They treat my mother like family. They're always very communicative and always willing to help in any way. We have been very pleased with American house. [name removed] and [name removed] are the best.

5 out of 5 stars. They are amazing there. The staff are wonderful food, activities, apartments are great. Everyone is so friendly, compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend this community.

I was very pleased with the staff and residents, very helpful, and friendly. The care was amazing. The activities were varied, from bingo to crafts to movies, to trivia and hangman and Jeopardy. They went shopping, took residents out to eat, and provided transportation to Dr. appointments. Good was amazing, very clean, room/ apartment size for a one bedroom was just right. The only drawback for me was financial. They impose a 7% increase in rent on [date removed] every year. I just couldn't afford the monthly rent of $[removed].

I met with [name removed], the Community Relations Director, to tour studio and one bedroom apts for family member with Parkinsons. He arranged 2 tours and it was obvious from residents that greeted us that he is a most caring person . His sincerity, openness and good humor with assisting others is remarkable and much appreciated. If you are considering safe and caring senior living, call [name removed]. Thank you [name removed]!

The virtual tour was very thorough and gave me a good impression of the apartment , the food, the activities , and the atmosphere. I am not quite ready to move, but when I am, I will certainly consider the Palms.

I toured American house Village last week... I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, the abundance of activities that are offered, the one and two bedroom apartments in different layouts.... This community is at the top of my list for a possible place to move to when I I'm ready (not immediately but in the future)... I have been asked to return to the community to try a lunch and possibly one activity, of which I will contact a staff member to set up a date for the lunch...

1.Overall experience. (5) 2.Cleanliness of the facility (5) although it was clean it did have a bad odor in the memory care area on the day I visited it. I shared that with them and they handled it so well.. and explained that they were in process of making improvements and even offered me generous concession for the problem.. 3.Friendliness (5) 4.Quality of care (n/a) didn't have direct interaction or opportunity to observe quality of care to rate it, but they on paper did have the numbers and when I asked them as same as though they were properly staffed. 5.Administrative staff (5) 6.Food (4) appeared good. portion sizes were adequate. I asked several residents and they said that it food was good. 7.Activities 8.Value for the money (5) 7. Activities (4) didn't have a chance to actually for taking them obviously, but they did have a full calendar of activities that they shared with me and they said that they included the memory care patients in all of those. Yes, I would like to let families know that they really seemed very caring and willing to go above and beyond to meet potential residence needs. I wanted to get the ladies name from my messsages. I don't want to get it wrong, but it was [name removed] or [name removed]...I think. She was great and she worked the financial part and really tried to give us a good plan that was affordable which offered good value. Also, I work with [name removed], who is the sales person. they were both very responsive got back with me on everything I asked them. The reason we didn't go with them is because they were just too far from where we live.

We were given a wonderful tour by your extremely friendly and pleasant host. The place was inviting, and not too intimidating for my mother-in-law. We were impressed to see active seniors all around, and an exercise class in session. The restaurant menu and activity schedule were amazing, the cafe was lovely, and the rooms were just the right size. We were also able to meet the very kind manager, and the rates were explained to us. We hope to be able to move our mother there when we get her finances in order.

American House Brentwood has been great! We absolutely love the staff.

started our fourth year and it seems like yesterday! No place is perfect but I find American House staff from Corporate,management,right down to the hourly employees willing to listen with empathy, take action as necessary, and respond. Food is above average and when residents have concerns, we have options to make our suggestions heard.

I would give all a 5. My mom is very happy there. My mom has lived at the independent apts at American House for 10 months now. The staff are wonderful - especially the dining room ladies. They are so caring and go out of their way to make sure Mom has what she needs. The meals are excellent! The director is a great guy and really makes each resident feel seen . My mom's apt has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths . It's very roomy and even has a dishwasher. The bldg is kept up beautifully and they are always working on it to keep things updated. The grounds are lovely with flowers and places to sit and visit while outdoors. I can't say enough about the place - it's really wonderful!

5 for all categories. Everyone we met with was very helpful and very patient. It took my MIL a lot of time to make the decision to move into American House and she probably would have said no if they hadn't given her lots of time to think about it

Enjoyed the tour. Everyone was so friendly and made you feel welcomed. Amazed at all the services they have to offer. Decided to put my love one there. Very pleased with American House so far.

I gave it a 5 because everyone is so helpful and kind. My mother's husband has been making friends with the staff and residents. And has started participating in activities!! Something I didn't expect. Even though he can be a handful. The staff has set some boundaries and hopefully he will stay with it. I live the small sizes to the houses

Everything was clean, he went to a new unit. There was a slight problem that the staff fixed immediately. The food has been good and the staff very helpful. Yes, we would recommend American House Meridian to other families based on the experience

5 on all. I am very pleased with the interaction with them. I live 4.5 hours away and was notified of power outages due to storms. They are all friendly and helpful when I contact them anytime. Mom set up a family gathering to remember dad after a year of passing and the facility was very helpful and food was great Lots of activities. When I came into town she had to work me into her schedule for a visit

American House Senior living is at the top of my list! New and clean and friendly people. I am taking Mom for a tour this week.

Staff is excellent. They seem to be a caring and very attending. helpful to the guest visiting. overall, the. The environment is very pleasing activities to keep the guest busy as much as possible. The food menu could be improved, where my friend was before the cafeteria was the best part of the establishment Care was almost nonexistent. Food was excellent restaurant quality baked chicken, Salisbury steak, potatoes, cooked vegetables, macaroni and cheese. Something of that sort every meal with dessert pie cake occasionally pudding Occasionally, a hamburger and fries resident had a choice if they wished to pick out their meals for the following week from a menu I hope this is helpful. Overall, I am very, very pleased and thank you guys for finding it so quickly for us just what we were looking for.
