall, when compared to other places that I saw, Robinwood seemed to have more life to it, which was my first attraction.

I would give them above 5 if I could, we are extremely pleased with Cedar Ranch at Westover Hills. I visit every week and they are always doing something with the residents activity wise. I have eaten here as well and the meals are very good. The staff is wonderful and my friend is really happy here and that is all that matters. You cannot beat this place, it is amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for memory care.

We had a very good tour at River Oaks. The facility looked very nice and was very similar to the place we chose in a lot of ways. It just seemed like they had ever so slightly fewer activities.

The friendliness of the staff and all of their accommodations have really stood out to us. When we came for the tour before we stepped through the entrance our loved one was very hesitant about the situation and kept saying there was no way they were staying here. However once we got through the tour they really enjoyed it. Our loved one made a friend and was even given lunch - they were thoroughly impressed and happy. it was a very good first impression. The staff have been very accommodating and helpful in every aspects. We do think it the value for the money is really good.

My mother lived at Pheasant Run for nine months from [dates removed]. The staff was very caring, accommodating and professional. While they struggled like all business did during this time period with staffing shortages, they never let it affect how they cared for patients. We were very happy we chose this location and I would higly recommend it.

We chose Chateau Brickyard because they had the best value for the money. We took our chances with them and we have been very pleased with our experience. The staff are always extremely helpful and in the beginning they really helped us out with the cost. They went above and beyond and we really appreciate them. I would recommend the facility to others looking.

Pheasant Run is a great place!

Our first impression right away with Alder Bay was very positive - everything has really worked out so far. We have a great relationship with the admistrative team, the staff are super nice and overall no complaints. Our loved one des say at times though the meals and dining can be a little bit of a hit or miss but overall the experience is going good.
