Allay Senior Care

They keep it very clean. Very festive and regularly updated decor. Home cooking and birthday celebrations are done very well. Is the same staff there? My remarks relate to Allay senior care with [name removed]. She is amazing! My brother couldn't stay there because he was exit seeking and doctors took awhile to get him regulated.

I toured the facility recently for my father, The place was very clean and inviting m and the staff and current residents were very friendly and welcoming. When I arrived for the tour the staff were exercising with residents in the living room. It had a very homey feel overall.

My mothers a resident here and she is very happy and well taken care of. They have good homecooked meals, do lots of activities and the staff do a good job at spending one one one time with residents making them feel loved and cared about.

Very clean and welcoming upon entering. Very friendly staff. All the residents looked happy and healthy.

When we first walked in we loved it immediaetly. Place was clean and neat. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place as they were knowledgeable and accomodating to use very much.

My loved one was placed in this assisted living after being released from hospital, the way the staff took care of her medicine and eating schedule they are truly professional, and the level of care is unbeatable would confidently recommend using this facility.

I was looking into facilities for a parent and luckily came across this facility it is very well taken care of with the nicest and most caring staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their parent or loved one to be well taken care of.

My father was at this home and it literally felt as though I'm visiting him in his home in his comfort zone. Tremendously friendly people and staff. Honestly, feels like a family there. I made friends there, I literally loved to hang out there. They have those game nights which bring a sorta excitement to the entire place. I personally considered it as hangout

I had an amazing experience. They really care and make you feel at home and loved they will go out of their way to make you happy. Very clean facility and very well taken care of I would highly recommend this facility and staff.

A friend of my mother's that she used to ride motorcycles with was a resident there. I recognized her when I visited the place to check it out, and spoke to her for a couple minutes and told her that I was considering the place for my mother. I told my mother that she was there and she said that she would like to be where she knew somebody. So it worked out real well. My mother had a friend as soon as she walked in the door down there. Another deciding factor was that when I asked what happens if she sleeps through a meal and wakes up in the middle of the night and is hungry, which I knew that she did regularly. They told me that if she gets up and she's hungry they fix her some food. Whatever she wants. I was very pleased with the way my mother was taken care of.

Staff are so friendly and the upbeat atmosphere the staff provides is great for the residents the meals are good and the facility smells to good which is a big deal which mean they are cleaning. Staff so friendly so impressed so far will keep you updated.

This is a very caring and loving place. All of the workers are so nice and I see how they interact with the residents.

I have trusted both my parents and now my Aunt there. They are treated with Love, Respect, Dignity & Compassion. It’s not a big fancy sterile feeling place. It’s a home with love that makes them comfortable with quality care that they need. The staff especially [name removed] has been my “ Rock” and treated my family like her own. It’s a fun & happy place with activities that keep the residents with an upbeat attitude. It’s clean with home cooked meals not institution food. My family is my most precious thing in life and I’d recommend Reward Senior Care to anyone. It’s 1st class in all aspects of elderly care.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to make the decision to have Mom moved into an assisted-living center. From the moment she arrived at Allay (Reward Senior Care of Lisbon), The employees treated her like family! They shared meals and daily activities together- they even called her [name removed], the nickname our Dad had always called her before he passed. She was always treated with tenderness and compassion-and she always knew that she was loved, even on the days we couldn’t be there with her. The biggest compliment I can give? All five of Mom’s Kids agreed that she was in the best place ever! We will always be grateful!

Reward Senior Care of Lisbon (Alley Senior Care) took such great care of my mother for her two year stay there. She was in excellent care there. They treated my sisters and I like family every time we went there. She was always bathed and ready for each event which was a task for her because she wasn’t always enthusiastic about doing things. I truly missed the staff especially [name removed] and so many others when my mother passed away. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to place a loved one somewhere. I know it’s not any easy task but at least here it has that feeling of being at home rather than in a facility.

My Mom has been in this home for 8 years now. I have been extremely happy with the care she has received. My brother and I drop in on two different days a week. The wonderful staff always knows where Mom is, how she is doing and how her week has been. They provide us with stories about how Mom is doing and anything funny she might have said. Mom has major memory issues so I love to hear those stories as it gives me more memories of her. Over the 8 years she has been there, the staff has changed somewhat. They always find new employees that are kind, caring and compassionate. This home has been a blessing to my family.
