The facility has been perfect for my family member. They take care of her and make sure she's getting down to eat on time. They take care of her room, her clothes, her bedding. Just recently with the food, they had a change for the better. It was good before, but lately it has been fantastic. They offer a lot of activities. I just think they're doing a super job. And I would recommend them to anyone.

They have been amazing so far. The value for the money is great, they offer a lot of activities for the residents and she loves the food that they serve. They are chef prepared meals and they have been accommodating and can deliver to the rooms if you do not want to go down to the dining hall. I would definitely recommend Chateau Brickyard to other families looking.

First impression right away is it just looks like a community home and not your typical nursing home. It is a little pricey when you are paying for private room but we really like how the prices are all inclusive so at the end of the day the overall value is good. On the initial tour they seemed to have different activities going on, there is a hair stylist on site which is great. The staff really do cater to the residents needs and wishes.

We entrusted our oved one with this facility. I live close by and could show up without notice and observe quite a bit. I did not find anything wrong with the facility at all. Their medical staff seemed to be administering medication properly. And their overall staff were great.

River Oaks is dedicated to memory care residents. I would highly recommend a memory care community for memory care residents. The staff seem to like their job, they are patient, kind and friendly with the residents and families. The staff are receptive and respond quickly to any questions or concerns that are brought up by the family. The room, housekeeping, changing of linens, and laundry are a few items included in the monthly fee. The staff are able to assist with toileting, bathing, and hygiene for my friend. It did take a couple months for my friend to acclimate to the community.

We had a good tour at Greenfield Estates. I liked the staff I talked with. There was nothing I found issue with. Their nurse came out to assess my loved one, and they just didn't think their community was a good fit for his needs.

dad has not been there very long, but I noticed that the aides work long hours. that does not affect the way they take care of the residents. they always smile and rush to help when needed. I even heard stories of some leaving, then coming back because they like working here.

My loved one is constantly busy with her activities. They do a coffee social in the mornings. They get to socialize with other residents while enjoying a drink and pastry if she wanted. She enjoyed their chair beach ball, sing a longs, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed memory care, or even for someone with assisted living with the future potential of needing memory care down the line. This is a locked memory unit and all on one floor. The staff call if they have any concerns regarding any concerns or questions regarding my loved one care. Their communication has been good, not too much, just enough. I know they are taking good care of her.

Parsons House was some of the most decent and wonderful people I have worked with. My loved one was doing great at the community. The staff took great care of my loved one, they showed wonderful care and kindness to my loved one during their stay. This an affordable option for care as well. I can't say enough about this community. I have suggested Parsons House to others for their loved ones. Some of the activities have included music, crafts, card games, movie nights, outings, and more for the residents to choose from. The family was able to join your loved one for a minimal fee for meals. [Name removed] was fantastic, and I could tell she loved my loved one. [Name removed] connected with my loved one and you could tell she loved my loved one with great care. There was a doctor that came to Parsons House to see the residents for care.

I think they are doing a fantastic job. There are tons of activities provided and lots of options for the residents. My mother raves about the food. It is just a very comforting place, you really feel like your loved one is well watched and taken care of. My mother is in a jack and jill room and it is a very nice size and has plenty of space for her. I would absolutely recommend Edgemont Place for those looking for memory care.

We went with River Oaks because they were one of the few places that said they would be able to handle my dad and his care. They were very receptive to any issues he was having and seemed more than willing to go the extra mile to make things work. The staff really stick out to us, they have been very responsive. I would recommend River Oaks to others who are looking.

The staff at the Preserve have done a great job taking care of our loved one. She has made a lot of friends, and she is really treated like family. She is enjoying all the meals being served and enjoys the activities during the days. It is a real family orientated community.

We chose Avamere at Phoenix because it was a happy medium, the facility was not too fancy but not dingy either. The staff are very nice people and the rooms here are beautiful. My mom says that they could maybe provide a better variety of activities. I would recommend to others looking.

The location of Parsons House is so close to me which is great. When I first went, I did not think much of the outside, but when I walked inside all I could say was wow. It is beautiful and I was very impressed with the dining area as well. I wish she would take part in more activities because they have a lot provided and they have entertainment that comes in as well and she enjoys that. When the food was being brought to her she said it was cold, but since she has been going to the dining room she said the food is good. From what I have seen with prices, they are reasonably priced facility especially for what you get.

The staff is very on top of everything and very intuitive at this community. The shop is amazing. They have a lot of turnover with the management staff but this community was very clean.

They helped me out at the worst time of my life. My wife was only there for [dates removed]. She got very sick before passing away. But they helped me through all of that. The food was good. The activities were there for the residents. Overall they provided good, affordable care.

This was a beautiful community but I did not see the interaction with the residents that I was looking for. Beautiful tour but not many residents together or any interactions. There was just another community that I felt my loved one fit in better at.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and they provide feedback. Whenever I call to check on anything they are right on it and are great with communication with the families. I would recommend them to others.

We like how this community was more intimate and not as large, we did not want our loved one to have to adjust to something huge.
